        인문사(人文社)의 출판 기획 연구-단행본 출판과 총서 기획을 중심으로-

        본고는 인문사(人文社)의 출판 기획을 중심으로 식민지 후반기 출판 문화 장과 문학 담론의 관계를 분석했다. 우선 인문사 사장 최재서의 출판 관련 글쓰기를 중심으로 1930년대 중반 이후 문학 시장의 현황을 개관한 후, 인문사의 운영 방식과 출간물의 성격을 정리했다. 인문사의 출간물은 조선의 언어, 역사, 문학 관련 서적, 서구문학 번역서, 월간 비평지 『인문평론』, 『조선문예연감』 및 『조선작품연감』 등을 망라하는 다양성을 지녔다. 이와 같은 출판기획의 근본적 목표는 당대 문학의 쇄신을 통해 창작과 비평을 활성화하고 대중 교양을 앙양하는 데 있었다. 전작장편소설총서와 세계명작소설총서는 이와 같은 목표가 빚어낸 핵심 결과물이다. ‘전작’이라는 형식을 통해 소설 출판의 관행을 바꾸고, 고전이 아닌 동시대의 명작을 번역해 독자층의 저변을 넓히고자 했던 인문사의 기획은 이른바 전환기라는 맥락 속에서 문학을 중심으로 구성된 인문 교양의 가능성과 임계점을 동시에 드러냈다. 이와 같은 논의는 인문사의 출판 기획을 실증적으로 재구했다는 점, 식민지 후반기 문학 생산의 토대와 내용을 구체적으로 짚었다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. Inmunsa(人文社) is a publishing company, which contributed to the formation of literary and cultural discourses during the colonial Joseon from the late 1930s to the early 1940s. Inmunsa’s publications diversely covered Joseon language, history, culture and literature-related books, as well as monthly reviews 『In-Mun-Ppyung-Non』, 『Jo-Seon-Mun-Ye-Yeon-Gam(Joseon Cultural and Artistic Yearbook)』, and Jo-Seon-Jak-Pum-Yeon-Gam(Yearbook of Joseon Works)』. This study firstly made a general survey of the status of the literary marketplace during the late colonial era, focusing on the publication-related writing of Choi, Jae-seo, a president of Inmunsa. Next, this paper examined the management system of Inmunsa and classified volumes published by Inmunsa into two criteria: practicality and literary value. This study also analyzed the meaning and status of the entire long-length novel series and the world’s great novel series that were the key planning projects of Inmunsa. Though its publications, Inmunsa attempted to study the orientation of reality in the transition period by remodeling novels, as well as to spread of culture by translating great novels. On the other hand, it revealed the possibility and the limitation of liberal arts in the late colonial era, at the same time. In conclusion, this discussion has significance by empirically reconstructing the publishments of Inmunsa and looking into the foundation and the environment of literary production during the colonial age, in detail.

