Text data mining (‘big data methods’) is one of the most widely used approaches during the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, text data mining on Scopus databases or Web of Science (WoS). Text data mining is widely used to collect literature for later bibliometric analysis, and in the end, it becomes a literature review article. Therefore, in this article, we reveal the trend of publication of literature reviews in Scopus journals from Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysia. This article describes two essential parts, namely 1) a comparison of international publication trends and subject area of literature review publications, and 2) a comparison of Top 5 for Authors, Affiliation, Source Title, and Collaboration Country.
Family Involvement to Stop the Conversion of Prediabetes to Diabetes
Prakoso Denny Anggoro,Mahendradhata Yodi,Istiono Wahyudi 대한가정의학회 2023 Korean Journal of Family Medicine Vol.44 No.6
Prediabetes is a condition associated with an increased risk of developing diabetes, in which blood glucose levels are high but not high enough to be diagnosed as diabetes. The rapid increase in the prevalence of prediabetes is a major global health challenge. The incidence of prediabetes has increased to pandemic levels and can lead to seri-ous consequences. Unfortunately, nearly 90% of prediabetic individuals are unaware of their ailment. A quarter of prediabetic individuals develop type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) within 3–5 years. Although prediabetes is a revers-ible condition, the prevention of diabetes has received little attention. It is essential for prediabetic individuals to implement new health-improvement techniques. Focusing on family systems is one strategy to promote health, which is determined by health patterns that are often taught, established, and adjusted within family contexts. For disease prevention, a family-based approach may be beneficial. Family support is essential for the metabolic con-trol of the disease. This study aimed to show several strategies for involving the patient’s family members in pre-venting the conversion of prediabetes to T2DM and to emphasize that the patient’s family members are a valuable resource to reduce the incidence of diabetes.
The strategies for scientific literacy in Indonesia
Prakoso Bhairawa Putera,Sinta Ningrum,Suryanto Suryanto,이다 위디아닝시,Yan Rianto 아시아기술혁신학회 2022 Asian Journal of Innovation and Policy Vol.11 No.2
The historical aspects, policies, institutions, awards and measurement results of scientific literacy and scientific culture development in Indonesia have currently attracted further exploration. This paper utilizes secondary data research, further analyzed by employing the Supplementary Analysis technique. The results revealed that the tradition of writing and publishing scientific journals in Indonesia has existed ever since the Dutch East Indies with the journal's publication entitled 'Natuurkundig tijdschrift voor Nederlandsch Indië' in 1850. To date, Indonesia has owned 5,990 nationally accredited journals. Policy support has been provided at the national and regional levels, despite limitations in cultivating literacy and reading habit. From the institutional perspective, Indonesia provides a wide array of public support, including the effort of the Ministry of Education and Culture for advocating the national literacy movement and the availability of a reference database and scientific access established by the National Library; the Indonesian Institute of Sciences, and the Ministry of Research and Technology. Similarly, in the award-related perspective, the Indonesia government has granted awards to individuals or groups and local governments engaging in the cultivation of scientific literacy and scientific culture. However, among the global measurements for literacy development in Indonesia (in 2020) recorded that three indicators scored less than those in 2019.
The Dynamics of Research Output by Indonesian Scientist, Period of 1945-2021
Prakoso Bhairawa Putera,이다 위디아닝시,Sinta Ningrum,Suryanto Suryanto,Yan Rianto 아시아기술혁신학회 2022 Asian Journal of Innovation and Policy Vol.11 No.3
This research was conducted by applying a bibliometric analysis to determine the dynamics of research topics from ten percent of research output (international publications) generated by Indonesian scientists from the period of 1945-2021. This study utilizes VOSviewers version 1.6.18 for analysis and visualization of bibliometric networks. The research results indicate that 50.24% of Indonesian international publications are published in the form of articles, with subjects such as: Agricultural and Biological Sciences, Medicine, and Earth and Planetary Sciences as the most dominating subject areas. Regarding the author, Tjia, MO from Bandung Institute of Technology was acknowledged as the top author in terms of the number of publications produced for two periods. The article entitled "Global, regional, and national prevalence of overweight and obesity in children and adults during 1980-2013: A systematic analysis for the Global Burden of Disease Study 2013" (Ng et al., 2014) became the most cited one.
Inclusive Growth Analysis in Central Sulawesi, The Eastern Province of Indonesia 2015-2019
PRAKOSO, Andhika Dimas,AGUSTINA, Neli Korea Distribution Science Association 2022 Asian journal of business environment Vol.12 No.2
Purpose: This study aims to analyze the inclusive growth in Central Sulawesi Province, an eastern province of Indonesia, up to the districts/cities level. The inclusive growth is analyzed by using Ramos, Ranieri, and Lammens' index that has three indicators which are employment, poverty, and income inequality. Research design, data, and methodology: This study uses panel data of 13 districts/cities in Central Sulawesi Province from 2015 to 2019. The statistical regression used is the panel regression method to analyze the determinants of inclusive growth there. Results: The study found that the average inclusive growth of districts/cities in Central Sulawesi is increasing from the low-level in 2015 to mid-level in 2019. The panel's data regression using fixed effect model FGLS-SUR found Investment (GFCF), Road Infrastructure, HDI, and Processing Industry have a significant positive effect. Regional minimum wage (RMW) has a significant negative effect. Government Expenditure on Education and Health Function has no significant positive effect on inclusive growth. Conclusions: throughout the study period, gini coefficient and poverty rate is slowly decreasing, while employment to population ratio remains volatile in districts/cities of Central Sulawesi.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the bibliometric characteristics of articles on innovation systems published in Scopus-indexed journals by authors with Indonesian affiliations from 1998 to 2019, in comparison with those published by authors from Singapore and Malaysia. Methods: We conducted a bibliometric and content analysis of publications in the Scopus database. A total of 138 articles from Indonesia, 209 articles from Singapore, and 309 articles from Malaysia were analyzed. They were classified by publication year, authors, co-authors’ country, affiliation, keywords, and journal title. Results: Authors with affiliations from Malaysia were more productive than authors from Singapore and Indonesia during 1998 to 2019. In terms of the quality of papers, Singapore had more productive authors than Malaysia and Indonesia based on the citation frequency. Conclusion: Although fewer articles on innovation systems were published by authors from Indonesia than by those from Malaysia and Singapore, the recent increase in the number of publications by Indonesian authors suggests that number of articles from Indonesia will soon surpass those from the other two countries. International collaboration will help accelerate the number of publications.
