      • 남자 탁구 어깨통증 증후군 선수와 일반선수의 등속성 어깨근력 국면별 특성

        탁구의 드라이브 동작에서 실시되는 어깨관절의 과다사용은 어깨관절 통증 증후군을 발생시킬 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 엘리트 남자 탁구선수 중 어깨관절에 통증을 호소하는 선수집단의 국면별 등속성 근력 특성을 일반선수와 비교 평가 분석하여 재활과 트레이닝을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다. 본 연구의 대상자는 S팀 남자 프로 탁구 선수로 일반집단(normal group; NG) 11명과 어깨관절에서 해부학적 구조의 이상은 없으나 어깨 통증 증후군(impingement syndrome)을 호소하는 집단(shoulder impingement syndrome group; SIG) 9명으로 분류하여 주측 어깨관절(Dominant shoulder)과 비 주측 어깨관절(Non-dominant shoulder)을 Cybex NORM(TM)770 (USA)을 이용, 어깨의 단축성 근 수축과 신장성 근 수축에서 나타나는 순간(moment) 힘효율(torque)의 관절의 가동범위 내 국면(moment)을 25°, 50°, 75°, 100° 그리고 최대 힘요율이 나타나는 국면으로 나누어 수집하였다. 수집 변인 간 independent t-test를 실시하였고 유의수준(α)은 0.05로 기준하였다. 연구 결과 엘리트 탁구선수는 단축성 근력에서 팔이 내전 될 때가 외전 될 때보다 더 큰 근력을 발휘하였으며, 신장성 근력 외전에서는 50° 국면에서 어깨 통증 증후군 집단에서 가장 낮은 근력을 발휘하여 경기력 저하의 요인으로 지적되며, 내전에서는 모든 국면에서 일반집단 주측어깨관절에서 가장 높은 근력을 발휘하였다. Shoulder joint overuse may be caused by shoulder injury when drive action. The purpose of this study provided basic data for rehabilitation and training, was to analyses a isokinetic exercise between a shoulder injury group(SIG n=11) and a normal group(NG n=9) in table tennis athletes according to positions of peak torque. All subjects were given the information of the study. Maximal concentric and eccentric external and internal rotation muscle strength was obtained by measuring maximal force monemts (torque) during isokinetic shoulder movements. A Cybex770 dynamometer (USA) was used for the measurements. Produce for measurement was preceded by 15 minutes warm-up and precondition to the testing device. For each specific velocity and contraction mode, trials were performed until the subject was unable to increase the peak moment any further. Muscle strength was evaluated by peak torque of the shoulder using isokinetic dynamometry. In conclusion, elite table tennis player concentric contraction strength is shown more external than internal, eccentric contraction strength 50° moment the lowest power is shown in shoulder impingement syndrome. In internal, dominant shoulder highest power is shown.

        Background: Recently, a number of snowboarders and skiers have been increasing dramatically. The winter sports has several advantages such as maintaining or enhancing physical fitness as well as increasing psychological satisfaction. However, snowboarding and skiing related injuries are also increasing. Among these injuries, the frequency of concussion is increasing. Purposes: The purposes of this review are to provide updated information about sports related concussion in general including definitions of concussion, incidence rate of concussion in snowboarding and skiing, and methodological issues of the sport injury study in future research. Methods: To find literature, the following Electronical Data Base was searched(Medline, National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI), Koreastudies Information Service System(KISS), and theses. The searching terms were limited to either Korean language or English language and the published year from 1990 to 2006. Results: In results, there are not many research in snowboarding and skiing related concussion. Incidence rate of concussion in snowboarding was high(11 per 100 snowboarder-exposures). Overall, frequency of concussion injury occurred from 3~69%. However, the incidence rate of skiing related concussion could not calculate because there are several methodological problems with skiing related concussion research. Conclusion: In conclusions, there are few research in the winter sports related concussion. Incidence rate of snowboaring related concussion is high. By the way, due to methodological limitations, the incidence rate of skiing related concussion could not measure. Therefore, more research are required with appling appropriate methods in these two winter sports.

