졸업대학 관련 만족도와 전공-직무일치가 현 직장 만족도에 미치는 영향: 관광관련학과 졸업생을 대상으로

본 연구는 2017년 8월, 2018년 2월에 졸업하여 2019년 9월 현재 상용근로자로서 일하고 있는 관광관련학과 졸업생을 대상으로 졸업대학 관련 만족도와 전공-직무일치가 현 직장만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 2019년 9월 한국고용정보원에서 3개월에 걸쳐 실시한 대졸자직업이동경로조사(2018GOMS)를 통하여 18,163개의 표본수를 얻었고 본 연구는 관광관련학과 졸업생 중 상용근로자로서 일하고 있는 졸업생 173명의 자료를 이용하여 구조방정식모델분석을 실시하였다. 가설검정 결과 첫째, 졸업대학 관련 만족도는 현 직장만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공-직무일치는 현 직장만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 선행연구에서 졸업대학 관련 만족도는 전공-직무일치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 2018GOMS 자료를 이용하여 구조방정식모델분석을 해본 결과 유의미하지 못한 결과가 나왔다. 이는 청년실업난으로 인하여 많은 졸업생들이 전공을 불문하고 일단 취업을 하기 때문이다. 넷째, 성별 그리고 학교의 종류에 따른 변수를 달리하여 연구를 하였지만 모두 동일한 결과가 나왔다. 호텔종사자 대상의 연구에서 남성과 여성 간에 직무-교육 불일치는 유의한 차이가 없다는 선행연구 결과(이은수, 2017)와 일치하였다. 연구결과 졸업대학 관련 만족도와 전공-직무일치는 현 직장만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치기 때문에 졸업대학 관련 만족도를 높이기 위하여 수업의 방식과 질을 높이기 위한 방법을 강화한다면, 이직의도에 영향을 많이 미치는 현 직장만족도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The object of this study was to examine the Relationship among the satisfaction with graduated school(SS, School Satisfaction), majob-job matching(MJM) and job Satisfaction(JS) on tourism related major graduates from Aug. 2017 to Feb. 2018 who works as a regular employee. Korea employment information Service performed investigation to about 18,000 graduates from Aug. 2017 to Feb. 2018 and got the data of 2018GOMS(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey). For this study, 173 samples were used to SEM analysis. At previous studies among SS, MJM and JS, MJM used as mediation effect for SS and JS. but from this data of 2018GOMS, MJM was not acted as mediation variable because of the difficulty of getting job. The first hypothesis, SS effected to JS as positive effect. The second hypothesis, MJM effected to JS as positive effects, too. Sex and the type of School were acted as moderating variable and both hypothesis had meaningful result as positive effect. This means there is no difference to MJM for the job of hotel related for sex(Lee, 2017). From the result of this study, we should increase SS, SS effects to JS and JS effects to Turnover. For that teaching method and quality should be revised because the mean of that variable was very low to graduates. then Turnover will be reduced.
Fault Tolerant Control Using Self-Diagnostic Smart Actuator

In this paper, a networked fault tolerant control strategy that utilizes a self-diagnostic smart actuator is presented with an application to “"steer-by-wire”" (SBW) which is a network based steering system for intelligent cars. Networked control systems (NCS) like SBW have various advantages, such as easy maintenance, low cost implementation and reconfiguration ability. In NCS, it is possible to achieve bi-directional communications using intelligent subsystems called “"smart actuators.”" Using a built-in processing unit and bi-directional communication, a smart actuator can offer the capability of self-diagnosis and self-compensation resulting in a high level of dependability. This paper highlights the usefulness of such smart actuators from the point of view of enhancing the ability of tolerating actuator faults without any redundant actuators. The proposed approach is mainly relying on an actuator performance index, called effectiveness factor, which can be obtained through self-diagnosis performed by the built-in actuator processor. Simulation results with a SBW system show that the proposed smart actuator-based control system provides fast and accurate control strategy to tolerate faults.

<P>The consolidation of long-term memory for sensitization and synaptic facilitation in <I>Aplysia</I> requires synthesis of new mRNA including the immediate early gene <I>Aplysia</I> CCAAT enhancer-binding protein (<I>ApC/EBP</I>). After the rapid induction of <I>ApC/EBP</I> expression in response to repeated treatments of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), <I>ApC/EBP</I> mRNA is temporarily expressed in sensory neurons of sensory-to-motor synapses. However, the molecular mechanism underlying the rapid degradation of <I>ApC/EBP</I> transcript is not known. Here, we cloned an AU-rich element (ARE)-binding protein, ApAUF1, which functions as a destabilizing factor for <I>ApC/EBP</I> mRNA. ApAUF1 was found to bind to the 3′ UTR of <I>ApC/EBP</I> mRNA that contains AREs and subsequently reduces the expression of <I>ApC/EBP</I> 3′ UTR-containing reporter genes. Moreover, overexpression of ApAUF1 inhibited the induction of <I>ApC/EBP</I> mRNA in sensory neurons and also impaired long-term facilitation of sensory-to-motor synapses by repetitive 5-HT treatments. These results provide evidence for a critical role of the posttranscriptional modification of <I>ApC/EBP</I> mRNA during the consolidation of synaptic plasticity.</P>

