        This Study is designed to present a model that to approach the factor theoretically which gives an extante effect to the management performance of the enterprise. Since the management performance is generally discussing expost evaluation item or factor, it is used as a concept to measure comparative analysis and effect. But this result indicator has also effective action and it is natural that this effect brings out the result. The result indicator of management performance, undoubtedly, has a lot of problems to complement, examine closely and to research qualitive, subjective, infinancial indicator in the future. However, there are many parts of influence factors that has to be studied as factor to management performance. As the document has been researched up to now, many paper is usually presented that management environment, management strategy, management system are appeating on the stage as an management effect, These papers studies fragmentrily environment and managemant strategy and management performance. Management performance effect has simply not only a few factor but also complex factors that is to say a lot of factors, interaction and reaction etc. such as enviroment(include culture), strategy, system, abillity. This study include positive analysis that can contemplate, arrange and prove these things with per-published document as a central figure from this point of view. it is singificant to set up and evolve following hypothesis. First, Hypothesis about relation management performance and enterprise environment Second, hypothesis about relation management performance and enterprise strategy. Third, hypothesis about relation management performance and enterprise ability. Forth, hypothesis about relation management performance and enterprise strategy, enterprise ability, mutual relation. Fifth, hypothesis about relation management performance and enterprise environment, enterprise steategy, mutual relation.

      • 괄루근의 Glycosidase들에 대한 연구

        Several glycosidase activities, α-galactosidase, β-galactosidase and β-fucosidase and their isozymes were founded in Trichosantes kirilowii root, Trichosantes radix. The activities of α-glucosidase, β-glucosidase and α-fucosidase were also assayed but were not detected. Those glycosidases were isolated and partial purified glycosidases by acid-treated Sepharose-6B, anion exchange Mono-Q HPLC, DEAE-Sephacel, butyl-toyopearl hydrophobic column chromatographies. However, these glycosidases need to be purified more homogeneous and characterized.

        Fullerene의 유전독성을 평가하기 위하여 Chinese hamster유래의 난소유아세포(CHO-K1 cell)를 이용하여 직접법(-S9)과 대사활성화법(+S9 mix)의 염색체이상시험을 실시하였다. 시험물질은 1% CMC 나트륨염의 현탁액(l% CMC 용액)에 희석하여 조제하였다. 대사활성화를 시키지 않은 직접법의 염색체이상시험에서 24시간 투여군은 8단계의 농도(0.078, 0.156, 0.313, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10mM)로 투여하여 실시하였다. 투여 농도 증가에 따른 염색체이상의 빈도가 증가하는 양상이 나타나지 않았다. 48시간의 투여군에서는 8단계의 농도(0.078, 0.156, 0.313, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10mM)로 투여하여 실시하였는데 투여 농도 증가에 따른 염색체이상의 빈도가 증가하는 양상이 나타나지 않았다. 배수체의 염색체이상은 직접법에서 관찰되지 않았다. 대사활성화법을 이용하여 6시간 시험물질을 투여한 시험에 있어서는 8단계의 용량단계 (0.078, 0.156, 0.313, 0.625, 1.25, 2.5, 5, 10mM)를 설정하였는데 투여 농도가 증가함에 따른 염색체이상빈도의 증가양상이 관찰되지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합할 때 본 시험물질은 본 시험 조건하에서 CHO-K1세포에서 대사활성화를 시켰을 때 염색체 이상을 유발하지 않는 것으로 판단된다.

        Ultraviolet Light Sensor Based on an Azobenzene-polymer-capped Optical-fiber End

        We propose a simple ultraviolet (UV) sensor consisting of a conventional single-mode optical fiber capped with an azobenzene-moiety-containing polymer. The UV light changes the dimensions of the azobenzene polymer, as well as the refractive index of the material. Incident light with a wavelength of 1550 nm was reflected at the fiber/polymer and polymer/air interfaces, and interference of the reflected beams resulted in spectral interference that shifted the wavelength by 0.78 nm at a UV input power of 2.5 mW/cm². The UV sensor’s response to wavelength is nonlinear and stable. The response speed of the sensor is limited by detection noise, which can be improved by modifying the insertion loss of the UV sensor and the signal-to-noise ratio of the detection system. The proposed compact UV sensor is easy to fabricate, is not susceptible to electromagnetic interference, and only reacts to UV light.