      • 체지방률이 슬관절의 등속성 및 등척성 근력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate and compare lower limb isokinetic muscular strength of <23㎏/m2 and >23㎏/m2 population at the same height and muscle mass. For this purpose, 20 subject(10 <23㎏/m2, 10 >23㎏/m2) were selected. The result were as following. The peak torque, average power, total work, maximal voluntary isometric contraction(MVIC) in time of flexion and extension 60°/S, 180°/S no significant difference, In conclusion the muscle mass seems to be a function of underlying muscle strength and contributing variables of isokinetic lower limb flexion and extension strength in men who are >23㎏/m2 are not body fat.

      • 마사지 처치가 등속성,단축성 수축 후의 지연성 근통증에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 마사지 처치가 등속성·단축성 수축에 나타난 지연성 근통증에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이었다. 일반남자 대학생 8명이 피검자로서 마사지 처치와 통제 처치에 반복적으로 각각 1회씩, 무작위 순서로 참가하였다. 모든 피검자는 낮은 속도(30°/sec, 15회 반복)에서 높은 속도(150°/sec, 15회 반복)로 30°/sec씩 증가시켜 나가는 등속성·단축성 수축을 실시하였다. 마사지 처치에서는 그 운동 후 3일간에 걸쳐 하지에 매일 15분씩 마사지를 실시하였고, 통제 처치에서는 그 기간 동안 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 두 처치 기간 중 운동 전, 운동 후 24시가, 48시간, 그리고 72시간 시점에서 DOMS와 관련된 변인으로 판단되는 CPK, 무릎의 ROM, 한 쪽 다리로 제자리 멀리 뛰기, 그리고 통증 척도를 측정하였다. 이러한 변인의 평균을 두 집단 간에, 그리고 시점 간에 반복이 있는 이원변량분석(two-way ANOVA with repeated measures)을 이용하여 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 운동 후 회복기 중에 마사지 처치 중의 CPK가 통제 처치에 비하여 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 2) 두 처치 간에 무릎의 ROM은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 운동 후 48시간 시점에서 마사지 처치 후의 한 쪽 제자리멀리뛰기 기록이 통제 처치에 비하여 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 4) 운동 후 48시간 시점에서 마사지 처치 후의 통증 척도가 통제 처치에 비하여 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 등속성·단축성 수축으로 인하여 유발된 DOMS가 마사지 처치에 의하여 효과적으로 감소된 것으로 보인다. 따라서 마사지 처치는 향후 운동과학 및 스포츠의학 분야에서 보다 광범위하게 활용되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of massage on delayed onset of muscle soreness(DOMS) occurred after isokinetic and concentric exercise. Eight male collegiate students underwent two sets of experiments such as massage test and control test, repeatedly according to counterbalanced order. Each subject performed isokinetic and concentric exercise from low velocity(30°/sec, 15 repetitions) to high velocity(150°/sec, 15 repetitions) increasing 30°/sec., followed by massage at lower extremities for 15 minutes for three following days in the massage test and no treatment in the control test, respectively. The variables related to DOMS measured before the exercise, 24hrs, 48hrs, and 72hrs after the exercise were CPK, ROM at knee joint, long jump with one leg standing, and soreness rating scale. The results obtained from the aforementioned two tests were regarded as two groups, i.e., massage group and control group. The data of the two groups were compared using two-way ANOVA with repeated measures. The results of the present study were as follows: 1) CPK was lower in the massage group than the control group throughout the recovery phase. 2) There was no significant difference in the ROM at knee joint between two groups. 3) Long jump with one leg standing of the massage group increased more than the control group from 48hrs after the exercise. 4) There was a trend that the soreness rating scale of the massage group decreased more than the control group from 48hrs after the exercise. It was concluded that DOMS diminished faster and more effectively with the massage comparing to no treatment, indicating that the massage should be utilized more broadly in the field of sports.