        북한산성 관련 고전시가를 통한 스토리텔링 개발 방안 연구

        The present study aims to suggest the method of eliciting tour promotion and the value of Bukhansanseong region, by focusing on Korean classic poetries about the fortress. Among the classic poetries associated with Bukhansanseong, literatures that draw out the region s value were selected. Empowering the local brand value was attempted through this work. Studies of developing the storytelling with classic poetries as well as implementing cultural contents are performed in various aspects at the present. Keeping the pace with the current research trend, proposing storytelling development through classic poetry about Bukhansanseong and its associated applications may not only expand the original sources of cultural contents, but also enable the promotion of Bukhansanseong tour. Classic poetries about Bukhansanseong are so far studied and translated by Bukhansanseong culture project team of Gyeonggi Cultural Foundation. The present study extracted classic poetries from these documents that were available for developing storytelling. Focusing the dominant classic poetries about Bukhansanseong were about Buddhist temples, they were selected for storytelling development and investigating their applications. For application plan, establishment of tour theme and contents by drawing out the local brand was suggested. Buddhism temple tour was deduced as the local brand, and its suitable tour theme and contents were presented as well. It is expected to further stimulate vigorous researches of unstudied classic poetry about Bukhansanseong through this paper. 본 논문은 북한산성 관련 고전시가에 주목해 북한산성 지역의 가치 도출과 관광활성화 방안을도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 북한산성 관련 고전시가 가운데 북한산성 지역의 가치를 도출할 수있는 고전시가를 선별하여 스토리텔링으로 가공하는 작업을 했으며, 이러한 작업을 통해 북한산성 지역의 브랜드 가치 도출을 시도하였다. 현재 고전시가를 활용한 스토리텔링 개발과 이의연장선상인 문화콘텐츠 활용에 관한 연구는 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 이러한 연구 흐름에 발맞춰북한산성 관련 고전시가를 통해 스토리텔링을 개발해 이를 활용한 방안을 제시한다면 문화콘텐츠의 원천소스를 확장할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 북한산성의 관광 활성화를 기대할 수 있다. 현재 북한산성에 관련된 고전시가는 경기문화재단의 북한산성문화사업팀에 의해 조사, 번역되었으며 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구자료를 활용해 스토리텔링 소재로 개발 가능한 고전시가를발췌하는 작업을 했다. 북한산성 관련 고전시가 중 가장 높은 비율을 차지하는 시가는 사찰관련 고전시가라는 점에 주목해, 사찰을 주제로 한 고전시가를 선별해 스토리텔링을 개발하고이를 통한 활용 방안을 모색하였다. 활용 방안으로는 지역 브랜드를 도출하여 관광 테마 및 콘텐츠를 구축하는 방안을 제안하였다. 북한산성 지역의 브랜드를 사찰관광지로 도출하였으며, 이에 걸맞은 관광 테마 및 콘텐츠 안을 제시하였다. 이 논문을 기점으로 아직 연구가 진행되지 않은 북한산성 관련 고전시가에 관한 연구가 활발히이루어지기를 기대한다.

      • Efficient bulk heterojunction hybrid solar cells with graphene-silver nanoparticles composite synthesized by microwave-assisted reduction

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Herein, we present a simple, eco-friendly one-step microwave-assisted reduction (MWAR) that can produce silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) in the form of Ag-rGO composites for application in heterojunction hybrid solar cells. The field-effect transistor fabricated with the MWAR Ag-rGO composite showed p-type behavior with a high mobility of 3.3×10<SUP>5</SUP> cm<SUP>2</SUP> V<SUP>−1</SUP> s<SUP>−1</SUP> and conductivity of 9×10<SUP>6</SUP> S/m which is one-order of magnitude greater than pristine graphene (i.e., 1.59×10<SUP>5</SUP> S/m). As-synthesized Ag-rGO composite was introduced into the active layer of bulk heterojunction solar cell based on P3HT:PCBM. Compared to the P3HT:PCBM only device (i.e., control device), the Ag-rGO implemented device showed a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 4.23%, which is about 42% increase over the control device (i.e. PCE=2.98%). This dramatic increase in PCE was found to be mainly due to an increase in short-circuit current (<I>J</I> <SUB>sc</SUB>) from 9.55 to 12.76mA/cm<SUP>2</SUP> (about 33% increase), suggesting that the incorporation of p-type Ag-rGO into the active layer enhances the charge carrier generation and fast extraction of holes to the electrode. Furthermore, the Ag-rGO composite based solar cells without encapsulation showed remarkable air stability with retaining ~90% of its original PCE and ~93% of <I>J</I> <SUB>sc</SUB> for 30 days under ambient environment, attributed to gas barrier feature of the randomly distributed graphene sheets.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Eco-friendly microwave-assisted reduction for graphene-silver (Ag-rGO) composite. </LI> <LI> Enhanced charge carrier generation and fast extraction of holes with Ag-rGO composite. </LI> <LI> Substantial enhancement of solar cells performance with P3HT:PCBM:Ag-rGO. </LI> <LI> Higher photocurrent and power conversion efficiency with the inclusion of Ag-rGO. </LI> <LI> Remarkable air stability without encapsulation of the Ag-rGO based hybrid solar cells. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>Schematic illustration of a bulk heterojunction hybrid solar cell based on reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-silver nanoparticles (Ag-rGO) composite in the active layer.       • Identification of tumor suppressor miRNAs by integrative miRNA and mRNA sequencing of matched tumor–normal samples in lung adenocarcinoma

