        새로운 顎間結擦法 Kang’s WIRING

        The author presented a new method of intermaxillary fixation namely Kang s wiring The Kang s wiring has been already utilized to the mandibular fracture cases and obtained succesful result in General Hospital, klang, Ma!aysiar and paik Hospital, Inje Medical College Seoul. The author found the kang s wiring has proved it s efficiency and simplicity through his clinical experiences. The new wiring also caused less periodontal problem throughout the period of treatment compare than any other method.

        The waterproofing in slab and wall of underground structure have a couple of construction methods which are inside waterproofing methods for inner surface, and outside waterproofing methods for out wall and slab surface waterproofing. In resent years, however, it has been adapted the inside waterproofing construction method, as increasing of construction expenses cost and low workability and technology, nevertheless, outside waterproofing has set a most high value construction method. In inside waterproofing construction method, it is difficult to repair and assure durability and safety for concrete which has direct water-press. So, it is necessary for adopt the outside waterproofing method. For that reasons, this study based on the application for outside waterproofing method on the under ground structure, to introduce mono adhesive sheet waterproofing materials to more increase durability, as considering chemical and physical properties.

      • 정규 문법 학습을 위한 이차 순환 신경망의 최적 상태수에 관한 연구

        The learning performance of Second-Order Recurrent Neural Network(SRNN) has been improved for inferring regular language. But it has not tried to imporve it from the aspect of the number of states. This paper shows there is trade-off relationship between the computation time and the number of epochs. For the fixed number of states, the smaller the number of the states is, the shorter the computation time will be and the more the number of the epoch will be increased. We define cost function of the number of epochs and the computation time and find experimentally the optimal number of states using it.

        버섯의 자실체색과 관련된 멜라닌의 특성

        Melanins in cell walls of mushroom are known to related with fruiting body color. Fruiting body color in oyster mushrooms is various and is very important characteristic for new cultivars. Recently, several cultivars have been breeded with various fruiting body color, for example yellow, pink, white in Korea. Recent research trend of fungal melanins and fruiting body color of mushroom will be introduced.

      • 장기간 규칙적인 다른 강도의 운동의 최대운동 후 혈중 Catecholamine과 LDH의 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effect of 10th weeks Exercise of Different Intensity on the epinephrine, norepinephrine and LDH. 15 subjects were divided into the 55-60% HRmax running exercise(n=5), 75-80% HRmax running exercise(n=5), and the control(n=5) groups. The exercise group had 10 week of running exercise 4 times a week with ACSM(1995) protocol. The subjects had 60 min exercise for each day. After extracting the blood sample, the epinephrine, norepinephrine and LDH were compared between the groups. The results obtained from this study were as follows; 1. The 75-80% HRmax exercise group showed the significantly greater decrease in the epinephrine after 10 weeks for the rest (p<.05). And the 75-80% HRmax exercise group showed the significantly lower level than the other two group. 2. The 75-80% HRmax exercise group showed the significantly greater decrease in the norepinephrine after 10 weeks for the rest (p<.05). 3. LDH were showed non-significant difference in the three for the rest and all-out exercise.

        할로페리돌로 유도한 신경세포 고사에 대한 신경성장인자 및 인슐린 유사 성장인자의 억제효과

        연구목적: 본 연구는 생쥐 태자의 대뇌피질 세포 일차 배양을 이용하여 할로페리돌로 유도한 신경세포의 사멸에 대해 신경 성장인자인 brain-dervied neurtrophic factor(BDNF), Neurotrophin 4/5(NT 4/5)와 인슐린 유사 성장인자인 insulin-like growth factor Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)및 IGF-Ⅱ의 조절효과를 실험한 것이다. 방법: 생쥐 태자의 신경세포를 배양한 후 할로페리돌을 처리하여 신경세포의 사멸을 유도하고 이에 대한 성장인자의 효과를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 30M의 할로페리돌을 배양한 일차 대뇌 신경세포에 24시간 처리하면 광범위한 신경세포의 사멸이 유도된다. 이때 신경세포는 세포의 응축, DNA의 단편화와 응집, 세포막보다 핵막의 이른 붕괴 등 고사 형태의 신경세포 사멸 특성을 보인다. 할로페리돌과 더불어 신경성장인자인 BDNF, NT 4/5 및 인슐린 유사 성장 인자인 IGF-Ⅰ 혹은 IGF-Ⅱ를 동시에 처리할 경우 용량 의존적으로 신경세포의 사멸을 억제한다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과는 할로페리돌에 의한 신경독성이 성장인다들에 의해 억제될 수 있음을 보여주는 것이며, 장기적인 항정신병약물의 사용 후에 발생하는 부작용인 지발성 운동장애의 한가지 원인 가설로 대두되고 있는 항정신병 약물에 의한 신경독성을 신경성장인자에 의해 억제할 수 있을 가능성을 제시하는 것이다. 중심단어:할로페리돌·고사·세포사멸·고사·BDNF·NT-4/5·IGF-Ⅰ·IGF-Ⅱ. Objectives: We examined the effects of neurotrophins and insulin-like growth factors on cell death induced by haloperidol, a typical anti-psychotic agent. Method: Neocortices from 14- or 5-daysold fetal mice for neuron-glia co-cultures were used for this experiment. Result: Twenty-four hours treatment of mouse cortical cell cultures with 30 M haloperidol-induced wide spread neuronal apoptosis characterized by cell body shrinkage, DNA frag-mentation and condensation. Concurrent treatment with growth factors, BDNF, NT4/5, IGF-Ⅰand IGF-Ⅱ, protect the neurons from the haloperidol-induced neuronal apoptosis(HINA) in a dose dependent manner(10-100ng/ml). Conclusion: The present study suggests the possibility that haloperidol toxicity can be hampered with growth factors. Further study about the mechanism underlying the protective capacity of the growth factors on HINA may lead to the development of the new protective strategy for tardive dyskinesia.         원형느타리버섯 백색돌연변체의 특성

