        인위적 지연성 근육통 유발 후의 치료적 처치 차이가 주관적 통증 및 근기능에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 원심성 근수축으로 지연성 근육통(DOMS)을 유발한 후 그룹별로 저주파 경피신경전기자극 및 냉치료를 적용하고 주관적 통증 정도와 근기능을 반복측정하여 임상ㆍ재활 및 스포츠 현장에 적용 가능한 DOMS 치료법을 모색하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 대학생 90명을 대조군, 경피신경전기자극 그룹, 냉치료 그룹 등 세 그룹으로 무선배정하였으며, 처치 전, 처치 1일 후, 처치 2일 후, 처치 3일 후 시각적 상사 척도를 이용한 주관적 통증 정도, 등속성 근기능 측정기를 이용한 최대 근력, 표면 근전도 검사기를 이용한 근활성도 등을 반복측정 하였다. 측정 결과 주관적 통증 정도는 대조군과 냉치료 그룹에서는 DOMS 유발 이후부터 증가하여 처치 2일 후에 최고치를 보이고 처치 3일 후 감소된 반면, 경피신경전기자극 그룹에서는 처치 1일 후에 최고치를 보이고 처치 2일 후부터 지속적인 감소를 보였다. 최대 근력 및 근활성도는 세 그룹 모두에서 DOMS 유발 이후부터 저하되어 처치 2일 후에 최저치를 보이고 처치 3일 후 회복되는 경향으로 나타났으며, 처치 3일 후의 결과에 있어 경피신경전기자극 그룹에서는 대조군보다 높은 경향을 보였으나, 냉치료 그룹에서는 대조군보다 유의하게 낮았다. 결론적으로 저주파 경피신경전기자극은 DOMS 초기 통증 경감에 효과적인 것으로 보이며, DOMS 치료 시 냉치료 적용에는 주의를 요하는 것으로 나타났다.

        Evaluation of Pumping Characteristics of High Strength Concrete using Continuous Pumping System

        In the construction of tall-building, concrete pumping influences the success of the project. In order to establish pumping technology for high speed construction of tall building, study for quantitative evaluation of flow characteristics and pumpability should be conducted. So in this study, the characteristics including the inner pipe pressure, rheological properties of concrete and mortar through the continuous pumping test were evaluated. Then we analyzed the relations between rheological properties and pumpability. In the result of test, there are high correlations between the rheological characteristics which represented by yield stress and plastic viscosity and pressure loss with pipe length. Also, we estimated pressure loss according to conditions of concrete mix and pumping through the evaluation of inner pipe friction.

        무인 항공기의 목표물 추적을 위한 영상 기반 목표물 위치 추정

        This paper describes methods to estimate 3-D position of target with respect to reference frame through monocular image from unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). 3-D position of target is used as information for surveillance, recognition and attack. In this paper. 3-D position of target is estimated to make guidance and control law, which can follow target, user interested. It is necessary that position of target is measured in image to solve 3-D position of target. In this paper, kalman filter is used to track and output position of target in image. Estimation of target’s 3-D position is possible using result of image tracking and information of DAV and camera. To estimate this, two algorithms are used. One is methode from arithmetic derivation of dynamics between DAV, carmer, and target. The other is IPV (Linear Parametric Varying). These methods have been run on simualtion, and compared in this paper.

        논 문 : 토양 내 구리분석에 LIBS와 ICP 비교

        Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) has been introduced as a type of analytical equipment to determine elements on the surface of various materials. In this study, standard and sample soils were molded to make a pellet for LIBS analysis. The soils were also digested with acids for ICP analysis. Accuracies ranging between 86.5% and 119.9%, an RSD of 12.3%, an LOD of 6.09 mg/kg, and an LOQ 19.41 mg/kg resulted from the analysis of copper in soils using LIBS. Correlations (R2) of LIBS with ICP-aqua regia digestion and with ICP-total digestion analysis concentrations were over 0.96 for 28 samples. The total analytical time for the LIBS method was 385 min, which was 43.4% shorter than for the ICP-OES method (680 min). For the analysis of copper in soils, LIBS can be used for on-site detection without chemical preparation.

        Report : Analysis of Metabolite Profile Data Using Batch-Learning Self-Organizing Maps

        Novel tools are needed for efficient analysis and visualization of the massive data sets associated with metabolomics. Here, we describe a batch-learning self-organizing map (BL-SOM) for metabolome informatics that makes the learning process and resulting map independent of the order of data input. This approach was successfully used in analyzing and organizing the metabolome data for Arabidopsis thaliana cells cultured under salt stress. Our 6 × 4 matrix presented patterns of metabolite levels at different time periods. A negative correlation was found between the levels of amino acids and metabolites related to glycolysis metabolism in response to this stress. Therefore, BL-SOM could be an excellent tool for clustering and visualizing high dimensional, complex metabolome data in a single map.

