        백서피부의 화상 손상에 따른 효소조직화학적 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the sequential changes of enzyme activities in severely burned skin of rat at intervals of 2 hours, 8 hours, 1 day and 3 days by histochemical methods. The results obtained were as follows. 1. Acid phosphatase activity was found to be transient increase in dermis and mild decrease in epidermis, hair follicle and sebaceous gland at 2 hour after burning. The activity was not seen in skin after 8 hours. 2. Alkaline phosphatase was found to be decreased in blood vessel and dermal papillae of hair follicle at 2 hour after burning and then was progressively decreased after 8 hours. 3.α-naphtyl acetate esterase activity was found to be decreased in epidermis, dermis and hair follicle at 2 hours after burning and was not seen in skin after 8 hours. There was no significant changes in sebaceous gland after burning.

        이하선관 절단의 임상적 고찰

        본 병원에 내원한 절단된 이하선관 환자 총 20명(남자:10명 여자 10명)중 4명을 제외한 16명에서 추적조사가 가능하였으며 이 중 14명에서 이하선관의 원활한 관통이 이루어졌고 1명에서 관의 폐세기 생겨 2차 수술이 필료 했으며 다른 1명의 경우 농의 배출이 있었으나 항생제 투여와 구강위생등으로 별 다른 문제 없이 치료 되었고 또 1례의 이하선 타석을 치험하여 보고하는 바이다. Due to increasing trend of traffic accident, number of patient has been gradually increased. Facial injury, for its anatomical vulnerability, is most common site of injury and greatly exceeding injuries of other body region in trauma patient. There are occasional report of Stensen`s duct damage accompanying facial injury and much problem can arise when first aid is performed without knowledge of anatomy or concern for patient. Generally, Stensen`s duct located at mid 1/3 portion of line passing through tragus of ear and subnasale, another word, above the masseter muscle. Once deep lacerated wound has occurred in this region, one must suspect damage of Stensen`s duct. Among the 20 patients (Male: 10, Female:10) who have beeb treated at Chonnam National University Hospital for severed Srensen`s duct, 14 cases have obtained favorable result, not counting 4 patients with whom follow-up study was not possible. In unsuccessful cases of two, 1 case required secondary operation due to occurance of ductal stricture. In another case, leakage of pus has been observed but with proper oral care and antibiotic administration, it has been treated withiut any difficulty. Facial nerve injury accompanying Stensen`s duct been frequently observed, buccal branch being the most common site of involvement. Time interval from severance of duct to repairing the duct was 7 to 21 hours on average and time delay of this level has not impose much limit to obtain successful result. Suture material for Dowel, no matter what kind used, has achieved favorable result and time interval of 9 to 21 days given before the removal was long enough to obtain successful operative result without any development of complication. It is generally accepted view that salivary stone is most common disease entity among the salivery glands and ducts, and stone mostly occur in submandibular duct and rarely in Stensen`s duct. We have performed end-to-end anatomosis using a 23 guage polyethylene catheter as a Dowel in severed duct in 20 patients who have been admitted our hospital for cut repair and obtained satisfiable result. In 1 case, we have experienced stone on the Stensen`s duct, therby reporting this case with through reviews of literature.

        흉배혈관의 근피 천공분지에 기초한 유리피판의 임상적 이용

        The latissimus dorsi muscle or musculocutaneous flap is one of the most useful flaps in reconstructive surgery. This flap has many advantages, such as its reliable anatomy, long pedicle with large caliber vessels, minimal functional deficit of the donor site, and low incidence of donor site complications. However, the bulkiness of the flap has been considered a disadvantage, so various modifications of technique have been devised. The cutaneous portion of the flap can be safely elevated based on the cutaneous perforating branch of the thoracodorsal vessel. From March 1997 to February 1998, 10 patients underwent reconstructive procedures with thoracodorsal perforator-based free flaps. The composition of the flaps varied in accordance with the nature of the defect. The variances in the flaps were as follows; 3 were cutaneous, 6 musculocutaneous, and 1 osteomusculocutaneous including the rib. All flaps survived with good contour. We concluded that this thin and reliable flap was useful for reconstruction of various defects, and that the composition of the flap, such as subcutaneous, muscle and bone, gave it considerable flexibility as needed.

        Analysis of Factors Influencing the Composition of Oil Tanker Fleet of Domestic Refinery Companies

        The international oil majors have been reducing the size of their own oil tanker fleet since early 1980s. Like international oil majors, the Korean refineries are becoming more dependent on tanker chartering rather than tanker ownership for their oil transportation since the 1990s. They also prefer spot charter to time charter and this kind of trend has continued up to now. Consequently, this paper attempted to find the factors influencing changes in tanker fleet composition. To attain the object of the paper, an empirical study is adopted using the ten decision-making factors derived from preceeding studies. The findings are that MARPOL and OPA 90, and transportation costs are the most important factors influencing an oil tanker fleet composition.

        Fabrication of Micro-inductor and Capacior For RF MEMS Applications

        In this paper, we present the fabrication of tunable capacitors and 3-dimensional inductors. This work was related to fabricated 3-dimensional device for need of micro device in developing new intelligence age. This device was fabricated by electroplating used electroplating PR and high-vacuum evaporation of metal. Fabricated micro-inductor is consisted of air-bridge on electroplating rod and electroplated core. Micro-capacitor is consisted of thin metal membrane and electroplated core. Electroplating material is used Cu metal solvent. Air-gap between metal-layers function as almost perfect isolation layer. The most advantage of our micro-inductor and micro-capacitor compared to present device is a possibility that can fabricate on RF MEMS(microelectro-mechanical systems) application with high performance and various function.         Three dimensional character is emerging area for the future industry which is mainly applied to three dimensional animations, three dimensional games and movies The three dimensional characters as actors or actresses in the animation are finished with the technology of computer graphics and need a lot oaf study. For example, there are the basic progresses of work called $quot;Face, body, pose and facial expression.$quot; Because the three dimensional images are expressed with the four steps to match the image form the two dimensional images or sketches of original concept these are very important steps. However sometimes we forget to do the four steps, especially, we forget the facial expression frequently. The goal of this study is to find out the most effective way to make a face which egress the mood and tone from the original image and to examine the data of the three dimensional models.
