기업결합에 관한 중국 반독점법의 문제점 연구

최연화(Cui LianHua) 강원대학교 비교법학연구소 2012 江原法學 Vol.35 No.-

The Ministry of Commerce has accepted and completed the numerous acquisitions cases with Huiyuan to Coca-cola, Mitsubishi Rayon M& Lucite, InBev acquisition of AB beer etc, 6business of M&A cases as represented. Distinguish the specific circumstances of these acquisitions, the Anti-monopoly bureau under Ministry of Commerce made a different decision of ban, unconditional approval, or conditional approval. We can find there are some questions about duplicate law enforcement, process ambiguous, and the overseas application of law in anti-monopoly law, when we investigate the announcements for these M&A. The paper put forward some proposals that include centralized management of anti-monopoly law enforcement agencies, anti-monopoly law enforcement transparency, and implementation of the overseas application to the Antitrust Law after comparative studies on EU, U.S., Japan, Germany The method studies are mainly comparative analysis and case analysis. The innovation is that the article analyses the concept of business mergers and acquisitions, the nature of the relationship between subject and object of the content, and find many problems that a Cross-border merger by combining the content and form of the public notice. And give advice and make suggestions by comparative studies on anti-monopoly of foreign state.

      • Chitosan-based particulate systems for the delivery of mucosal vaccines against infectious diseases

        Singh, Bijay,Maharjan, Sushila,Cho, Ki-Hyun,Cui, LianHua,Park, In-Kyu,Choi, Yun-Jaie,Cho, Chong-Su Elsevier 2018 International journal of biological macromolecules Vol.110 No.-

Abstract

Given that most pathogens enter the body at mucosal surfaces for infection and mucosal immune responses act as the first line of defense against the invading pathogens, mucosal vaccination is the most effective method to prevent infectious diseases. However, the development of mucosal vaccines requires an efficient antigen delivery system which should protect the antigens from physical elimination and enzymatic degradation, target mucosal inductive sites, and appropriately stimulate the mucosal and systemic immunity. Accordingly, polymeric particles have garnered much attention because the physicochemical properties of polymers can be adjusted to resolve the issues associated with mucosal vaccine delivery. Particularly, chitosan-based polymeric carriers are the most promising vehicles for mucosal vaccine delivery because chitosan is biodegradable, biocompatible and mucoadhesive in nature. Similarly, chitosan can be modified with chemical and biological molecules to develop delivery carriers for controlled or targeted therapy. Moreover, they can be converted to various formulations, such as solid, liquid and gel, with a wide range of particle sizes. In this review, we highlight and discuss advances in the development of chitosan-based particulate systems, specifically for the delivery of mucosal vaccines against infections.

Synbiotic of Pediococcus acidilactici and Inulin Ameliorates Dextran Sulfate Sodium-Induced Acute Ulcerative Colitis in Mice

( Mingzhu Wang ),( Longzhou Zhang ),( Huiyan Piao ),( Yuanming Jin ),( Chengdu Cui ),( Xin Jin ),( Lianhua Cui ),( Chunri Yan ) 한국미생물생명공학회 2024 Journal of microbiology and biotechnology Vol.34 No.3

Colitis is a major gastrointestinal disease that threatens human health. In this study, a synbiotic composed of inulin and Pediococcus acidilactici (P. acidilactici) was investigated for its ability to alleviate dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis. The results revealed that the synbiotic, composed of inulin and P. acidilactici, attenuated the body weight loss and disease activity index (DAI) score in mice with DSS-mediated colitis. Determination of biochemical indicators found that the synbiotic increased anti-oxidation and alleviated inflammation in mice. Additionally, histopathological examination revealed that colonic goblet cell loss and severe mucosal damage in the model group were significantly reversed by the combination of inulin and P. acidilactici. Moreover, synbiotic treatment significantly reduced the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6 in the serum of mice. Thus, a synbiotic composed of inulin and P. acidilactici has preventive and therapeutic effects on DSS-induced colitis in mice.

Effect of microencapsulation of egg yolk immunoglobulin Y by sodium alginate/chitosan/sodium alginate on the growth performance, serum parameters, and intestinal health of broiler chickens

        Yuanming Jin,Haojie Lv,Mingzhu Wang,Chong-Su Cho,Jongsuh Shin,Lianhua Cui,Changguo Yan Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2023 Animal Bioscience Vol.36 No.8

Objective: Egg yolk immunoglobulin (IgY) is an antibiotic alternative to prevent and fight intestinal pathogenic infections. This study aimed to investigate the effects of sodium alginate/chitosan/sodium alginate IgY microcapsules on the growth performance, serum parameters, and intestinal health of broiler chickens. Methods: One-day-old broilers (Ross 308) were divided into five treatments, each with 10 replicates of five chickens. The dietary treatments were maintained for 28 days and consisted of a basal diet (NC), basal diet + 500 mg chlortetracycline/kg diet (CH), basal diet + 50 mg non-microencapsulated IgY/kg diet (NM), basal diet + 600 mg low levels microencapsulated IgY/kg diet (LM), and basal diet + 700 mg high levels microencapsulated IgY/kg diet (HM). Results: Throughout the 28-day trial period, the NM, LM, HM, and CH groups increased average daily gain compared with the NC group (p<0.05), and the HM group reduced feed conversion ratio compared with the CH group (p<0.05). The LM and HM groups increased relative organ weights of thymus and spleen compared with the CH and NM groups (p<0.05). The HM group improved the duodenal, jejunal and ileum villi height (VH) and villus height to crypt depth ratio (VH:CD) compared with the CH and NM groups (p<0.05). Compared with the CH group, the HM group increased serum immunoglobulin (IgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG), superoxide dismutase, total antioxidant capacity, and glutathione peroxidase levels (p<0.05), and decreased serum malondialdehyde levels (p<0.05). Compared with the NC group, the NM, LM, HM, and CH groups reduced colonic Escherichia coli and Salmonella levels (p<0.05). and the HM group promoted the levels of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria compared with the CH group (p<0.05). Conclusion: Microencapsulation could be considered as a way to improve the efficiency of IgY. The 700 mg high levels microencapsulated IgY/kg diet could potentially be used as an alternative to antibiotics to improve the immune performance and intestinal health, leading to better performance of broiler chickens.
