      • 高Cr 페리틱 2相 耐熱鋼의 크리이프 强度에 미치는 Ni함량의 영향

        The effect of Ni contents on the creep strength of high Cr ferritic duplex heat resisting steels was investigated. Different v/o ferrite contents were obtained by Ni addition change from 0.006 to 2.0 w/o. Hence in this paper the effect of i contents on the creep strength was studied centering on the contents of Ni and ferrite. Creep testing was carried out at 550, 600 and 650℃. Microstructures such as ferrite contents, identification of precipitates and their volume fraction were measured and tested. The results obtained are summarized as follows: (1) Ni has a strong influence on the stability of the precipitates in martensite phase. (2) In 12Cr-2Mo-0.08C duplex heat resisting steels, ferrite contents improve creep strength at longer creep test, while at short rupture test ferrite lowers creep strength. (3) Increasing Ni contents has a deleterious effect on a longer creep strength at elevated temperatures. (4) Laves phase, Fe₂Mo and presumable Cr₂N completely unidentified precipitated only in ferrite phase during a longer creep testing. (5) Laves phase, Fe₂Mo precipitated only in ferrite contributes much to the strength of a longer creep.

        Effects of Nb Content and Thermal History on the Mechanical and Corrosion Characteristics of Stainless Steels

        Due to excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, austenitic stainless steel is widely used as the material for chemical plants, nuclear power plants, and food processing facilities. But, the zone affected by heat in the range of 400 to 800℃ during welding loses corrosion resistance and tensile strength since Cr-carbide precipitation like Cr_(23)C_6 forms at the grain houndaq and thereby takes place the intergranular corrosion. In this study, AISI 304 stainless steel with the added Nb of 0.3 to 0.7 wt% was solutionized at 1050℃: and sensitized at 650℃. Specimen was welded by MIG. The phase and the microstructure of the specimens were examined by an optical microscope, a scanning electron microscope, and a x-ray diffractometer. The corrosion characteristics of specimens were tested by electrolytic etching and by double loop electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation method(EPR) in the mixed solution of 0.5M H₂SO₄ + 0.01M KSCN. The melting zone had dendritic structure constituted of austenitic phase and δ-ferrite phase. Cr carbide at the matrix did not appear, as Nb content increased. At the grain boundaries of the heat affected zone, the precipitates decreased and the twins appeared. The hardness increased, as Nb content increased. The hardncss was highest in the order of the heat affected zone> melted zone> matrix. According to EPR curve, as the Nb content decreased the reactivation current density(Ir) and the activation current density(la) were highest in the order of the melted zonn<the matrix<the heat affected zone, and the grain boundaries severely corroded at the heat affected zone in the case of low Nh content.

        Oxidation Behavior of Steel With Cr Content and Water Flow Rate

        <P>Fast water flow facilitates ferrous ion transport leading to flow accelerated corrosion (FAC) of carbon steel and the possibility of a large accident through a failure of a secondary pipe in a nuclear power plant. Ion transport is directly linked to oxide properties such as the thickness, chemical composition and porosity. This work deals with a precise observation of the cross section of the corroded specimen focusing on an oxide passivity and its thickness using SEM (scanning electron microscope) and TEM (transmission electron microscope) as well as an apparent weight loss and a surface observation for the specimens corroded using a rotating cylindrical electrode autoclave system in pure water of pH 7 at 150 degrees C having dissolved oxygen below 1 ppb within a flow rate range of 0 to 10 m/s. The Cr content in steel was changed from 0.02 to 2.4 wt%. Increasing the Cr content in the alloy, the FAC rate and oxide thickness decreased. The oxide porosity tends to decrease with the Cr content and immersion time owing to the development of Cr containing oxide. The oxidation behavior is not changed with the immersion time.</P>

        콜라겐을 첨가한 폴리우레탄 코팅직물의 물성

        The demand for PU coated synthetic leather is increasing as a high fashion material. But it has some faults of water vapor permeability, surface tacky property and static electricity. Therefore, the purpose of this study was the produce of PU coated fabric added collagen with hydrophilic property and soft touch. In the PU coated fabric, water vapor permeability, water vaper absorption and frictional electronic voltage were investigated, surface, bending and compression properties were also examined by the use of KES-FB System. The followings were the results of this study. 1. There was no Cr in the collagen, so that Cr was not treated in the collagen. 2. The surface and cross sectional layer of PU coated fabric with collagen were highly developed by micro porous structure. 3. The water vapor permeability of PU coated fabric was increased as collagen concentration increased. 4. The water vapor absorption of PU coated fabric was increased as collagen concentration increased. 5. The frictional electronic voltage of PU coated fabric was decreased in accordance with the increase of collagen concentration. Especially it effectivly decreased by the use of only 5% collagen concentration. 6. The bending and compression properties of PU coated fabric were increased in accordance with the increase of collagen concentration, so that it became stiff. 7. The Value of MIU, SMD was decreased in accordance with the increase of collagen concentration, so that the PU coated fabric became smooth.

        지상파TV 주시청시간대 프로그램의 포맷 다양성 변화 연구

        This study has focused on analyzing the change pattern of format diversity of programming at prime-time slot and it’s cause in korean terrestrial broadcasting companies, KBS, MBC, and SBS for a decade from the year 2000 to 2010. For the study the various analysis applying HHI and CR from multiple viewpoints has been attempted after the interview of programming managers of each station, accompanied by systematic coding of programming data of Oct. 2000, Oct. 2005, and Oct. 2010 one another with the assortment of sub-categorization by 15 formats within three major formational categorization. The result of all-categorization analysis represents the format concentration is not severe. However the trend of diversity-decreasing is so apparent. Another analysis of total hybrid format indicated that entertainer-led format was high concentrated in both variety show and reality show format with average of 69.9% in three respective years. The order of ranks in narrowness of format diversity was as follow: KBS 1TV, SBS, MBC, KBS 2TV. The result connotes that broadcasting stations regularized the survival strategy called ‘Choice and Focus’ concentrating on which contributed to profit increase and share of audience rise with the reflection of changed audience needs, tastes, and lifestyle in 2000s.