      • 비만 청소년의 심폐기능과 혈중지질 효소 수준에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of obesity on Exercise performance and serum lipids & enzymes level during increased exercise. The test subject were twenty obesity men(obesity group; OB) and twenty general men(general group; GB) enrolled at middle school student. The age of subjects were distributed between thirteen and fifteen. The man test items of this study were heart rate (HR), VO2max, systolic blood pressure (SBP), and serum lipids & CPK, LDH at before and after the ergometer exercise for 12 minutes. It took five months to measure and analyse according to the test items. All data were processed by IBM package SPSS-PC. The results through the statistical analysis of these data were summarized as follows; 1. The %fat were 13.9±1.86% in GB and 24.5±1.68% in OB. 2. The HR at resting were 75.4±7.02 bpm in GB and 85.8±5.53 bpm in OB. And the HR after 12 minutes ergometer exercise were 163.2±4.52 bpm in GB, 175.5±5.13 bpm in OB. 3. The SBP at resting were 117.0±7.32mmHg in GB and 121.0±6.41mmHg in OB. And the SBP after were 160.3±6.58mmHg in GB, 169.0±8.67mmHg in OB. 4. The VO2max were 45.38±6.22㎖/㎏/min in GB, 36.14±5.49㎖/㎏/min in OB. 5. The serum Total-Cholesterol level at resting were 133.3±16.01㎎/㎗ in GB and 179.9±30.82㎎/㎗ in OB. And the serum Total-Cholesterol level after exercise were 136.5±15.04㎎/㎗ in GB and 184.5±33.14 ㎎/㎗ in OB. 6. The serum Triglyceride level at resting were 61.8±11.77㎎/㎗ in GB and 112.3±22.55㎎/㎗ in OB. And the serum Triglyceride level after exercise were 69.7±12.08㎎/㎗ in GB and 120.9±20.09㎎/㎗ in OB. 7. The serum HDL-C level at resting were 48.4±4.97㎎/㎗ in GB and 36.9±4.69㎎/㎗ in OB. And the serum HDL-C level after exercise were 49.2±4.49 ㎎/㎗ in GB and 38.9±5.79㎎/㎗ in OB. 8. The serum FFA level at resting were 565.1±125.09㎎/㎗ in GB and 679.2±179.76 ㎎/㎗ in OB. And the serum FFA level after exercise were 720.1±131.59㎎/㎗ in GB and 882.9±191.57㎎/㎗ in OB. 9. The serum LDH level at resting were 390.7±53.96IU/L in GB and 374.9±23.69IU/L in OB. And the serum LDH level after exercise were 461.3±51.72IU/L in GB and 451.1±21.73IU/L in OB. 10. The serum CPK level at resting were 118.5±26.10IU/L in GB and 82.9±18.89IU/L in OB. And the serum CPK level after exercise were 137.7±29.62IU/L in GB and 108.9±29.72IU/L in OB.

      • 요부재활운동이 태권도 선수의 요부기능과 요부형태 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of lumbar rehabilitation exercise based on scientific and effective training programs, and to contribute improvement of athletic competence for Taekwondo players. The subjects of the present study were five high school Taekwondo players(flat back group: M=1, F=1) who felt a lumbar pain. According to each posture, the subjects were performed lumbar rehabilitation training for eight week, and the effects of lumbar rehabilitation training analyzed lumbar extension strength, and change of lumbar pain were as follows: 1. The lumbar extension strength of All subjects increased during period of eight week rehabilitation training, especially the female flat back subjects found a high rate of improvement. The male flat back subject found the continuous rate of increase, on the other hand the male subject found a high rate of improvement at the early stage of training. In general. after rehabilitation training lumbar extension strength of whole subjects was increased at the level of p<.05. 2. After rehabilitation training the lumbar posture of whole subjects was returned to normal condition at the level of p<.01.

      • 무릎관절 근 피로 유발 후 간헐적 massage가 quadriceps 및 hamstrings 의 total work에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyses the effect of massage on total work during high intensity intermittent isokinetic exercise on taekwondo players' knee. The subjects were places in 2 groups: experimental group (n=11) continued massage and control group(n=10). Muscle strength was evaluated by total work of the knee using isokinetic exercise machine(Cybex NORMTM 770, USA). This result of the study are as follow; 1) Hamstrign and quadriceps of control group and massage group decrease significantly total work as set time passes(p<0.001). 2) There is no significant between a control group and a massage group, so after the fatigue of Hamstring and quadriceps, two minutes massage during set time is no significant of maintain endurance strength. 3) FT muscle fiber working is construed as a decrease of total work 3set and 4set. A local massage massages do not maintain to endurance strength as high intensity intermittent isokinetic exercise, but massages encourage to recover fatigue after exercise.