Objectives : The directional supplementation and draining and twirling supplementation and draining have been used widely in oriental medical clinic. The aim of this study is to compare the effects between directional supplementation and draining method and twirling supplementation and draining. Methods : Clinical experiment was performed with 21 students of oriental medical college of Daegu Haany university. Acupuncture was applied at left Hapgok (LI4) with directional supplementation and twirling supplementation respectively, and the thermographic change was checked using DITI (Digital Infrared Thermographic Image). Results and Conclusion : A significant thermographic change was observed at bilateral Igan (LI2), Yanggye (LI5), Gokji (LI11), and Yeonghyang (LI20) in directional supplementation. A significant thermographic change was observed at bilateral Igan (LI2), Yanggye (LI5), and Yeonghyang (LI20) in twirling supplementation. Based on the thermographic change, it could be demonstrated that directional supplementation is more effective that twirling supplementation.

To evaluate the powertrain performances and driving behavior of a vehicle, it is necessary to survey the driving patterns, which have influences on fuel economy and emissions.<br/> The driving patterns are depended on the driver's habit and the road and traffic conditions. An in-vehicle data acquisition system, which is called Mode Survey System(MOSS), is designed and developed to analyze the driving patterns of the actual driver. Furthermore MOSS would be able to make a common driving mode to be used in emission, fuel efficiency, shift survey, catalyst durability, and other tests using the analyzed driving patterns.<br/> MOSS is a stand-alone system based on the 68HC11 MCU. It mainly consists of an MCU-based Hardware and a PC-based software. MOSS logs various data relating to powertrain and vehicle driving such as vehicle speed, engine RPM, gear position, brake, clutch, fuel consumption, and others. For analysis of the driving data, MOSS software, which is easy to use, can be used to analyze the driving patterns. Both the real-time processing and the post processing function for driving data analysis are available.<br/>
Remote Memory and Cortical Synaptic Plasticity Require Neuronal CCCTC-Binding Factor (CTCF)

<P>The molecular mechanism of long-term memory has been extensively studied in the context of the hippocampus-dependent recent memory examined within several days. However, months-old remote memory maintained in the cortex for long-term has not been investigated much at the molecular level yet. Various epigenetic mechanisms are known to be important for long-term memory, but how the 3D chromatin architecture and its regulator molecules contribute to neuronal plasticity and systems consolidation is still largely unknown. CCCTC-binding factor (CTCF) is an 11-zinc finger protein well known for its role as a genome architecture molecule. Male conditional knock-out mice in which CTCF is lost in excitatory neurons during adulthood showed normal recent memory in the contextual fear conditioning and spatial water maze tasks. However, they showed remarkable impairments in remote memory in both tasks. Underlying the remote memory-specific phenotypes, we observed that female CTCF conditional knock-out mice exhibit disrupted cortical LTP, but not hippocampal LTP. Similarly, we observed that CTCF deletion in inhibitory neurons caused partial impairment of remote memory. Through RNA sequencing, we observed that CTCF knockdown in cortical neuron culture caused altered expression of genes that are highly involved in cell adhesion, synaptic plasticity, and memory. These results suggest that remote memory storage in the cortex requires CTCF-mediated gene regulation in neurons, whereas recent memory formation in the hippocampus does not.</P>

Purpose To evaluate the circuit patency after nitinol bare-metal stent (BMS) placement according to the type of access and location of the stent in dysfunctional hemodialysis access. Materials and Methods Between January 2017 and December 2019, 159 patients (mean age, 64.1 ± 13.2 years) underwent nitinol BMS placement for dysfunctional access. The location of stents was as follows: 18 brachiocephalic vein, 51 cephalic arch, 40 upper arm vein, 10 juxta-anastomotic vein, 7 arteriovenous (AV) anastomosis, and 33 graft-vein (GV) anastomosis. Circuit patency was evaluated by the Kaplan-Meier method, and cox regression model. Results A total of 159 stents were successfully deployed in 103 AV fistula (AVF) and 56 AV graft (AVG). AVG showed lower primary and secondary patency at 12-months compared with AVF (primary patency; 25.0% vs. 44.7%; p = 0.005, secondary patency; 76.8% vs. 92.2%; p = 0.014). Cox regression model demonstrated poorer primary patency at 12 months after stenting in the cephalic arch and GV anastomosis compared with the other sites. Conclusion AVF showed better primary and secondary circuit patency at 12 months following the placement of BMS compared with AVG. Stents in the cephalic arch and GV anastomosis were associated with poorer primary patency at 12 months compared to those in other locations.
