      • Co-precipitation synthesis and characterization of Bi3+, Eu3+ co-doped nanocrystal Gd2WO6 phosphors.

        <P>Eu3+ single-doped and Bi3+/Eu3+ co-doped nanocrystal Gd2WO6 phosphors were successfully synthesized via a co-precipitation reaction. The structure and morphology of the phosphors were characterized by using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The influence of Bi(3+)-doping concentration on the excitation and emission spectra was studied. It was found that the introduction of Bi3+ can greatly affect the charge transfer band and the luminescence intensity of Eu3+ but does not cause a change in the profile of emission spectra of Eu3+.</P>

        중국 관광산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석

        본 연구는 중국 관광산업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하기 위해 중국 통계국이 2021년 발표한 2020년 산업연관표(153개 산업분류)를 중심으로 전체 30개 산업인 중국 관광산업의 산업연관표를 재 작성하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 관광산업의 열 합계는 4.8511로 30개 산업 중 화학제품 다음으로 2위이이며, 행합계는 2.2580(30개 산업 중 23위)으로 나타났다. 이처럼 중국의 관광산업이 높은 생산유발효과를 보이고 있는 것은 관광산업이 국민경제 발전을 뒷받침하는 기초적 전략적 산업임을 알 수 있으며, 반면에 관광산업 자체의 효과에 대해서는 코로나19 사태로 인한 관광산업 부진을 보여주고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 중국 관광산업의 영향력계수(후방연쇄효과)는 0.8526,감응도계수(전방연쇄효과)는 1.8317로 중국의 관광산업이 타 산업의 최종수요 변화에 매우 민감하게 반응하고 있음을 의미한다. 또한 중국 관광산업은 감응도계수가 1보다 큰 반면에 영향력계수는 1보다 작아 중간수요적 제조업형이라고 할 수 있다.셋째, 중국 관광산업의 최종수요 7,073.8 십억 위안을 국가 경제에 투입될 경우 중국 관광산업의 생산유발액은 34,315.7십억 위안 부가가치유발액은 13,130.7십억위안, 총소득유발액은 1 7,226.1십억 위안, 생산세유발액은 887.7십억 위안이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중국 관광산업의 노동유발효과는 12,626명의 총노동이 유발되며, 이 중 직접으로는 5,648.1명이, 간접으로는 6,978.0명이 유발되어 제조업, 전력, 가스 및 물, 건설업, 수리, 환경, 공공시설서비스, 교육,위생 및 사회사업, 사회보장 및 공공관리 보다 낮은 고용활동을 보여주고 있다. 이는 2020년 코로나 확산과 방역 규제로 인한 여행에 대한 규제 및 지역 봉쇄 등으로 인한 관광산업의 부진 때문이라고 생각해 볼 수 있다. In order to analyze the economic ripple effect of the Chinese tourism industry, this study restated the 2020 industrial-related table(153 industrial categories) released by the Chinese Bureau of Statistics in 2021. The analysis results are as follows. First of all, the total heat of the government-industrial industry was 4.8511, ranking second after chemical products among the 30 industries, and the total number was 2.2580(23rd out of 30 industries). The high production inducement effect of China's tourism industry can be seen as a fundamental strategic industry that supports the development of the national economy, while the effect of the tourism industry itself shows a sluggish tourism industry due to the COVID-19 incident. Second, the influence coefficient(rear linkage effect) of the Chinese tourism industry is 0.8526 and the sensitivity coefficient(front linkage effect) is 1.8317, which means that the Chinese tourism industry is very sensitive to changes in the final demand of other industries. In addition, the Chinese tourism industry has a sensitivity coefficient greater than 1, while the influence coefficient is smaller than 1, so it can be said to be a middle-demand manufacturing type. Third, In the case of final demand of the Chinese tourism industry is 707.38 billion yuan, the production inducement amount of the Chinese tourism industry is 34,315.7 billion yuan, the value-added inducement amount is 13,130.7 billion yuan, the total income inducement amount is 17,226.1 billion yuan, and the production tax inducement amount is 887.7 billion yuan. Fourth, the labor inducement effect of the Chinese tourism industry is 12,626. people, 5,648.1 directly and 76,978.0 indirectly, showing lower employment activities than Manufacturing, electricity, gas and water, construction, repair, environment, public facility services, education, sanitation and social work, social security, and public management. This can be attributed to the sluggish tourism industry due to the spread of COVID-19 in 2020 and regulations.

