본 논문에서는 최근 가장 신뢰도 높은 인공지능 탐지 알고리즘인 YOLOv3와 EfficientDet을 이용한 화재 탐지 기술과 문자, 웹, 앱, 이메일 등 4종류의 알림을 동시에 전송하는 알림서비스 그리고 화재 탐지와 알림서비스를 연동하는 AWS 시스템을 제안한다. 우리의 정확도 높은 화재 탐지 알고리즘은 두 종류인데, 로컬에서 작동하는 YOLOv3 기반의 화재탐지 모델은 2000개 이상의 화재 데이터를 이용해 데이터 증강을 통해 학습하였고, 클라우드에서 작동하는 EfficientDet은 사전학습모델(Pretrained Model)에서 추가로 학습(Transfer Learning)을 진행하였다. 4종류의 알림서비스는 AWS 서비스와 FCM 서비스를 이용해 구축하였는데, 웹, 앱, 메일의 경우 알림 전송 직후 알림이 수신되며, 기지국을 거치는 문자시스템의 경우 지연시간이 1초 이내로 충분히 빨랐다. 화재 영상의 화재 탐지 실험을 통해 우리의 화재 탐지 기술의 정확성을 입증하였으며, 화재 탐지 시간과 알림서비스 시간을 측정해 화재 발생 후 알림 전송까지의 시간도 확인해보았다. 본 논문의 AI 화재 탐지 및 알림서비스 시스템은 과거의 화재탐지 시스템들보다 더 정확하고 빨라서 화재사고 시 골든타임 확보에 큰 도움을 줄 것이라고 기대된다. In this paper, we propose a fire detection technology using YOLOv3 and EfficientDet, the most reliable artificial intelligence detection algorithm recently, an alert service that simultaneously transmits four kinds of notifications: text, web, app and e-mail, and an AWS system that links fire detection and notification service. There are two types of our highly accurate fire detection algorithms; the fire detection model based on YOLOv3, which operates locally, used more than 2000 fire data and learned through data augmentation, and the EfficientDet, which operates in the cloud, has conducted transfer learning on the pretrained model. Four types of notification services were established using AWS service and FCM service; in the case of the web, app, and mail, notifications were received immediately after notification transmission, and in the case of the text messaging system through the base station, the delay time was fast enough within one second. We proved the accuracy of our fire detection technology through fire detection experiments using the fire video, and we also measured the time of fire detection and notification service to check detecting time and notification time. Our AI fire detection and notification service system in this paper is expected to be more accurate and faster than past fire detection systems, which will greatly help secure golden time in the event of fire accidents.

This study proposes the optimum printing conditions for 3D printing to the thickness set by the slice program using FDM-type 3D printer. It can be seen that both the PLA and the ABS filaments have a flow rate of 110% which is closest to the set layer height of 0.2mm. For PLA cubes, the flow rate closest to the volume of 1000mm³ when the horizontal×length×height is set to 10mm each is 90%, and the flow rate closest to the volume of 8000mm³ when the horizontal×length×height is set to 20mm each is 90%. For ABS cubes, the flow rate closest to the volume of 1000mm³ when the horizontal×length×height is set at 10mm each is 80% and the flow rate closest to the volume of 8000mm³ when the horizontal×length×height is set at 20mm each is 80%. From the results of additive microstructure between layers of the PLA cube, the average thickness of a layer is approximately 185μm(=0.185mm) when width×length×height is set at 10mm and 20mm respectively. The end parts of the layer of the PLA cube are regularly rounded. The average thickness of a layer of the ABS cube is the same as that of the PLA cube. The end parts of the layer of the ABS cube are thickly rounded, and the other is thinly rounded.

For mist sensing, temperature-humidity sensor is attached on six positions of front glass and rearview mirror in automobile. Bottom-left side of front glass is the best position where mist is sensing. For mist removal, air conditioner is turned on intensity 1, 3 and is set the temperature at 17[℃], 25[℃]. And heater is turned on intensity 1, 3 and is set the temperature at 25[℃], 32[℃]. The best condition which mist is removed is temperature at 17[℃] and intensity 3 of air conditioner mode. At this condition, total average value of humidity output voltage difference is 0.561[V]. Also, air conditioner mode is effective than heater mode for mist sensing and removal.

The purpose of this study optimizes the conditions of PLA printing material for 3D printer. Deltabot type 3D printer is used. The ranges of printing temperature, printing speed, and infill density are 195∼215℃, 10∼70mm/sec, and 10∼100% respectively. From the results of printing temperature, printing quality is almost same every printing temperature. From the results of printing speed and infill density, printing quality is excellent under 40mm/sec, and over 50% respectively. Surface roughness is 2.28 μmRa at 205℃, 10mm/sec, 100%, and is 5.93 μmRa at 205℃, 70mm/sec. Surface roughness is directly proportional to the printing speed, and is inversely proportional to the infill density. Objects fabricated PLA printing material adhere bed at room temperature.

Recently, Small hydropower attracts attention because of its clean, renewable and abundant energy resources to develop. This study is about tubular-type hydro turbine among renewable energy that is based on using the different water pressure levels in pipe lines. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of number of guide vane on the turbine performance, output power, and efficiency of tubular-type hydroturbine.

TiO₂-Nb₂O? sol was prepared using sol-gel method. Crystalline properties of gel powder changed from rutile phase to anatase phase with increasing Nb₂O? additives at 800℃, while they retained rutile phase regardless of Nb₂O? additives at 900℃, 1,000℃. They retained amorphous phase from 50℃ to 400℃, retained anatase phase from 500℃ to 600℃ and had rutile phase over 700℃ at 1mole% Nb₂O? additive. After TiO₂-Nb₂O? sol retained low viscosity with normal chain structure for a long time, its viscosity increased fast with network structure. DTA properties of gel powder had endothermic reaction due to evaporation of propanol and water about 78℃, had exothermic reaction due to propanol combustion about 290℃ and had exothermic reaction due to changing of TiO₂ phase about 640℃.

TiO₂-V₂O? sol was fabricated using sol-gel method and TiO₂-V₂O? thin films were fabricated using dip-coating method. V₂O? sol was added 0.01mole, 0.03mole, 0.05mole into TiO₂ sol. Capacitance of thin films decreased with increasing V₂O? additive and it increased largest at 0.01mole. Because adsorption time and desorption time of thin films was about 2 minutes 40 seconds and about 3 minutes 40 seconds respectively, adsorption time was faster about 1 minutes than desorption time.
