This paper represents a study on the development of the conceptual design for the Skateboard by TRIZ. At first the problems of the Skateboard of the commercial Skateboard was analyzed. And its development object was defined in connection with the improvement direction. The developed conceptual design was compared with the registered patents and practical new devices at the Korea Industrial Property Office. The Comparison shows the developed conceptual design is on the same level with the above mentioned, and the usefulness of TRIZ methodology. The Analysis with the Motion Capture equipment shows the developed Skateboard commercial efficient than commercial one.

Recently the study is being addressed on the energy economy as greatly as possible. The researches on light source that have higher efficiency than the exiting are performing. The high-power LED is the representative one among those. There are two fields in the research on the high-power LED, the ordinary illuminating apparatus and the night illuminating apparatus using wind and solar energy. In this paper, we validated the probability of using high-power LED as illuminating apparatus and proposed the novel LED power equipment that has more stability and better efficiency than the exiting method. By using the propose method the -R-E-A-C-T is reduced and the efficiency is improved.

This Paper presents a 6 pulse shift operation control mode of current-source-inverter to make improvement of efficiency and to reduce the frequency of inverter switching for photovoltaic generation system using PWM current-source-inverter. This system is connected solar cell energy directly without using a storage cell. The proposed circuit can maintain maximum voltage of photovoltaic generation ot take advantage of six Buck-Boost converter and a full-bridge inverter determines the polarity of AC output. That is controlled by using digital signal processor TMS320F2812 for operation about a 6 pulse shift operation control of current-source-inverter, and it is verified through the experimental results.

This paper presents control method of a Z-source inverter and their relationships of voltage boost versus modulation index. A maximum boost control is presented to produce the maximum voltage boost(or voltage gain)under a given modulation index. The control method, relationships of voltage gain versus modulation index, and voltage stress versus voltage gain are analyzed in detail and verified by experiment.
위성이동개인휴대통신 단말기(GLOBALSTAR CDMA)의 기술기준 연구

위성이동개인휴대통신은 특정 지역이나 나라를 벗어나면 사용이 어려운 개인휴대통신 서비스의 지역적 한계를 해소한 글로벌 통신수단이다. GMPCS(Global Mobile Personal Communications by Satellite) 도입에 따른 단말기 자유이동에 관한 국제 양해 각서안이 ITU에서 채택되었다. GMPCS 기술이전의 중요성과 GMPCS 범위를 모든 종류의 위성시스템으로 확대하는 것이 주요한 내용으로 GMPCS의 조기실현, 국제협력, 범세계 서비스, 규제, 투자참여, 불법사용, 단말기의 자유이동, 보편적 접근, 상호접속, 추가적 협력 등에 대한 각국의 주권 및 국제적 의무사항 등을 설명한다. GMPCS 단말기의 자유 이동에 대한 양해각서 채택에 관한 내용으로 형식승인, 사용승인, 단말기 표시, 관세, MOU 검토, 통화 자료의 이용 등이 언급되었다. 본 논문에서는 자유롭게 국경선을 횡단하여 그들의 휴대를 수월하게 할 GMPCS 단말기의 형식승인에 대한 설비승인처리에 대한 표준규격과 국제간 상호인정협정을 위한 기술적 조건을 설명하고자 한다.