        G Protein–Coupled Receptor 30 Mediates the Anticancer Effects Induced by Eicosapentaenoic Acid in Ovarian Cancer Cells

        Purpose: While numerous epidemiological studies have indicated that omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids have anticancer properties in various cancers, the effects and mechanisms of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) in ovarian cancer cell growth are poorly understood. Materials and Methods: ES2 ovarian clear cell carcinoma cells and SKOV3 adenocarcinoma cells were treated with palmitic acid or EPA, followed by flow cytometry and cell counting to measure apoptosis and proliferation, respectively. A modified protein lipid overlay assay was used to further verify whether EPA was a ligand of G protein–coupled receptor 30 (GPR30) in ES2 cells. The levels of apoptosis-related genes, phosphorylated AKT, and phosphorylated ERK1/2 were detected to explore the underlying mechanism. Finally, inhibitory effect of EPA on tumor growth via GPR30 was determined in vitro and in vivo. Results: EPA suppressed ES2 ovarian clear cell carcinoma cells growth via GPR30, a novel EPA receptor, by inducing apoptosis. As a ligand of GPR30, EPA activated the GPR30-cAMP– protein kinase A signaling pathway. When GPR30 was suppressed by siRNA or its inhibitor G15, the antiproliferative action of EPA was impaired. Furthermore, EPA inhibited tumor growth by blocking the activation of AKT and ERK. In the mouse xenograft model, EPA decreased tumor volume and weight through GPR30 by blocking tumor cell proliferation. Conclusion: These results confirm that EPA is a tumor suppressor in human ovarian clear cell carcinoma cells and functions through a novel fatty acid receptor, GPR30, indicating a mechanistic linkage between omega-3 fatty acids and cancers.

      • N-Acetyltransferase 2 Gene Polymorphisms are Associated with Susceptibility to Cancer: a Meta-analysis

        N-acetyltransferase 2 (NAT2) is a polymorphic enzyme that plays an important role in the metabolism of various potential carcinogens. In recent years, a number of studies have been carried out to investigate the relationship between the rs1799930 and rs1799931 polymorphism in NAT2 and cancer risk in multiple populations for different types of cancer. However, the results were not consistent. Therefore, we performed a meta-analysis to further explore the relationship between NAT2 polymorphism and the risk of cancer. A total of 21 studies involving 15, 450 subjects for rs1799930 and 13, 011 subjects for rs1799931 were included in this meta-analysis. Crude odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were used to assess strength of associations. We also evaluated the publication bias and performed a sensitivity analysis. Overall, our results showed an apparent significant association between the NAT2 rs1799930 polymorphism and cancer susceptibility in Asians (GA vs. GG: OR=1.22, 95% CI=1.03-1.45; dominant model: OR=1.22, 95% CI=1.03-1.43) and population-based controls (GA vs. GG: OR=1.10, 95% CI=1.01-1.19; dominant model: OR=1.09, 95% CI=1.01-1.18). In contrast, a significant association was observed between the NAT2 rs1799931 G>A polymorphism and decreased cancer susceptibility in overall meta-analysis (AA vs. GG: OR=0.55, 95% CI=0.33-0.93; GA vs. GG: OR=1.00, 95% CI=0.88-1.14; dominant model: OR=0.97, 95% CI=0.86-1.10; recessive model: OR=0.56, 95% CI=0.34-0.94) and the Asian group (AA vs. GG: OR=0.50, 95% CI=0.26-0.94; recessive model, OR=0.50, 95% CI=0.27-0.94). We found that the NAT2 rs1799930 may be a risk factor, while the NAT2 rs1799931 polymorphism is associated with a decreased risk of cancer and is likely a protective factor against cancer development.

        Pd–Fe bimetallic nanoparticles anchored on N‑doped carbon‑modified graphene for efficient catalytic organic reactions

        A promising approach to enhance catalytic performance of supported heterogeneous nano-metal catalysts is to uniformly disperse active nanoparticles on the support. In this work, N-doped carbon-modified graphene (G@NC) nanosheet is designed and prepared to anchor Pd–Fe bimetallic nanoparticles (Pd–Fe/G@NC). The N-doped carbon modification on graphene surface could construct a sandwich-like structure (G@NC), which not only prevented the re-stacking of graphene nanosheets but also provided confined space for stable anchoring of bimetallic Pd–Fe nanoparticles. Benefitted from the unique structural property and synergetic effect of metal Pd and Fe species, the as-obtained Pd–Fe/G@NC composite displays excellent catalytic activity toward 4-nitrophenol reduction reaction with a turnover frequency of 613.2 min? 1, which is far superior to that of the mono-metal counterparts (Fe/G@NC and Pd/G@NC). More importantly, Pd–Fe/G@NC catalyst also exhibits favorable catalytic performance in the reduction of other nitroaromatic compounds (nitrobenzene, 4-nitrotoluene, 4-chloronitrobenzene, and so on). In addition, Pd–Fe/G@NC can catalyze the oxidation of furfuraldehyde to furoic acid with a high yield of 88.64%. This work provides a new guide for rationally designing and developing advanced supported heterogeneous bimetallic catalyst.

