        세대별로 의료서비스를 제공받는 상황과 욕구가 다르기 때문에 효과적인 의료 서비스 제공을 위해서는 각 연령층의 다양한 요구를 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 잘 설계된 의료서비스 제공 전략은 의료지출 부담을 줄이고 맞춤화된 서비스를 제공하여 효율성을 높일 수 있다. 이전 연구에 따르면 공유주거 형태의 주거공간에 사는 Z 세대는 주거공간을 선택하는데 있어 지역사회 의료 서비스는 고려하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 위와 같은 관점으로, 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통해 Z 세대의 건강 행동 선호도를 확인하고 국제적 협업 의료서비스 프로젝트에 대한 사례분석을 통해 현재 의료서비스를 개선하기 위한 통찰을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 통해 Z세대가 건강 관리를 위해 디지털 기기를 선호하는 경향이 있으며, 디지털 의료 시스템과 통합된 협업 의료 서비스는 의료 서비스에 대한 사용자 만족도를 크게 향상할 수 있음을 확인했다. 미래의 협업 의료 프레임워크는 새로운 세대의 요구를 충족하기 위해 전자 기기와 데이터를 적극적으로 공유해야 한다. Different generations have varying healthcare needs and contexts, understanding the diverse requirements of each age group is crucial for delivering effective healthcare services. Well-designed healthcare service provision strategies can reduce medical cost burdens and improve efficiency by offering personalized services. In continuation of our previous research, Generation Z does not consider community healthcare services as a factor in their decision-making process when choosing public resident space. From this perspective, this study aims to identify the health behavior preferences of Generation Z through a literature review, and provide insights for improving current healthcare services by analyzing case studies of internationally renowned collaborative healthcare projects. Analysis reveals that Generation Z prefers using digital devices for health monitoring. Collaborative healthcare services integrated with digital health systems are expected to significantly enhance their medical satisfaction. Future collaborative healthcare frameworks should actively share data with electronic devices to address the needs of the new generation.

        Facile Preparation of ZnO Nanocatalysts for Ozonation of Phenol and Effects of Calcination Temperatures

        ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized through a facile route and were used as ozonation catalysts. With the increase of calcination temperature (150-300 oC), surface hydroxyl groups and catalytic efficiency of asobtained ZnO decreased remarkably, and the ZnO obtained at 150 oC showed the best catalytic activity. Compared with ozonation alone, the degradation efficiency of phenol increased above 50% due to the catalysis of ZnO-150. In the reaction temperatures range from 5 oC to 35 oC, ZnO nanocatalyst revealed remarkable catalytic properties, and the catalytic effect of ZnO was better at lower temperature. Through the effect of tertbutanol on degradation of phenol and the catalytic properties of ZnO on degradation of nitrobenzene, it was proposed that the degradation of phenol was ascribed to the direct oxidation by ozone molecules based on solidliquid interface reaction.

        Genetic variation of Vp1 in Sichuan wheat accessions and its association with pre-harvest sprouting response

        Pre-harvest sprouting (PHS) in bread wheat is a major abiotic constraint reducing yield and influencing the production of high quality grain. In China both spring and winter wheat regions are affected by PHS. Sichuan lies in southwest China,where the most of rainfall occurs during April to September when wheat is harvested. The present investigation was conducted to identify the allelic variability of Vp1, a gene that plays a role in maintenance and induction of dormancy,among Sichuan landraces and recent cultivars with different dormancy levels and to find potential sources of PHS resistance for breeding. Sichuan landrace and cultivar wheat accessions had a wide range of dormancy levels. The average germination index (GI) of Sichuan landrace accessions was 0.232, whereas at 0.674 it was much higher for cultivars. The different dormancy levels between landraces and cultivars indicated that pre-harvest sprouting resistance might have been neglected in recent Sichuan wheat breeding programs. The average GI of white grained accessions was higher than for red grained accessions. Particular Vp-1B gene fragments were specific in landraces or cultivars and in white or red grained accessions. The results indicated that Vp-1B markers could be used to distinguish cultivars and landraces. Significant relationships between certain Vp-1B allelesand GI of Sichuan wheat accessions were shown by Spearman’s rank correlation analysis.

