      • Research and Design of Embedded Timber Drying Monitoring System Based on ARM9

        Wood drying is one of the most important processes in wood production and processing. The purpose of the study is to improve the level of automation of small and medium-sized wood drying enterprises and to improve the drying efficiency and quality. Using Visual Basic6.0, this article completes the development of host computer monitor software, which not only monitors on-site equipments, but also integrates the knowledge base of local wood drying experts and remote expert server. Furthermore, micro-processor is embedded into the slave computer which is of low energy consumption, fast operation and high reliability as its main controller. This system has been applied in Harbin timber factory, and the results show that the system is reliable, low cost, and has certain commonality. Therefore, the results of this study show that this method can serve as a reference and promote the upgrading and transformation of the automation level of wood drying enterprises.

      • Research on Combustion Performance Optimization of Bio-fuel Combustion Machine Control System

        In recent years, with the rapid development of society and economy, the energy shortage and the environmental pollution become more seriously, the heat industry, represented by the boiler, is of high energy consumption and emissions; it is facing tremendous pressure of energy conservation. Combustion machine is core of heating device; it controls the temperature distribution, thermal efficiency and service life of the boilers. In order to improve the thermal efficiency of combustion systems and save the energy, the burner is faced with the problem of optimizing the performance, solving these problems is of great social and economic significance. In this paper, in order to improve bio-fuel burner efficiency and decrease the pollution, after studying its control characteristics, we proposed the new performance control scheme, which use CO and O2 feedback correction as air volume to adjust bio-fuel combustion burner, based on it, we designed the software and hardware of control system, at the same time, we studied its combustion model and optimization algorithm, came up with the control algorithm of the burner based on LSSVM + GA. Finally, use the proposed control scheme and optimized control algorithm in this paper, to make the model of combustion efficiency and NOx emissions of bio-fuel machine, make the optimization experiments of O2, CO amount based on GA gas, under the condition that NOx emissions is less than 0.52%, the combustion efficiency is less than 0.06%,the algorithm proposed can adjust the wind amount into burner timely and get the best combustion efficiency and nitrogen oxide emissions.

      • Research of Embedded Remote Video Monitoring System Based on iMX6DL

        With the development of information technology, the video surveillance has been widely used in different fields. The real-time video monitoring and controlling system adopts embedded technology, video decoding technology, communication and network technology and some other technologies. Therefore, there is much significance to research it. In this paper the Cortex-A9 is used as core hardware platform to develop the embedded remote video monitoring system, and its key technology is also researched. Based on the research of domestic video monitoring system, and combining with the practical application the overall hardware and software design of the embedded remote video monitoring system is presented. The hardware part of this system includes the microprocessor iMX6DL based on the Cortex-A9 framework which produced by FeiLing company and the USB camera based on the UT_USB_CAMERA module. The software pate includes the transplantation of the embedded operating system Linux, the development of streaming media server, the constructing of website and the writing the payer widget to obtaining a system which has integral real-time monitoring function. The test manifests that the system design is reasonable and stable, it also can be extended to Smart Home, Smart City, Internet of Vehicles and other applications fields.

        Isolation and characterization of heat-responsive gene TaGASR1 from wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

        GA-stimulated transcript (GAST) family genes have been identified in numerous plant species. In this paper, we isolated and characterized a heat-responsive gene, TaGASR1, from heat tolerant variety TAM107. The complete ORF of TaGASR1 was cloned, which encoded a 98-kDa protein, and the sequence shared 51.52% similarity to OsGASR1. Analysis of the TaGASR1 promoter region showed that it contained a heat shock element (HSE) and several cis-elements involved in abiotic stress response and hormone signal transduction. Expression patterns of TaGASR1 revealed that it was strongly induced by stress factors, such as high temperature, drought, high salinity and oxidation, as well as the phytohormones, including MeJA, ACC and ABA, which suggested the TaGASR1 gene might participate in these stress and hormone signal transduction pathways. Transient expression of TaGASR1-GFP fusion proteins in onion epidermal cells indicated that TaGASR1 protein was localized to the cell membrane or cytosol. Further analysis showed that ectopic expression of TaGASR1 in Arabidopsis enhanced thermotolerance and reduced the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) after heat stress. Moreover, we also found that TaGASR1-overexpressing wheat improved tolerance to heat stress and oxidative stress.