        무인 항공기의 영상기반 목표물 추적과 광류를 이용한 상대깊이 추정

        최근 무인 항공기(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, UAV)는 다양한 임무수행이 가능한 무인 시스템이라는 점에서 크게 주목받고 있다. 특히 정찰, 추적 등의 임무는 영상을 이용하여 임무 수행이 이루어진다. 소형 무인 항공기의 경우 중량과 비용을 고려하여 단안 영상을 이용하는 임무 수행 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 실제 지표면과 목표물이 고도 차이를 가지고 있어, 영상의 상대 깊이를 고려하지 않은 3차원 거리는 임무 수행 시 오차 요인으로 작용 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 상대 깊이 추정을 위한 평균이동 알고리즘, 광류, 부분 공간법에 관하여 차례로 제시한다. 평균이동 알고리즘은 영상 내 목표물 추적과 관심영역을 결정하며 광류는 영상의 밝기를 이용한 영상 이동 정보를 포함한다. 마지막으로 부분 공간법은 영상안의 움직임을 추정하며 각 영역의 상대깊이를 결정한다. Recently, UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) are expected much as the Unmanned Systems for various missions. These missions are often based on the Vision System. Especially, missions such as surveillance and pursuit have a process which is carried on through the transmitted vision data from the UAV. In case of small UAVs, monocular vision is often used to consider weights and expenses. Research of missions performance using the monocular vision is continued but, actually, ground and target model have difference in distance from the UAV. So, 3D distance measurement is still incorrect. In this study, Mean-Shift Algorithm, Optical Flow and Subspace Method are posed to estimate the relative depth. Mean-Shift Algorithm is used for target tracking and determining Region of Interest (ROI). Optical Flow includes image motion information using pixel intensity. After that, Subspace Method computes the translation and rotation of image and estimates the relative depth. Finally, we present the results of this study using images obtained from the UAV experiments.

        광류를 이용한 영상기반 무인항공기의 자세 추정

        UAV는 임무 수행을 위한 INS 장비와 광학 장비를 갖추고 있다. 이 논문에서는 UAV를 위한 알고리즘으로 칼만 필터와 광류를 이용하는 영상기반 자세추정 알고리즘을 제안한다. 광류는 UAV에 장착된 카메라의 영상으로부터 획득하며 UAV의 자세는 광류를 통해 측정된다. 이 논문에서 UAV 자세의 추정과 낮은 신뢰성을 보완하기위해 칼만 필터를 사용한다. 그리고 실험을 통해 알고리즘을 검증하였다. Rate table과 실제 비행영상을 이용하여 실험 하였으며, 본 논문에서 UAV의 자세 추정 알고리즘 검증 결과를 보였다. Rate table 실험에서 오차는 2도 이내였으며, AHRS를 통해 측정한 결과와 비슷한 경향을 보인다. 그러나 실제 비행 영상 실험에서 최대 Yaw 오차는 21도였으며, 최대 Pitch 오차는 7.8도로 나타났다. UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) have an INS(Inertial Navigation System) equipment and also have an electro-optical Equipment for mission. This paper proposes the vision based attitude estimation algorithm using Kalman Filter and Optical flow for UAV. Optical flow is acquired from the movie of camera which is equipped on UAV and UAV's attitude is measured from optical flow. In this paper, Kalman Filter has been used for the settlement of the low reliability and estimation of UAV's attitude. Algorithm verification was performed through experiments. The experiment has been used rate table and real flight video. Then, this paper shows the verification result of UAV's attitude estimation algorithm. When the rate table was tested, the error was in 2 degree and the tendency was similar with AHRS measurement states. However, on the experiment of real flight movie, maximum yaw error was 21 degree and Maximum pitch error was 7.8 degree.

        관내마찰저항 시험장치를 활용한 콘크리트의 관내 유동 및 마찰저항 특성의 평가에 관한 연구

        The establishment of the technology for evaluating friction resistance and pipe pressure and the relation of the fluid characteristics and pumpability of concrete is essential for the evaluation of concrete pumping performance for high speed construction of super-tall building. So, this study focuses on quantitative evaluation of concrete fluid characteristics and surface friction resistance under the change of concrete mix proportion and pumping condition. For this, we developed temporary horizontal pumping evaluation system to measure pipe pressure and surface friction characteristics. And, relations between concrete mix proportion and pressure characteristics was investigated by experiment. As the result of the experiment, high regression between the surface friction and pressure gradient was confirmed. And, It means that it is able to evaluate the friction resistance between concrete and pipe by means of the pumping system that includes frictional resistance testing pipe.

        Edwardsiella tarda 에 의해 유발된 가물치 복수증에 관한 연구

        The bacterium Edwardsiella tarda was injected into healthy snakeheads(Channa argus) in order to prove the causative agent of ascite. The bacterium dominantly isolated from 2 cultured ascite snakeheads was injected into fish by the dose of 5×10^6 CFU/ 0.25㎖, but the same dose of 0.65% physiological saline was injected into the each control. The injected fish was divided into 4 groups such as intraperitoneal, intramuscle, control intraperitoneal and control intramuscle according to their injection points. Each was composed of 10 healthy snakeheads respectively. Ascites and haemorrhagic ulcers became distinct 5 days after injection, but controls did not show any abnormal symptoms during the experimental period. Edwardsiella tarda was reisolated out of the injected fish's ascite, liver, kidney, spleen and haemorrhagic ulcer on the skin. Regardless of the injecting methods, liver was necrotized more severely than any other internal organ, but both the glomeruli of kidney and spleen were considerably damaged. Necrosis of muscle and a number of leucocytes were observed at the ulcerous region of the intramuscular injected fish. It is concluded that judging from the above results the Edwardsiella tarda is a causative agent to cause ascite in snakehead.
