평생직업교육에 대한 요구분석과 정책제안 연구 : 경기도 평생직업교육 현황을 중심으로

본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명 시대의 기술진보에 따른 노동환경의 변화와 저출산 고령화 사회의 도래에 따른 인구구조의 변화 등 급격한 사회·경제적 변화에 따라 급변하는 일자리 환경에서 평생직업교육이 성공적으로 정착하기 위한 정책방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 평생직업교육에 관한 선행연구와 국내현황을 분석하고, 경기도민을 대상으로 평생직업교육에 관한 설문조사를 통해 요구분석을 진행하였으며, 관계자 FGI와 전문가 회의를 통해 경기도 평생직업교육의 정책방향을 개발하였다. 이상의 연구를 종합하여 경기도 평생직업교육의 정책방향으로 생애경력개발의 관점에서의 접근, 직업 가치에 대한 새로운 관점에서의 접근, 사회공헌 관점에서의 접근 세 가지를 제시하였다. 첫째, 생애경력개발의 관점은 개인의 생애주기에 맞추어 경력목표를 정하고, 이에 따라 개인의 능력개발을 지원하는 교육방향을 말하며, 둘째, 직업가치에 대한 새로운 관점은 직업가치를 외재적 가치만이 아니라 자신의 능력발휘와 자기표현, 사회에 대한 헌신, 인간관계 등의 내재적 가치를 더하는 것이다. 셋째, 사회공헌을 통하여 개인의 성공적인 삶을 이룰 수 있도록 하는 평생직업교육의 방향을 제시하였다. 또한, 정책방향의 성공적 정착을 위해 ‘사회공헌형 일자리 시장 발굴’을 우선적으로 실행해야 하는 정책을 제안하였다. This study aims to analyze the needs and policy suggestions of Gyenggi-do lifelong vocational education to supports citizens successfully as they in live in a fast changing job environment due to rapid social and economic changes including demographic social structure, such as the low birth rate and growth of senior group, as technology progress in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. To suggest a future direction of lifelong vocational education in preparation for future changes, we analyzed the previous research on lifelong vocational education and current policy status, conducted a survey on lifelong vocational education for the citizens of Gyeonggi-do, and executed a demand analysis. Through this process, the future direction was developed. Based on the above studies, three policy directions on lifelong vocational education were proposed: 1) a perspective of life development, 2) a new perspective on job values, and 3) a social contribution perspective. The perspective of life development refers to the educational direction that supports career development according to the life cycle of an individual, and thus support the development of individual ability. Successful life demonstrates individual ability, devoted to society, attaches importance to human relations, Instead of economic rewards and social status; we should approach the new values of occupational value rather than external values, and suggest the direction of lifelong vocational education that enables individuals to achieve successful lives through social contribution to more focus on internal value. It also proposed a policy that should first implement ‘finding a socially-contributed job market’ for successful settlement of future directions.

청소년의 사회적지지, 진로정체감 및 진로결정수준의 관계에 대한 종단적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 사회적지지와 진로정체감 및 진로결정수준의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 구체적으로는 사회적지지에 해당하는 부모관계, 또래관계, 교사관계가 청소년의 진로정체감에 미치는 효과를 종단자료를 활용하여 분석하고, 중학교 3학년 시기의 사회적지지(부모관계, 또래관계, 교사관계)와 고등학교 3학년 시기의 진로결정수준의 관계에서 진로정체감의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 종단자료는 한국청소년정책연구원의 한국 아동·청소년패널조사 3차, 5차, 6차년도 데이터 중 2,259명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모관계가 좋을수록 진로정체감이 높고, 학년이 올라갈수록 진로정체감이 증가하는 것으로 확인되었다. 교사관계가 좋을수록 청소년의 진로정체감이 높은 것이 확인되었다. 그러나 또래관계는 진로정체감에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 둘째, 청소년의 부모관계, 교사관계는 고 3시기의 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 부모관계는 진로정체감의 초기값과 변화율 모두를 매개하여 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 교사관계는 진로정체감의 초기값을 매개하여 진로결정수준에 영향을 미쳤다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점과 연구의 제한점에 대해 논의하였다. This study aimed to examine longitudinal relationship among social support, career identity, and career decision of adolescents. Identify mediating effect of career identity factor on the relationship between career decision and social support. For this purpose, the 3rd, 5th, 6th years the data from longitudinal survey of Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey of National Youth Policy Institute were used, and 2,259 from the third-year data were analyzed. The results were as follows: first, career identity increased as the higher parental relationship and career identity increased as students moved on to the next grade. Career identity of adolescents increased as the higher relationship with teachers. But career identity of adolescents do not affected peer relationship. Second, relationship with teachers and parents affected career decision of 3rd grade in high school. Third, parental relationship identified mediating effect on the initial value and changing value of career identity on career decision. And relationship with teachers identified mediating effect on the initial value of career identity on career decision. These results formed the basis of implications and the meaning taken from this study.

피아노 교육에 있어서 피아노 교사들의 테크놀로지 도구 사용과 인식 조사

현대사회의 과학기술 발전은 교육 환경에 큰 변화를 가져다주었다. 이 변화는 인문, 과학, 예술 분야를 가리지 않고 테크놀로지를 융합한 학문 또는 테크놀로지를 활용한 학문으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 피아노 교육에 테크놀로지가 얼마나 적용되고 있는지 교사의 인식과 실제 활용 실태에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 연구자는 피아노 교사 295명에게 테크놀로지 도구 사용에 대한 인식, 사용하고 있는 도구의 종류, 학생의 연령과 학습수준에 따른 테크놀로지 도구의 종류 등을 설문조사하여 얻어낸 결과를 통계프로그램 SAS를 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 피아노 레슨에 테크놀로지 도구를 사용하고 있는 교사는 52.2%였고, 테크놀로지 도구 사용에 대해 긍정적으로 응답한 교사는 51.2%였다. 교사들은 연령과 학습수준을 통틀어 시청각 자료인 유튜브가 가장 적합하다고 생각하고 있으며, 실제로 가장 많이 쓰고 있는 도구는 CD플레이어였다. 그리고 교사의 테크놀로지 도구 사용에 대한 개선과 발전을 위해 테크놀로지 도구의 활용에 관한 교육과 정보의 제공이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The development of science and technology in the contemporary society brought a considerable change in the environment of education. This change appears in various fields including the humanities, science, and art as a study converging technology or a study applying technology. Hence, this research aims to identify to what extent the technology is employed in the education of piano by exploring the teachers’ perception and current state of actual application. The survey was conducted targeting 295 piano teachers with regard to the perception on the use of technological devices, the types of devices in use, the type of technological devices according to the students’ ages and learning level, etc. and the findings were analyzed through SAS statistical software. The results show that 52.2% of the teachers are using the technological devices in their piano lessons and 51.2% replied positively about the use of technological devices. Concerning the age and the learning level as a whole, the teachers consider that the audio and visual material of YouTube is most appropriate while the most frequently used device was a CD player. In addition, it deemed necessary to provide education and information relevant to the application of technological devices in order to improve and develop the ways that teachers use technological devices.
