Environmental pollution and a problem of the climate changes are the most important problems of the global community now. The International community concluded a variety of agreements in conjunction with an environmental problem so far. Korea is a greenhouse gas discharge country of the tenth place of the world and depends on import for most of the energy.And the ratio that export accounts for in macro-economy is high, and the industrial most are industry to use the energy for a lot. However, in Korea, there are the green industry which is a future growth industry and the green technical level in the low situation. This study takes up the auto industry of Japan with such a problem and considers a correspondence strategy for strengthened environmental regulation recently. The auto industry in particular has an industrial characteristic to exhaust a lot of carbon dioxide from product production to the disposal; from the reason of the environmental regulation in the inside and outside the country main; became a target. Therefore, I think that it will often suggest it in the correspondence strategy of the Korea company for the environmental regulation in future to analyze a correspondence strategy of the auto industry for the environmental regulation in Japan

Currently the vehicle exhaust gas regulation has been strengthened, Research to improve the exhaust gas after-treatment device development technology and the exhaust performance of the vehicle is making efforts In order to satisfy the regulatory. The purpose of this study is analysis to Characteristics evaluation of fuel economy and emission according to driving mode conditions of The vehicle by fuel type. The test vehicles were selected by each of the fuel according to the difference in displacement volume. These were used four representative mode(FTP-75, NEDC, US06 and SC03) in order to evaluation fuel economy and emission gas. Domestic certification emissions measurement test mode was conduct after the vehicle was soaking for a long time. It is standard condition. Additionally, the test conditions were carried out for warm-up air conditioner condition. Warm-up air conditioner condition was performed the test while it is running the air conditioner after the engine fully warmed up.

Despite of recently strengthened vehicle emission regulations, NOx emissions are not decreased in urban areas because of discrepancies between certification emission test modes and real driving conditions. Thus, researches on RDE-LDV(Real-driving Emission-Light-duty Vehicle) have been conducted actively using PEMS(Portable Emissions Measurement Systems). Emission characteristics were analyzed for averaged NOx emissions per unit driving distance from Driving load. Finally, to utilize the test procedure of RDE-LDV in this study, the representative and repeatability should be considered.
