        ON OPTIMALITY OF GENERALIZED OPTIMIZATION PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH OPERATOR AND EXISTENCE OF (T<sub>η</sub>; ξ<sub>θ</sub>)-INVEX FUNCTIONS

        The main purpose of this paper is to introduce a pair new class of primal and dual problem associated with an operator. We prove the sufficient optimality theorem, weak duality theorem and strong duality theorem for these problems. The equivalence between the generalized optimization problems and the generalized variational inequality problems is studied in ordered topological vector space modeled in Hilbert spaces. We introduce the concept of partial differential associated (PDA)-operator, PDA-vector function and PDA-antisymmetric function to show the existence of a new class of function called, ($T_{\eta};{\xi}_{\theta}$)-invex functions. We discuss first and second kind of ($T_{\eta};{\xi}_{\theta}$)-invex functions and establish their existence theorems in ordered topological vector spaces.

        상수관망 배수지 용량별 비상연계 운영 효율성 분석

        비정상상황으로 인해 불가피하게 배수지가 격리된 경우 비상연계 운영을 통해 고립된 배수 블록에 물을 공급할 수 있다. 비상연계 운영은 무단수 공급을 위한 해결책이지만, 명확한 기준은 부재하다. 본 연구에서는 배수지의 용량과 비상연계 운영 시의 공급가능률 사이의 관계를 분석하였다. S시의 상수관망에 네 가지 시나리오를 구축하였으며, A-PDA 수리해석 모형을 통해 공급가능률을 정량화하였다. 그 결과, 공급가능률이 인접 배수지의 용량에 비례함을 보였다. 다음으로 비상연계 운영 시 유산한 용량을 가진 배수지를 독립적/동시에 비상연계 운영하는 경우를 비교하였다. 독립적으로 운영이 되는 경우 50% 정도의 공급가능률을 보였으나, 동시에 운영이 되는 경우 공급가능률은 70%로 보다 안정적인 공급이 가능했다. 하지, 비상연계 운영을 실시한 이후 배수지의 저류량 회복은 공급가능률과 반비례하는 것으로 나타나 보다 신중한 전략 수립이 요구된다. In the case of a reservoir failure, emergency interconnection operation can be initiated to supply water to the isolated block from an adjacent reservoir (s). Emergency interconnection operation is an effective solution to continue water service; however, no clear standards have been established. In this study, the relationship between the reservoir capacity and the supply performance of emergency interconnection operation was identified and explored. Four scenarios were constructed for a water distribution system located at S-City, and the efficiency was quantified using availability, which is calculated by the A-PDA model. The results show that a larger capacity of an adjacent reservoir results in higher availability. Another set of scenarios was used to evaluate the supply performance of emergency interconnection operation with similar-capacity reservoirs, either independently or simultaneously. In the case of a separate connection, the availability was approximately 50%; however, it increased to 70% when both reservoirs were connected simultaneously. It was confirmed that it is efficient to operate an emergency connection with a larger reservoir. However, recovery from the emergency interconnection operation is inversely proportional to the availability itself; therefore, careful planning is required when the duration of the emergency interconnection operation is expected to be long.

      • A Novel Multiple Attribute Decision Making Framework based on Hamacher Operations in Patron Driven Acquisitions Mode of Library Management

        As a fuzzy set extension, the hesitant set is effectively used to model situations where it is allowable to determine several possible membership degrees of an element to a set due to the ambiguity between different values. Some new hesitant fuzzy operational rules are introduced based on the Hamacher t-conorm and t-norm, whereby we present a multi attribute decision making method under hesitant fuzzy information. In the daily management of library, book selection problem usually is very complex and unstructured, because variety of uncontrollable and unpredictable factors affects the evaluation and decision-making process at different levels. By integrating the multiple attribute decision making method with (Patron Driven Acquisitions, PDA) mode, a novel multiple attribute decision making framework based on Hamacher operations in PDA mode is proposed to select the best book providing the highest satisfaction for the attributes determined in this paper. Finally, a case study is so demonstrated to verify the reliability and applicability of the proposed framework.

        전자해도 기반의 해상작업 모니터링 시스템 설계 및 구현

        해상작업 모니터링 시스템은 해상에서 수행될 수 있는 국가와 국가 간의 광케이블 매설 작업이나 낙도의 전기 공급을 위한 해저의 전선 매설 작업, 천연가스공사의 파이프라인 매설 작업 등 각종 해상작업에서 사용되는 선박 자동화를 위한 모니터링 시스템이다. 다양한 센서로부터의 입력과 환경 설정을 통해 얻어진 데이터를 가공 처리하고, 전자해도 데이터를 읽어 GPS의 위치정보와 함께 나타낸다. 또한, 작업과 관련한 루트파일의 정보를 오버레이해서 관련 데이터를 처리하며, 무선 네트워크 환경으로 구축된 무선접속장치 (AP; Access Point) 와 클라이언트 측의 휴대용 개인정보단말기 (PDA; Personal Digital Assistants) 를 무선 랜으로 연동시켜 실시간으로 정보를 처리하도록 하며, 유효 반경 내에서의 자유로운 이동을 가능하게해서 작업의 효용성을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구는 이랴한 상황 하에서 해상작업과 관련한 모니터링 시스템을 임베디드 환경에서 설계 및 구현함으로써 선박 자동화와 선박의 안전 항해를 지원하고 해상에서의 작업 부하를 최소화시키며 사고 방지를 통한 선박의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있다. Sea operation monitoring system is a system for the automatic ship operation that is used on the variety sea operations such as laying optical cables on the sea between the countries, laying cables on the seabed for a remote island, laying pipelines for the natural gas, and so forth This system processes data which obtained through setting up environment and input from several sensors, and display CPS information with ENC data And this system processes not only data of route file about sea operation, but also realtime information from PDA of client wirelessly connected with AP on wireless LAN. In addition, this system can improve efficiency of the operation as a result of enabling free movement within valid range. This paper design and implementation monitoring system from above appropriate to the embedded system, and improve competitive power of ship through prevention of a ship accident, to keep minimizing operation loads and support both the automatic ship operation and the safety voyage.

        This paper represent an embedded systems of next generation information technology fields. First, we discuss the background why the embedded systems is the importance in the next generation IT fields. Next, in section Ⅱ, we describe the hardware oriented embedded systems, the embedded hardware processor, specified processor. In section Ⅲ, we describe the embedded software, for example, window CE and Linux. In section Ⅳ, we discuss the embedded system application fields, i.e. mobile phone application, STB application, telematics fields, home automation, personal digital assistant and so on. Also, we describe the system on chip in the section Ⅴ. Finally in section Ⅵ, we summary the characteristics in future embedded systems and its application fields.