        Conceptual design and RCS property research of three-surface strike fighter

        This paper mainly focuses on the conceptual design and stealth performance of the three-surface military aircraft. A three-dimensional (3-D) digital mock-up of the three-surface strike fighter with stealth feature was designed and the schemes of carrying missiles were analyzed in CATIA. Based on physical optics principle and the Method of Equivalent Currents (MEC), a numerical simulation of the RCS feature of the aircraft was carried out with RCSPlus which is a software designed by Beihang University. The paper contributes to the RCS feature analysis of the whole plane and different parts on X-band, S-band and UHF-band and a comparison of RCS feature to Su-37 and T-50 military aircraft is drawn. On X-band, the pitch angle of the incident wave was $0^{\circ}$, and the result shows: (1) Compared with Su-37 aircraft, the forward scattering RCS of the three-surface strike aircraft was reduced to 14.9%, the side scattering RCS to 9.6% and the back scattering RCS to 40.2%. (2) Compared with T-50 aircraft, the forward scattering RCS was reduced to 38.61%, and the side scattering RCS to 67.26%. This paper should be useful for researchers in conceptual design and stealth technology of the military aircraft.

        A Relay-assisted Secure Handover Mechanism for High-speed Trains

        Considering that the existing Long Term Evolution is not suitable for the fast and frequent handovers of high-speed trains, this paper proposes a relay-assisted handover mechanism to solve the problems of long handover authentication time and vulnerable to security attacks. It can achieve mutual authentication for train-ground wireless communication, and data transmission is consistent with one-time pad at the same time. The security analysis, efficiency analysis and simulation results show that the proposed mechanism not only realizes the forward security and resists many common attacks, but also effectively reduces the computational overhead of train antenna during the secure handover process. When the running speed of a train is lower than 500km/h, the handover delay is generally lower than 50ms and the handover outage probability is less than 1.8%. When the running speed of a train is 350km/h, the throughput is higher than 16.4mbps in the process of handover. Therefore, the secure handover mechanism can improve the handover performance of high-speed trains.

      • Association Between the FAS/FASL Polymorphisms and Gastric Cancer Risk: A Meta-Analysis

        Objective: FAS/FASL gene promoter polymorphisms have been repeatedly associated with gastric cancer risk, but findings are inconclusive across studies. To address a more precise estimation of the relationship, a meta-analysis was performed. Methods: Data were collected from the Pubmed, Medline and EMBASE databases, with the last report up to 1 December, 2011. Crude ORs with 95% CIs were used to assess the strength of the association by (1) the additive, (2) the codominant, (3) the dominant, and (4) the recessive models. Results: A total of seven studies, including six studies on FAS -1377G>A polymorphism, five studies on FAS -670A>G polymorphism, and six studies on FASL -844T>C polymorphism, were identified in the current meta-analysis. Overall, an association of FAS -1377G>A (AA versus GG: OR = 1.313, 95% CI = 1.045-1.650, Ph = 0.347, $I^2$ = 10.8) and FASL -844T>C (CC versus TT: OR = 1.352, 95% CI = 1.043-1.752, Ph = 0.461, $I^2$ = 0.0) polymorphisms with gastric cancer was found in the codominant model. However, we did not detect any association between gastric cancer and the FAS -670A>G polymorphism. In the subgroup analysis by ethnicity, similar elevated risks were also observed in Asian population for FAS -1377G>A (AA versus GG: OR = 1.309, 95% CI = 1.041-1.646, Ph = 0.240, $I^2$ = 27.3) and FASL -844T>C (CC versus TT: OR = 1.420, 95% CI = 1.081-1.865, Ph = 0.524, $I^2$ = 0.0) polymorphisms. Conclusions: This meta-analysis indicated that FAS -1377G>A and FASL -844T>C polymorphisms might be associated with gastric cancer risk.

        Influence of Diffuser Vane Number on Energy Loss of Multistage Centrifugal Pump

        As a key component of a multistage pump, the diffuser affects the efficiency of the multistage centrifugal pump. However, the loss mechanism inside the diffuser and links between the loss mechanism and vane numbers of diffuser were still not fully understood. In order to investigate the influence of the number of diffuser vane on the energy loss characteristics of multistage centrifugal pump, this paper analyzes the energy loss characteristics of pump with different number of diffuser vane by utilizing entropy production theory. The results show that under the design condition, when the number of diffuser vane increases to 11, the head is increased by 1.2m and the efficiency is increased by 3%. At the same time, with the increase of the number of diffuser vane, the backflow and eddy phenomena are gradually weakened, flow stream is more stable, the entropy production rate is significantly reduced, but the intensity of pressure pulsation in the diffuser is increased slightly.