        원형느타리 재배농가에서 발생한 백색과 흑회색 변이체는 원형느타리1호에 비해 균사생장속도가 느리고 균총의 모양도 불규칙하였다. 색소변이체로부터 분리한 단포자의 유전표지인자를 분석한 결과 원형느타리1호의 단포자와 유사한 결과를 보여 색소변이체는 원형느타리1호의 변이체임이 확인되었다. 백색변이체균주를 Mn이 첨가된 배지에서 배양한 결과 배지색소가 형성되었다. 색소변이체로부터 단포자를 분리하여 F₁을 육성하여 자실체색의 후대유전양상을 분석한 결과, 백색변이체의 F₁은 모두 백색이었으며, 흑회색 변이체의 F₁은 대부분 모균주와 같은 흑회색의 자실색을 형성하는 것으로 보아 색소변이는 후대(F₁)로 유전되는 것으로 추정할 수 있다. 자실체색은 유색계통이 백색에 대해 우성인 것으로 보고되어 있으며, 백색변이체와 회색의 야생종과의 교배에 의해서도 동일한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 자실체색은 버섯의 상품성을 좌우하는 중요한 형질 중 하나이며, 또한 버섯균의 유기물 분해력과 병이나 불량환경에 대한 저항성에 관련된 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 자실체색이 진한 품종을 육성하는 연구는 버섯연구에 있어서 중요한 과제 중 하나이다. 자실체색 돌연변이체는 이러한 육종연구에 중요한 자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. The white-colored and the dark gray-colored mutants were frequently happened in cultivated areas of Pleurotus ostreatus (Wonhyeong-neutari). These caused conflicts between farmers and spawn companies. Our studies were conducted to elucidate the mechanism of mutagenesis. The results from the studies would provide valuable informations that could be used to prevent the color-related mutation, and also will be applied in breeding programs of P. ostreatus. Oyster mushroom variety, Wonhyeong-neutari, is somatic hybrid of Pleurotus and has genetic makers for arginine, ornithine, proline, riboflavine. Genetic markers analysis of monospore isolates derived from color mutants show identical tendency with that of Wonhyeong-neutari, these results indicate that color mutants were derived from Wonhyeongneutari. Twenty-one and four homokaryons were selected from the white-colored mutant MGL 2205 and gray-colored ASI 2029. All 34 F₁ hybrids derived from the white-colored mutant MGL 2205 produce white-color fruiting bodies, indicating that the white color trait is heritable. In the first generation hybrids between the white-colored MGL 2205 and the gray-colored ASI 2029, all 16 hybrids produced pigmented fruiting bodies. Homokaryons isolated from the hybrid MGL 2205 X ASI 2029 were mated with homokaryon tester strains derived from MGL 2205. By these result, we could assumed that white color trait is a heritable character which is controlled by more than one recessive gene.

      • 초등학교 학생에 있어서 환경 소음과 스트레스와의 관련성

        In order to understande the relationship the fourth grade students' stress and environmental noise, the authors surveyed 421 persons and the sound environment of eleven classrooms and their surroundings of five elementary schools in Pusan area. Both questionnaire and 1/3 octave band noise measuriment were administrated. Each sound level at class room (10-minute recess), corridor, classroom (lesson), playground, and gate was highest mostly at 800Hz, appeared to be 71.70.2 dB, 65.78.7dB, 57.57.9dB, 53.91.2 dB, and 53.52.6 dB respectively. Sound levels at frequencies less than 4,000 Hz were in range of 46.7 dB to 71.7dB, while those over 10,000 Hz were background level of 14.3 dB to 39.6 dB.Noise in corridor was higher than play ground and gate, this fact supports that school buildings seemed to bo little affected on environment sound but the sound proof of most classrooms wall was very poor. In order to grasp how sound affects on stress, multiple regression analysis using backward variable elimination method was conducted, and the resulting equation was as follows(R = 0.186, R2 = 0.035, adjusted R2 = 0.027); Stress = 2.221 + 0.459*(study disturbance due to home noise) + 0/607*(home noise) + 0.227*(sound in lesson).