        Light-induced negative differential resistance effect in a resistive switching memory device

        The negative differential resistance (NDR) effect was observed in a Pt/BiFeO3/TiO2/BiFeO3/Pt memory cell by using light-illumination as extra stimulation. Further, the coexistence appearances and gradually becomes obvious when the device is exposed to light-illumination, which display an excellent stability and reversibility of the coexistence of NDR and resistive switching (RS) at room temperature. Through analysis of the physical conduction mechanism, it is expected that a large number of photo-generated charge carriers are induced under light-illumination on the surface and interface of the heterojunction is responsible for the appearance of this coexistence phenomenon. Importantly, the NDR effect is strengthened by the competition transfer of charge carrier in the polarized electric field under light-illumination. This work shows that the coexistence of lightmodulated NDR and RS can deeply explore the potential applications of light-controlled multifunctional devices.

        Poly-γ-glutamic acid productivity of Bacillus subtilis BsE1 has positive function in motility and biocontrol against Fusarium graminearum

        In this study, we investigate the relationship between γ-PGA productivity and biocontrol capacity of Bacillus subtilis BsE1; one bacterial isolate displayed 62.14% biocontrol efficacy against Fusarium root rot. The γ-PGA yield assay, motility assay, wheat root colonization assay, and biological control assay were analysed in different γ-PGA yield mutants of BsE1. The pgsB (PGA-synthase-CapB gene) deleted mutant of BsE1 reduced γ-PGA yield and exhibited apparent decline of in vitro motile ability. Deletion of pgsB impaired colonizing capacity of BsE1 on wheat root in 30 days, also lowered biocontrol efficacies from 62.08% (wild type BsE1) to 14.22% in greenhouse experiment against Fusarium root rot. The knockout of pgdS and ggt (genes relate to two γ-PGA degrading enzymes) on BsE1, leads to a considerable improvement in polymer yield and biocontrol efficacy, which attains higher level compared with wild type BsE1. Compared with ΔpgsB mutant, defense genes related to reactive oxygen species (ROS) and phytoalexin expressed changes by notable levels on wheat roots treated with BsE1, demonstrating the functional role γ-PGA plays in biocontrol against Fusarium root rot. γ-PGA is not only important to the motile and plant root colonization ability of BsE1, but also essential to the biological control performed by BsE1 against Fusarium root rot. Our goal in this study is to reveals a new perspective of BCAs screening on bacterial isolates, without good performance during pre-assays of antagonism ability.

        Catalytic Ozonation of Phenol in Aqueous Solution by Co3O4 Nanoparticles

        The degradation efficiencies of phenol in aqueous solution were studied by semi-continuous experiments in the processes of ozone alone, ozone/bulky Co3O4 and ozone/Co3O4 nanoparticles. Catalyst samples (bulky Co3O4 and Co3O4 nanoparticles)were characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area, pHpzc and the density of surface hydroxyl groups of the two catalyst samples were also measured. The catalytic activity of Co3O4 nanoparticles was investigated for the removal of phenol in aqueous solutions under different reaction temperatures. Tert-butyl alcohol had little effect on the catalytic ozonation processes. Based on these results,the possible catalytic ozonation mechanism of phenol by Co3O4 nanoparticles was proposed as a reaction process between ozone molecules and pollutants.

        Synergistic Effect of Copper and Cobalt in Cu-Co-O Composite Nanocatalyst for Catalytic Ozonation

        A novel Cu-Co-O composite nanocatalyst was designed and prepared for the ozonation of phenol. A synergistic effect of copper and cobalt was observed over the Cu-Co-O composite nanocatalyst, which showed higher activity than either copper or cobalt oxide alone. In addition, the Cu-Co-O composite revealed good activity in a wide initial pH range (4.11-8.05) of water. The fine dispersion of cobalt on the surface of copper oxide boosted the interaction between catalyst and ozone, and the surface Lewis acid sites on the Cu-Co-O composite were determined as the active sites. The Raman spectroscopy also proved that the Cu-Co-O composite was quite sensitive to the ozone. The trivalent cobalt in the Cu-Co-O composite was proposed as the valid state.
