      • Chinese Health Services Research, as Illuminated through Bibliometric Analysis, Reveals Intriguing Patterns and Insights

        Purpose – A systematic scrutiny of the methodologies, subjects, and focal points in health services research in China offers valuable insights into the current state and progress in this field. By scrutinizing the existing literature, one can discern the strengths and weaknesses of health services research in China, thereby furnishing informative guidance for refining the research agenda and charting a more optimal trajectory for futuredevelopment. Design/Methodology/Approach – Employing CiteSpace and VOSviewer software, we endeavor to elucidate the landscape of health services research in China and identify its prominent thematic focuses. Findings – Visual scrutiny reveals that at present, the management of healthcare services in China necessitates a pronounced focus on geriatric health service research; an augmentation of studies in health education; an intensification of inquiries into the development of health service support systems; a continued delve into mental health and social well-being realms; and innovative explorations of rural health service challenges, constituting prospective research directions. Research Implications – Quantitative and visual analyses of Chinese health services research, leveraging bibliometric methodologies, offer a more objective, precise, and expedient means to enhance comprehension and awareness of the field’s advancements.

      • Exploration of Graded Multidisciplinary Health Management Model and Management Strategies for Osteoarthritis of the Knee in Chinese Communities

        Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to summarize and explore the health management model and health management strategies for knee osteoarthritis in the Chinese community in the context of the high prevalence and disability rate of knee osteoarthritis as a common chronic degenerative disease of the musculoskeletal system. Design/Methodology/Approach – Based on literature research, search for relevant literature in Chinese and English databases. The search time range was between February 2009 and February 2024. Findings – This paper studies there are problems in China’s KOA community health management such as low patient health literacy, insufficient medical diagnosis and treatment, and lack of policy standards and guidelines. The hierarchical, hierarchical, multidisciplinary, and comprehensive health management model is still the mainstream development trend. Traditional Chinese medicine intervention and the use of network informatization also play an important role in KOA community health management; health education, weight management and exercise therapy are the focus of the Chinese community knee osteoarthritis health management strategy. Research Implications – In the management of this paper, this article hopes to provide a more optimized strategy for the management of knee osteoarthritis in domestic communities and further improve The patient’s diagnosis and treatment effect and prognosis level.

      • Study on the Molecular Mechanism of Antioxidant Health Effect of Tuna Dark Meat Enzymatic Polypeptides

        Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to explore the molecular mechanism of polypeptide antioxidant health, and effectively promote the new direction of human health functions. Design/Methodology/Approach – Based on methodology, the paper studies this article uses trypsin to enzymatically hydrolyze tuna dark meat, obtained an enzymatic biological active polypeptide, and performs peptide sequencing using matrix-assisted laser dissociation time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI TOF/TOF),obtained the first -level (MS) and second structure (MS/MS) of the peptide. Finally, the molecular docking was performed through Discovery Studio (DS), target protein prediction is performed to determine the connection with antioxidant health care. Findings – The results show that the dominant peptide sequences in the tuna dark meat trypsin hydrolyzed polypeptides are SSAR, VSSK and GEHAE; through molecular simulation methods (Discover Studio, DS), the potential target protein screening of the above enzyme polypeptide is found to be closely linked to Keap1 (oxidation) protein, so it is determined to have a certain connection with antioxidant molecules. Research Implications – In the management of this paper, In this article, this study is of great significance in antioxidant molecules. It provides a new direction for the removal of free radicals and effectively suppress the aging process. The health effect is significant, which will also provide a reference for the subsequent research of other scholars.

      • Functional Evaluation of Bovine Collagen and Cistanche Deserticola Compound Peptide

        Purpose – Considering that elderly men’s health has common problems among the elderly. For example, most elderly chronic diseases are mostly related to inflammation, which can lead to malnutrition and osteoporosis. There are also gender differences such as hormone abnormalities and decreased male function. This article hopes to conduct a functional evaluation of a product that improves male nutrition and health care functions through animal experiments and in vitro cell experiments on bovine collagen and Cistanche deserticola compound peptides, verify its main functions, and improve the application of men’s health food in the elderly market. Design/Methodology/Approach – This article focuses on the design and investigation of the effect of this product on osteoporosis, male sperm motility and anti-inflammation. Therefore, the rat osteoporosis model, the cyclophosphamide testicular toxicity model, and the in vitro inflammatory cell experiment were used to produce corresponding experimental data. evaluate. Findings – Experiments have indeed verified that the compound peptide has the effects of preventing osteoporosis, promoting sperm motility, increasing testosterone levels and anti-inflammation. Research Implications – This study provides new ideas for the development of functional health foods for elderly men through the functional evaluation of complex peptides. It has certain significance for the selection of raw materials, formulation specifications and functional evaluation of men’s health products, and will also provide guidance for other scholars.       • Analysis of Prostatitis and Prostate Cancer Transformation

        Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to explore the connection between hormonal changes in the body, related gene expression, and imaging diagnosis between prostatitis and prostate cancer patients, and to analyze the work curves of comparative subjects to conveniently find the optimal plan for early diagnosis and early treatment with clinical reference. Design/Methodology/Approach – In particular, in order to find the optimal method for early diagnosis and early treatment by referring to the hormonal changes in the body and the connection between prostatitis and prostate cancer patients and the type of related genes, imaging diagnosis is explored and the work curves of compared subjects are closely analyzed. The method uses testing of serotonin (T) and leptin (LP) in 50 patients with prostatitis and 50 patients with prostate cancer, and uses a PCA gene expression test and a 1.5TMRI scan test in parallel. Statistical analysis is performed using SPSS 21.0 software. We propose a three-item logistic regression model to select statistically significant indicators as independent variables and use whether the pathological result is prostate cancer as a dependent variable. Findings – The area of working curve of the subjects with MRI + serum hormones, PSA + EPCA gene test, two tests (serum hormones, PSA + EPCA gene test) and single serum hormones, PSA test were (ROC1:89.3%, ROC2:82.1% and ROC3:64.3%), respectively. the results showed that the combined detection of MRI, serum hormone, PSA and EPCA gene has a high clinical significance for the early diagnosis of PCA. Conclusion: The combination of MRI, serum PSA and EPCA gene detection has clinical diagnostic value for early diagnosis of PCA, and the diagnostic value of combined detection is higher. Research Implications – In the management of this paper, this study has significance in improving the accuracy of early screening for prostate cancer, find the optimal combination of subject curve detection items, which can replace the best interdisciplinary detection combination of clinical gold standard live tissue testing, solve the physical testing damage of patients, and reduce the economic cost of testing.

      • Phase II Clinical Study of Nab-paclitaxel Combined with Cisplatin Concurrent Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Cervical Cancer

        Purpose – To explore the maximum tolerated dose of nab-paclitaxel in patients with advanced cervical cancer during concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Design/Methodology/Approach – This study adopted a 3+3 design, with a fixed cisplatin dose of 40 mg/m2, and escalation of nab-paclitaxel for injection. The initial dose was 10 mg/m2, with at least 3 subjects in each dose group. radiotherapy was used 6 MV X-ray pelvic three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, the dose is 180 cGy/time, 5 times/week, lasting 4-6 weeks,Combined intracavitary brachytherapy 30-36gy/5-6 times. Such as DLT, enter the next dose group until the MTD is obtained, and regularly evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions. Findings – A total of 21 patients were enrolled, including 3 cases in the 10 mg/m2 group, 3 cases in the 20 mg/m2 group, 6 cases in the 30 mg/m2 group, 6 cases in the 50 mg/m2 group, and 4 cases in the 70 mg/m2 group. There were 2 cases of DLT in the 70 mg/m2 group, so the MTD was determined to be 50 mg/m2. The 3-month ORR was 100% (20/20), the 6-month ORR was 94. 12% (16/17), and the 1-year ORR was 87. 5 % (12/14). The most common occurrence of grade 3-4 treatment-related adverse reactions is bone marrow suppression. Research Implications – The maximum tolerated dose of nab-paclitaxel in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy is 50 mg/m2. This program has reliable efficacy and good safety.

      • The Mediating Effect of TCM Constitutional Between Postpartum Depression and Social Support

        Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to verify the correlation among TCM constitution, postpartum depression, and social support. Design/Methodology/Approach – The study was conducted at the Hefei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hefei City, Anhui Province, China. The survey gathered data on biosocial characteristics, the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, the Social Support Rating Scale, and the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) constitution from 283 pregnant women. Findings – The study discovered that the prevalence of postpartum depression is 35%. Risk factors for postpartum depression include ‘impact on career’ and postpartum health status. The difference in postpartum depression scores between different biased constitutions was statistically significant (F = 5.91, p<0.001). The study found negative correlations between social support and both postpartum depression (r = -2.283, p<0.01) and qi depression (r = -0.171, p<0.01). Additionally, there was a positive correlation between qi depression and postpartum depression (r = 0.544, p<0.01), with qi depression playing a partial mediating role between postpartum depression and social support. Research Implications – According to the constitution theory of traditional Chinese medicine, personalized social support is provided to reduce the incidence and severity of postpartum depression and improve the quality of life of postpartum women.
