      • A Novel Approach to Task Scheduling using The PSO Algorithm based Probability Model in Cloud Computing

        Li Ruizhi,Gao Jue,Gao Honghao,Bian Minjie,Xu Huahu 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.9 No.11

With the development of cloud computing technology, people not only want to pursue the shortest time to complete the tasks by using cloud computing, but also hope to take into the running costs of machines. Existing task scheduling algorithm in the cloud computing environment has been unable to meet people's needs. As an extension and generalization of the model checking theory, probability model checking is also used in many fields, such as random distributed algorithm and other areas. The task scheduling algorithm based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm combined with probability model is proposed in this paper. The algorithm defines the fitness functions of the time cost and the running cost. The fitness functions can improve the efficiency of the cloud computing platform. At the same time, the probability model can be used to analyze the running states of machines and the computing capability of the nodes in the cloud cluster. The probability, which is calculated by the probability model, provides the basis for changing particle swarm algorithm’s the inertia factor and the learning factor, so as to solve the drawback that the inertia factor and the learning factor solely depend on the fixed value.

        Li Ruizhi,Xu Huahu,Gao Honghao,Yan Yingmin,Bian Minjie,Xu Jiepin 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.8 No.11

With the development of the Internet technology, people’s life and work are more and more dependent on the Internet. Remote rendering techniques permit streaming of high-quality 3D graphics to apply onto a wide range of smart devices, and recent years have also seen many solutions of Web3D applications. Web3D is a kind of technology, which can perform the 3D visualization on the Internet, and virtual roam can present information in a far more intuitive and interactive way to people. So, Web3D technology is the foundation of virtual roam technology. Today, Web3D technology and virtual roam technology has become the research focus of computer technology. This paper presents the basic concept and characteristics of Web3D, and designs a solution concerning the virtual roam by combining WebGL and HTML5. This solution has characteristics of good compatibility, GPU acceleration and free plug-ins. Meanwhile, this paper aims at researching collision detection in the virtual roam and presenting a fast collision detection and correction algorithm.

The Influence of Family Function on Occupational Attitude of Chinese Nursing Students in the Probation Period: The Moderation Effect of Social Support

        Li, Rui,Tang, Ruizhi,Li, Zijia,Jiang, Hongbo,Liu, Xin,Wang, Wei 한국간호과학회 2021 Journal of Korean Academy of Nursing Vol.51 No.6

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the factors influencing the occupational attitudes of nursing students in the probation period. Methods: Nursing students in the probation period from five hospitals completed an anonymous survey. The instruments included the nursing occupational attitude scale, family adaptability, partnership, growth, affection, and resolve index, and perceived social support scale. The study examined the moderation model between family function, perceived social support, and occupational attitudes using PROCESS 3.2. Results: For nursing students, when social support was low, family function had a significant positive impact on occupational attitudes and intentions, and the effect was much higher than that of perceived social support. Conclusion: Family function has a significant positive explanatory effect on attitude and intention (β = .13, p < .001 and β = .12, p < .001); the interaction term between family function and perceived social support are significant (β = .01, p < .001 and β = .01, p < .001). Perceived social support has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between family function and occupational attitudes of nursing students in the probation period. Family function has a significant difference in the occupational attitudes and intentions of nursing students with low perceived social support. Nursing students perceive social support in the probation period has a significant moderation effect in the relationship between their family function and occupational attitudes. Interns with low family function should be given more social support to improve their occupational attitudes.

Optoelectronic Characteristics of UV Photodetector Based on GaN/ZnO Nanorods p-i-n Heterostructures

        Qingshan Li,Lichun Zhang,Fengzhou Zhao,Caifeng Wang,Feifei Wang,Ruizhi Huang 대한금속·재료학회 2015 ELECTRONIC MATERIALS LETTERS Vol.11 No.4

We demonstrate an efficient ultraviolet (UV) photodetector operating at room temperature based on n-ZnO nanorods/i-ZnO/p-GaN heterojunctions. We employ x-ray diffraction and field-emission scanning electron microscopy to confirm the high quality of the ZnO nanorods using an undoped ZnO film as the interlayer. Then, we investigate the photoelectric properties of the fabricated photodetector with UV light illumination under a different reverse bias. Based on the current-voltage curve, the photocurrent to dark current ratio is approximately 73.3 at −4 V. At zerobias voltage, the peak responsivity was 138.9 mA/W at 362 nm under front-illumination conditions. Time-varying measurements indicate the reproducibility and stability of the heterojunction photodetector.

Dissecting Causal Relationships Between Gut Microbiota, Blood Metabolites, and Stroke: A Mendelian Randomization Study

        Wang Qi,Dai Huajie,Hou Tianzhichao,Hou Yanan,Wang Tiange,Lin Hong,Zhao Zhiyun,Li Mian,Zheng Ruizhi,Wang Shuangyuan,Lu Jieli,Xu Yu,Liu Ruixin,Ning Guang,Wang Weiqing,Bi Yufang,Zheng Jie,Xu Min 대한뇌졸중학회 2023 Journal of stroke Vol.25 No.3

Background and Purpose We investigated the causal relationships between the gut microbiota (GM), stroke, and potential metabolite mediators using Mendelian randomization (MR). Methods We leveraged the summary statistics of GM (n=18,340 in the MiBioGen consortium), blood metabolites (n=115,078 in the UK Biobank), and stroke (cases n=60,176 and controls n=1,310,725 in the Global Biobank Meta-Analysis Initiative) from the largest genome-wide association studies to date. We performed bidirectional MR analyses to explore the causal relationships between the GM and stroke, and two mediation analyses, two-step MR and multivariable MR, to discover potential mediating metabolites. Results Ten taxa were causally associated with stroke, and stroke led to changes in 27 taxa. In the two-step MR, <i>Bifidobacteriales</i> order, <i>Bifidobacteriaceae</i> family, <i>Desulfovibrio</i> genus, apolipoprotein A1 (ApoA1), phospholipids in high-density lipoprotein (HDL_PL), and the ratio of apolipoprotein B to ApoA1 (ApoB/ApoA1) were causally associated with stroke (all <i>P</i><0.044). The causal associations between <i>Bifidobacteriales</i> order, <i>Bifidobacteriaceae</i> family and stroke were validated using the weighted median method in an independent cohort. The three GM taxa were all positively associated with ApoA1 and HDL_PL, whereas <i>Desulfovibrio</i> genus was negatively associated with ApoB/ApoA1 (all <i>P</i><0.010). Additionally, the causal associations between the three GM taxa and ApoA1 remained significant after correcting for the false discovery rate (all q-values <0.027). Multivariable MR showed that the associations between <i>Bifidobacteriales</i> order, <i>Bifidobacteriaceae</i> family and stroke were mediated by ApoA1 and HDL_PL, each accounting for 6.5% (<i>P</i>=0.028) and 4.6% (<i>P</i>=0.033); the association between <i>Desulfovibrio</i> genus and stroke was mediated by ApoA1, HDL_PL, and ApoB/ApoA1, with mediated proportions of 7.6% (<i>P</i>=0.019), 4.2% (<i>P</i>=0.035), and 9.1% (<i>P</i>=0.013), respectively. Conclusion The current MR study provides evidence supporting the causal relationships between several specific GM taxa and stroke and potential mediating metabolites.
