The Effects of Digital Transformation Intention of Small Traders in Domestic Traditional Industries

With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, the digital transformation craze has intensified in diverse industries, such as finance, automotive, health care and agriculture. However, relative to industry demand, there is only few domestic research on digital transformation of small traders and no one has implemented empirical study on this field at all. Thus, the study conducted an empirical study to measure the digital transformation intention of domestic small traders. In the early days of domestic business start-ups, we searched for factors affecting the digital conversion intention of small business owners and designed an integrated framework to explain the causal relationship between factors. This study not only expanded and refined the scope of related research but also suggested the direction of another research that was not presented in previous research. However, there are limitations in many ways as much as the initial stage of a specific field of small business owners. There are limitations in explaining the overall perception of Korean small business owners. Therefore, in future studies, it is necessary to study more deeply by presenting more specific and various variables. In addition, although the number of respondents was sufficient in the process of empirical analysis, it is considered that the respondents are not enough to universalize the research result as a traditional small business person who did not convert all digital. It is necessary to carry out a comparative analysis by dividing the two groups in more detail and more specifically in the future study. The result of this study can suggest the direction for accelerating small traders’ digital transformation intention in terms of practical view, and provide useful references which can support the theoretical foundation for researchers who will perform future related research in terms of academic view.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A method to measure the tensile adhesion of thin films on a silicon chip was developed. A new test machine was designed to obtain tensile adhesion by applying a single cantilever beam method. Self-alignment of the specimen was accomplished by a specially designed jig and mount. The specimen was designed to allow fabrication by using a commercial manufacturing process. The developed method was applied to measure the adhesion of die attach films having various thicknesses ranging from 5μm to 20μm. Adhesion between the film adhesive and the top surface of a silicon chip was successfully measured. It was shown that the measured adhesion was independent of crack length and robust against variation of the initial alignment of specimen.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> The SCB was successfully modified to measure the adhesion of film adhesive. </LI> <LI> The specimen was designed without attachment of any adherend. </LI> <LI> Delamination was obtained without pre crack. </LI> <LI> The jig equipped with a seesaw was designed to achieve self-alignment. </LI> <LI> Developed method could measure the adhesion consistently and accurately. </LI> </UL> </P>

Dual turbine organic rankine cycle were studied to maximize power output of waste heat recovery system for the marine diesel engine. In this study, two turbines were parallel applied to organic rankine cycle to have better response for multiple heat sources and its variation amount. The results of this work shows that dual turbine organic rankine cycle system has better load following power output response than single turbine organic rankine cycle with variation of heat source condition. The corresponding organic rankine cycle system were simulated and verified through experiments.

Addition of evaporator and preheater were studied to maximize output power of organic rankine cycle as a waste heat recovery system of the marine diesel engine. Exhaust gas, scavenge air and jacket cooling water were considered as possible heat sources to be recovered. Dual loop system which has multiple heat transfer loops for each waste heat source shows better performance than the single loop system which has only one heat transfer loop. By changing ORC evaporator and preheater, the output of ORC increased by 6~27%.

The present work focuses on the heat transfer loop of Organic Rankine Cycle - Waste Heat Recovery System (ORC-WHRS) for the vessel. The heat transfer loops were evaluated based on the power output of thermal cycle. Performances of ORC were calculated at the different temperature conditions of thermal loop. Calculated results were compared in terms of cycle and system efficiency. The result shows additional electricity of Maximum. 660㎾e can be produced by using ORC-WHRS, and the system has 9~13% of cycle efficiency depends on the heat transfer loop design and pinch condition of heat exchanger. In this work shows, ORC-WHRS can produce 60~73% of required electricity of Suez-max COT at the normal operation running condition and this lead to fuel saving effect.

Generally, the hybrid vehicle has a good fuel economy with a braking energy regeneration system. This paper introduced a novel pneumatic type braking energy regeneration system. The novel system use a scroll mechanism which have both compression function and expansion function. While vehicle is decelerating, the scroll machinery, being operated as a scroll compressor, compress a atmospheric air to save the vehicle’s kinetic energy and reuse a compressed air which is reserved in a air tank while vehicle is accelerating. In order to analyze fuel improvements by applying braking energy regeneration system to a vehicle, we simulated the rate of braking energy regeneration through CVS-75 mode driving patterns.

Motors used as power source for electrified vehicles require secure of rotors rigidity leading by high-voltage and high-speed technology for miniaturization, large output, and high efficiency. Therefore, most of automobile manufacturers adopt Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (IPMSM). Temperature change in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor leads to temperature change in permanent magnet which is inserted inside of rotor, and the change occurs into magnetic flux density change depending on the nature of material. Therefore, heat control technique and compensation for reduce power is necessary since the efficiency drop leaded by temperature change in motor of electrified vehicles directly affects power performance and mileage. This paper suggests the way to react to temperature change compensating real-time flux and torque according to motor temperature change using single Look-Up Table (LUT) which is measured at intermediate temperature. Matlab Simulink is used to verify, and Motor Dynamo is used to compare with existing method, and eventually to demonstrate feasibility.
메타데이터 레지스트리를 위한 SQL 기반 질의 언어 설계

현재 세계 각국에서 많은 메타데이터 레지스트리들이 구축되어 왔다. 그러나 메타데이터 레지스트리가 국제 표준(ISO/IEC 11179)임에도 불구하고 일관성 있는 표준 접근 인터페이스를 제공하지 않음으로써 각각 다른 연산으로 구현되었다. 이는 각각의 메타데이터 레지스트리 구축시 동일한 연산 패턴의 중복된 구현으로 인한 불필요한 비용을 야기한다. 국제 표준인 메타데이터 레지스트리에 대한 접근시 시스템 마다 동일한 연산 패턴을 지니게 된다. 이 논문에서는 이와 같이 메타데이터 레지스트리에서 공통적으로 사용되는 연산 패턴을 분석하고 정의한다. 또한 분석된 연산 패턴을 이용하여 표준 SQL을 확장한 SQL/MDR을 정의하고 설계한다. 설계된 SQL/MDR은 메타데이터 레지스트리 관리 시스템 개발에 표준 접근 방법을 제공한다. 또한 이는 개별적인 개발로 인한 추가적인 노력을 감소시키고 메타데이터 레지스트리에 대한 보다 일관성 있는 접근을 가능하게 한다.
