<P>The correlation between electrical conductivity and electro-responsive behavior is identified by introducing few-layer molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) nanosheets to electrorheological (ER) fluid. Few-layer MoS2 nanosheets are successfully fabricated, with a high yield of above 60%, using a straightforward method, and applied to an electro-responsive smart fluid. The electrical conductivity of MoS2 is easily tunable by adjusting the annealing temperature because of its semiconducting behavior. From an in-depth study on the conductivity-dependent ER behavior of few-layer MoS2 nanosheets, it can be verified that an optimum value of the electrical conductivity exists for the electro-responsive material, corresponding to the Wagner model. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on the potential of a transition-metal dichalcogenide as a candidate material for an ER fluid. This study may provide promising approaches for the performance improvement of electro-responsive smart fluids.</P>
Metal microparticle – Polymer composites as printable, bio/ecoresorbable conductive inks

<P>Biologically and environmentally resorbable electronic devices support application possibilities that cannot be addressed with conventional technologies. This paper presents highly conductive, water-soluble composites that can be printed to form contacts, interconnects, antennas, and other important features that are essential to nearly all systems of this type. An optimized material formulation involves in situ polymerization to yield a polyanhydride containing a dispersion of molybdenum microparticles at appropriate concentrations. Comparisons of essential physical and electrical properties of these materials to those of composites formed with other polymers and other metal microparticles reveal the relevant considerations. Various functional demonstrations of screen-printed test structures and devices illustrate the suitability of these conductive inks for use in water-soluble electronic devices. A key advantage of the material introduced here compared to alternatives is its ability to maintain conductance over significant periods of time while immersed in relevant aqueous solutions. Studies involving live animal models establish the biocompatibility.</P>

<P>Graphene nanosheets with uniform shape are successfully incorporated into a silicone encapsulant of a light-emitting diode (LED) using a solvent-exchange approach which is a facile and straightforward method. The graphene nanosheets embedded in the silicone encapsulant have a multifunctional role which improves the performance of light-emitting diodes. The presence of graphene gives rise to effective heat dissipation, improvement of protection ability from external stimuli, such as moisture and hazardous gas, and enhancement of mechanical properties such as elastic modulus and fracture toughness. Consequently, the LEDs composed of a graphene-embedded silicone encapsulant exhibit long-term stability without loss of luminous efficiency by addition of relatively small amounts of graphene. 본 논문에서는 패션디자이너를 위한 빠르게 변화하는 트렌드 분석을 위한 패션 아이템별 세부 컨포넌트 이미지 분류 알고리즘을 제안한다. COVID-19 환경으로 인하여 AI 기반 쇼핑몰에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행중이다. 하지만 기존의 키워드 검색과 사용자 서핑 행위 기반 개인 맞춤형 스타일 추천으로는 트렌드 분석에 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 다양한 전처리 방식을 비교분석하여 선정한 MASK-RCNN을 사용하여 객체를 추출하고, CNN모델을 통해 분류하는 모델을 개발하였으며 세부적으로 다양한 패션 아이템에 대한 세부 컨포넌트 단위의 분류를 진행하였고, 예측 모델을 이용한 검증을 통해 구현모델의 성능을 분석하였다.
모바일 앱을 이용한 일상생활의 보행 변인과 연령 및 신체질량지수의 관련성

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between gait variables and age and body mass index(BMI) in daily life using a mobile app. The subjects of this study were a total of 197 men and women aged 40 to 80 residing in the 7 metropolitan cities of Korea. In addition, in order to examine gait variables according to BMI, according to the classification criteria of WHO, those with less than 18.5~23.0 kg/m² are in the normal weight group(n=65), those with less than 23~25 kg/m² are in the overweight group(n=72), Those over kg/m² were classified as obese groups(n=60). After downloading the Brainwork 1.36 app to the subject, the number of steps, walking time, walking distance, and walking speed were recorded for two weeks. For data processing, LSD(least significant difference) was verified through one-way ANOVA using Windows SPSS 22.0. Pearson"s product correlation was used to analyze the correlation of each variable. BMI showed a significant correlation with the average number of steps(r= -.354), walking distance(r= -.317), and walking speed(r= -.203). BMI was higher in the group with less than 5,000 steps than the group with 5,000~7,499 steps, and the group with more than 7,500 steps showed the lowest(p<.05). The average walking time was higher in the 60-year-old group than in the 40-49-year-old group and the 50-59-year-old group(p<.001). The gait variable according to BMI was higher in the normal group compared to the overweight group and the obese group(p<.05). In conclusion, it was suggested that the walking variable in daily life using the mobile app is related to the age of ordinary adults and BMI.

<P>Mycobacterium avium and its sonic extracts induce apoptosis in macrophages. However, little is known about the M. avium components regulating macrophage apoptosis. In this study, using multidimensional fractionation, we identified MAV2052 protein, which induced macrophage apoptosis in M. avium culture filtrates. The recombinant MAV2052 induced macrophage apoptosis in a caspase-dependent manner. The loss of mitochondrial transmembrane potential (Delta I-m), mitochondrial translocation of Bax, and release of cytochrome c from mitochondria were observed in macrophages treated with MAV2052. Further, reactive oxygen species (ROS) production was required for the apoptosis induced by MAV2052. In addition, ROS and mitogen-activated protein kinases were involved in MAV2052-mediated TNF-alpha and IL-6 production. ROS-mediated activation of apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1)-JNK pathway was a major signaling pathway for MAV2052-induced apoptosis. Moreover, MAV2052 bound to Toll-like receptor (TLR) 4 molecule and MAV2052-induced ROS production, Delta I-m loss, and apoptosis were all significantly reduced in TLR4(-/-) macrophages. Altogether, our results suggest that MAV2052 induces apoptotic cell death through TLR4 dependent ROS production and JNK pathway in murine macrophages.</P>
