      • 반려견의 치유환경을 고려한 반려견놀이터의 색채환경 분석

        황초희(Chohee Hwang),이석현(Seokhyun Lee) 한국색채학회 2021 한국색채학회 학술대회 Vol.2021 No.5

Vol.37 No.4

Background : This study identifies locations within urban complex shopping malls that have pet parks and conductes a multi-spatial analysis of spatial service design using various analytical frameworks. The goal is to develop a spatial service blueprint that would help dog owners and their pets better utilize the pet park, ultimately increasing the users’ fondness for the spatial and fostering place attachment. Methods : The study involved a status analysis, theoretical review, and field research based on the 4D framework (Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver). Additionally, the study employed tools such as customer journey maps, persona setting, E3 Value analysis, and the derivation of a spatial service blueprint. Results : The spatial service blueprint derived in this study incorporated the Pain Points from the customer journey map into the Intrinsic Social elements of the E3 Value framework. This process led to the addition of a Place Attachment Point to the traditional blueprint components. By improving the Pain Points encountered during spatial use, the blueprint aimed to enhance the users’ fondness for the space, leading to increased place attachment. Conclusions : As the number of pet-owning households continues to rise, so does the number of spaces that accommodate pets. However, this study goes further by proposing a spatial service blueprint to increase the utilization of these spaces. While the study’s qualitative nature, based on field research, customer journey mapping, persona setting, and E3 Value analysis at a single case study site, presents a limitation, it is anticipated that ongoing research into pet-friendly spaces will continue. This study aims to serve as foundational data for future research. Subsequent studies should focus on quantitative research with larger samples to enhance objectivity.

      • Ledipasvir/Sofosbuvir for 12 or 24 Weeks Is Safe and Effective in Kidney-transplant Recipients with Genotype 1 or 4 HCV Infection

        ( Massimo Colombo ),( Alessio Aghemo ),( Lin Liu ),( Robert H. Hyland ),( Chohee Yun ),( Diana M. Brainard ),( John G. Mchutchison ),( Sunjin Hwang ),( Marc Bourliere ),( Markus Peck-radosavljevic ),( 대한간학회 2016 춘·추계 학술대회 (KASL) Vol.2016 No.1

Methods: Kidney transplant recipients with chronic GT1 or GT4 HCV infection, treatment-naive and treatment-experienced, with or without compensated cirrhosis were randomized 1:1 at 5 sites in Europe to receive LDV/SOF (90 mg/400 mg) for 12 or 24 weeks. Randomization was stratified by HCV genotype, treatment history and presence or absence of cirrhosis. Cirrhosis was determined by liver biopsy (Metavir score = 4 or Ishak score ≥5), Fibroscan® >12.5 kPa, or Fibrotest® >0.75 and APRI >2. A pretreatment creatinine clearance <40 mL/min was an exclusionary criterion. The primary endpoint was SVR12. Results: 114 patients were randomized and treated; median age was 53, 58% were male, 94% were white, 72% carried the non-CC IL28B allele, 91% had GT 1 infection, 69% were treatment-naive, and 15% had compensated cirrhosis. The median eGFR was 56ml/min (range 35-135ml/min). All 92 patients with SVR4 data available achieved SVR4 including a patient discontinuing treatment at Week 4 due to an AE. SAEs were reported in 12 (11%) patients; 3 were assessed as treatment related: syncope, pulmonary embolism, and blood creatinine increased. The most frequent AEs were headache (19%), asthenia (13%), and fatigue (10%). Conclusions: Administration of LDV/SOF for 12 or 24 weeks in patients with chronic HCV genotype 1 or 4 patients who have undergone kidney transplant was safe and highly effective with an SVR4 rate of 100%. Treatment was well-tolerated. SVR12 data for all patients will be presented.

COVID-19’s Radiologic, Functional, and Serologic Consequences at 6-Month and 18-Month Follow-up: A Prospective Cohort Study

        Kim Cherry,Seok Hyeri,Kim Jooyun,Park Dae Won,van Assen Marly,De Cecco Carlo N.,Choi Hangseok,Kim Chohee,Hwang Sung Ho,Yong Hwan Seok,Oh Yu-Whan,Choi Won Suk 대한의학회 2024 Journal of Korean medical science Vol.39 No.32

Background: We evaluated the radiologic, pulmonary functional, and antibody statuses of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients 6 and 18 months after discharge, comparing changes in status and focusing on risk factors for residual computed tomography (CT) abnormalities. Methods: This prospective cohort study was conducted on COVID-19 patients discharged between April 2020 and January 2021. Chest CT, pulmonary function testing (PFT), and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) immunoglobulin G (IgG) measurements were performed 6 and 18 months after discharge. We evaluated factors associated with residual CT abnormalities and the correlation between lesion volume in CT (lesionvolume), PFT, and IgG levels. Results: This study included 68 and 42 participants evaluated 6 and 18 months, respectively, after hospitalizations for COVID-19. CT abnormalities were noted in 22 participants (32.4%) at 6 months and 13 participants (31.0%) at 18 months. Lesionvolume was significantly lower at 18 months than 6 months (P < 0.001). Patients with CT abnormalities at 6 months showed lower forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1) and FEV1/forced vital capacity (FVC), and patients with CT abnormalities at 18 months exhibited lower FVC. FVC significantly improved between 6 and 18 months of follow-up (all P < 0.0001). SARS-CoV-2 IgG levels were significantly higher in patients with CT abnormalities at 6 and 18 months (P < 0.001). At 18-month follow-up assessments, age was associated with CT abnormalities (odds ratio, 1.17; 95% confidence interval, 1.03–1.32; P = 0.01), and lesionvolume showed a positive correlation with IgG level (r = 0.643, P < 0.001). Conclusion: At 18-month follow-up assessments, 31.0% of participants exhibited residual CT abnormalities. Age and higher SARS-CoV-2 IgG levels were significant predictors, and FVC was related to abnormal CT findings at 18 months. Lesionvolume and FVC improved between 6 and 18 months.