        <P>The roles of miRNAs in lung cancer have not yet been explored systematically at the genome scale despite their important regulatory functions. Here, we report an integrative analysis of miRNA and mRNA sequencing data for matched tumor–normal samples from 109 Korean female patients with non‐small‐cell lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). We produced miRNA sequencing (miRNA‐Seq) and RNA‐Seq data for 48 patients and RNA‐Seq data for 61 additional patients. Subsequent differential expression analysis with stringent criteria yielded 44 miRNAs and 2322 genes. Integrative gene set analysis of the differentially expressed miRNAs and genes using miRNA–target information revealed several regulatory processes related to the cell cycle that were targeted by tumor suppressor miRNAs (TSmiR). We performed colony formation assays in A549 and NCI‐H460 cell lines to test the tumor‐suppressive activity of downregulated miRNAs in cancer and identified 7 novel TSmiRs (miR‐144‐5p, miR‐218‐1‐3p, miR‐223‐3p, miR‐27a‐5p, miR‐30a‐3p, miR‐30c‐2‐3p, miR‐338‐5p). Two miRNAs, miR‐30a‐3p and miR‐30c‐2‐3p, showed differential survival characteristics in the Tumor Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) LUAD patient cohort indicating their prognostic value. Finally, we identified a network cluster of miRNAs and target genes that could be responsible for cell cycle regulation. Our study not only provides a dataset of miRNA as well as mRNA sequencing from the matched tumor–normal samples, but also reports several novel TSmiRs that could potentially be developed into prognostic biomarkers or therapeutic RNA drugs.</P>

      • Air-stable, hole-conductor-free high photocurrent perovskite solar cells with CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbI<sub>3</sub>–NiO nanoparticles composite

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>One of critical issues for practical applications of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is how to enhance the photocurrent and air stability of the peovskite materials. Here, we report an air-stable, hole-conductor-free (HCF), high photocurrent PSC based on CH<SUB>3</SUB>NH<SUB>3</SUB>PbI<SUB>3</SUB>–NiO nanoparticles (MAPbI<SUB>3</SUB>–NiO NPs) composite. The composite solution contains highly dispersed NiO NPs in solution of CH<SUB>3</SUB>NH<SUB>3</SUB>I(MAI) and PbI<SUB>2</SUB>in dimethylformamide. By introducing the CH<SUB>3</SUB>NH<SUB>3</SUB>PbI<SUB>3</SUB>–NiO composite into the active layer, the HCF-PSCs with FTO/c-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>/mp-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>/MAPbI<SUB>3</SUB>–NiO/Au architecture have been fabricated under ambient conditions. This composite-based HCF-PSCs show a high photocurrent density (<I>J<SUB>sc</SUB> </I>) of 26.41mA/cm<SUP>2</SUP>, which is 97%of theoretical maximum (i.e., 27.2mA/cm<SUP>2</SUP>). Compared to the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of MAPbI<SUB>3</SUB>-based HCF-PSC (i.e., 5.43%), the MAPbI<SUB>3</SUB>–NiO NPs composite-based HCF-PSC showed a high PCE of 12.14%. This increase in PCE is mainly due to a remarkable increase in photocurrent density, suggesting that the MAPbI<SUB>3</SUB>–NiO composite enhances the charge carrier generation via improving photo-absorption and fast hole-conduction by NiO NPs. More interestingly, the composite-based HCF-PSCs without encapsulation showed remarkable air stability with retaining ~90% of its original PCE and ~94% of both <I>J<SUB>sc</SUB> </I> and FF for 60 days under ambient environment.       • Ambient-air-solution-processed efficient and highly stable perovskite solar cells based on CH<sub>3</sub>NH<sub>3</sub>PbI<sub>3−x</sub>Cl<sub>x</sub>-NiO composite with Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>/NiO interfacial engineering

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The poor air-stability and reproducibility of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have prevented the practical applications of the devices that can withstand sustained operation under ambient air conditions. Here, we report all-ambient-air-solution-processed PSCs based on CH<SUB>3</SUB>NH<SUB>3</SUB>PbI<SUB>3−x</SUB>Cl<SUB>x</SUB>-NiO composite film with inserting Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/NiO at the TiO<SUB>2</SUB>/perovskite interface in a cell configuration of FTO/c-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>/mp-TiO<SUB>2</SUB>/Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/NiO/MAPbI<SUB>3−x</SUB>Cl<SUB>x</SUB>-NiO/spiroOMeTAD/Au. The interface engineering with Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/NiO not only improves crystalline quality of perovskite films and enhances charge transport, but also effectively suppresses carrier recombination. This composite-based interface engineering PSCs showed a high power conversion efficiency (<I>PCE</I>) of 18.14% and excellent reproducibility with average 16–18% <I>PCE</I> for 35 devices.         현대시(인)의 존재론, 혹은 문학과 현실의 관계에 대한 고찰 -1934년의 최재서와 그의 기고문들을 중심으로-

        최재서는 1934년 『朝鮮及滿洲(조선급만주)』에 「詩人對行爲人(시인 대 행위인)」(1934.4.)과 「詩人と人間苦(시인과 인간고)」(1934.12.)라는 두 편의 일본어 에세이를 게재했다. 영국의 모더니스트 윈덤 루이스(Wyndham Lewis)에 대한 고찰에서 촉발된 「詩人對行爲人」은 몽상가이자 반(反)행위자로서의 시인상에 대한 독자 대중의 오해를 바로잡기 위해 쓰인 글이며, 「詩人と人間苦」는 희생양으로서의 시인상을 통해 개인의 고뇌와 사회의 고뇌, 혹은 문학과 현실의 상관관계를 논한 글이다. 두 글은 재조일본인 독자를 타깃으로 하는 잡지의 문예란에 수록된 만큼 보편적인 교양 담론으로 귀속되는 성격을 지니고 있다. 그러나 학술 장에서 저널리즘으로 이동하던 1934년 당시 최재서의 문학적 관심사를 반영하고 있으며 조선어 비평과 상호텍스트적 관계를 맺고 있다는 점에서 주목된다. 또한 반(反)낭만주의와 모더니즘에 기반한 학문적 문제의식이 대중 칼럼의 수준에서 재구성되고 있다는 점에서도 흥미로운 지점을 드러낸다. 따라서 본고에서는 두 편의 일본어 에세이를 같은 시기에 쓰인 조선어 글쓰기와 함께 살펴봄으로써 1930년대 초중반 최재서의 글 읽기와 글쓰기에서 드러나는 특징을 재구했다. Choi Jae-seo published two Japanese essays, namely “Poet vs. Doer (詩人對行爲人)” (1934.4.) and “Poet and Human Pain (詩人と人間苦)” (1934.12.) in Joseon and Manchuria (朝鮮及滿洲) in 1934. “Poet vs. Doer (詩人對行爲人,” triggered by a review of an English modernist, Wyndham Lewis, was written to correct readers’ misunderstanding of the image of a poet as a dreamer and an anti-doer, and “Poet and Human Pain (詩人と人間苦” was written to talk about the correlation between personal agony and social agony, or between literature and reality through the image of a poet as a sacrifice. These two essays belong to a conventional cultural discourse, as they were included in the literary section of a magazine targeting Japanese readers who lived in Korea. However, these two essays have received attention because they mirror Choi Jae-seo’s literary interest of the time in 1934 when the academic arena was transferred to journalism and form an intertextual relationship with Joseon language criticism. Besides, it is interesting that anti-romanticism and modernism-based academic awareness of problems was reorganized at the level of a public column. Therefore, this paper aims to reconstitute the characteristics of Choi Jae-seo’s reading and writing in the early and middle 1930s by looking into the two Japanese essays along with Korean writings of the same age.