        Evaluation of Clubroot Resistance in Chinese Cabbage and Its Inheritance in the European Turnip Line 'IT033820', a New Genetic Resource

        Clubroot caused by the protist Plasmodiophora brassicae is one of the most destructive diseases of Brassica crops. Developing Chinese cabbage cultivars with durable clubroot resistance (CR) is an important goal of breeding programs, which will require new genetic resources to be identified and introduced. In this study, we evaluated resistance to P. brassicae race 4 using 26 Chinese cabbage (B. rapa ssp. pekinensis ) cultivars compared to the clubroot-susceptible Chinese cabbage inbred line 'BP079' and the clubroot-resistant European turnip (B. rapa ssp. rapifera ) inbred line 'IT033820'. No symptoms of clubroot disease were found in 'IT033820' infected with P. brassicae race 4, whereas the Chinese cabbage cultivars exhibited disease symptoms to various degrees. The Chinese cabbage cultivars that were reported to be clubroot-susceptible were susceptible to P. brassicae race 4; however, seven of the 20 cultivars reported to be clubroot-resistant were susceptible to this race of P. brassicae to varying degrees. Resting spores of P. brassicae were abundant within the infected root tissues of 'BP079', as revealed by light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), but they were not detected in root tissues of 'IT033820'. Although resting spores were not detected by light microscopy in root tissues of the clubroot-resistant Chinese cabbage cultivar 'Kigokoro 75', a few spores were observed by SEM. The $F_1$ hybrids from a cross between 'IT033820' and 'BP079' showed no disease symptoms, and all $BC_1P_1$ progenies from a cross between the $F_1$ hybrid and 'IT033820' exhibited a resistance phenotype. In the $BC_1P_2$ population from a cross between the $F_1$ hybrid and 'BP079', this trait segregated at a ratio of 3(R):1(S) (${\chi}^2=1.333$, p = 0.248) at a 5% significance level. Inoculated $BC_1P_2$ plants were either highly resistant or highly susceptible to the pathogen, indicating that the CR to race 4 of P. brassicae carried by 'IT033820' is dominant. In the $F_2$ population, this trait segregated at a ratio of 15(R):1(S) (${\chi}^2=0.152$, p = 0.696) at a 5% significance level, suggesting that CR in 'IT033820' is mainly controlled by two dominant genes. Therefore, 'IT033820' represents a promising genetic resource for developing durable CR breeding lines in Chinese cabbage.

        Determinants of Regional Subjective Health Levels and Health Inequalities - Focus on Chungbuk Province -

        본 연구는 지역주민의 건강수준과 건강불평등을 기초지자체 단위에서 측정하고 이의 결정요인을 분석하였다. ‘지역사회건강조사’자료를 통해 주관적 건강상태를 나타내는 지표로 사용되는 EQ-5D 를 산출하고 지니계수 등을 통해 건강불평등을 측정한다. t-검정, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석, 상관계수 등을 활용하여 지역건강 및 건강불평등 결정요인을 분석하였다. 지수는 남성이 여성보다 높게 나타 났으며 연령대가 젊고 고소득층일수록 높게 나타났다. 저학력보다는 고학력에서, 배우자가 없는 경 우보다는 있는 경우가 주관적 건강수준이 높게 나타났다. 도시가 건강지수가 높았으나 제조업 중심 의 군지역이 도농복합도시보다 주관적 건강지수가 높아 산업구조가 중요한 역할을 함을 알 수 있다. 소득이 높은 지역에서 건강지수와 건강형평성이 높게 나타났다. 주관적인 건강수준이 높은 지역에서 건강형평성도 높게 나타났으며 지니계수로 나타낸 소득형평성은 소득수준과 음의 상관관계를 보였다. This study aims to measure the health level and health inequality of local residents at the basic local level and analyze their determinants. EQ-5D, which is used as an indicator of subjective health status, is calculated through the “Local Social Health Survey” data and measures health inequality through the Gini coefficient. Analysis of local health and health inequity determinants using t-tst, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficients. The index showed that men were higher than women, while younger and higher-income people were higher. In higher education than in lower education, subjective health levels were higher in some cases than without spouses. Although the city had a high health index, it can be seen that the industrial structure also plays an important role as the manufacturing-oriented area has a higher subjective health index than the urban and rural complex cities. Health index and health equity were high in areas with high incomes. Health equity was also high in areas with high subjective health levels, and income equity expressed by the Gini coefficient showed negative correlation with income levels.

        A novel mutation of CLCNKB in a Korean patient of mixed phenotype of Bartter-Gitelman syndrome

        Bartter syndrome (BS) is an inherited renal tubular disorder characterized by low or normal blood pressure, hypokalemic metabolic alkalosis, and hyperreninemic hyperaldosteronism. Type III BS is caused by loss-of-function mutations in CLCNKB encoding basolateral ClC-Kb. The clinical phenotype of patients with CLCNKB mutations has been known to be highly variable, and cases that are difficult to categorize as type III BS or other hereditary tubulopathies, such as Gitelman syndrome, have been rarely reported. We report a case of a 10-year-old Korean boy with atypical clinical findings caused by a novel CLCNKB mutation. The boy showed intermittent muscle cramps with laboratory findings of hypokalemia, severe hypomagnesemia, and nephrocalcinosis. These findings were not fully compatible with those observed in cases of BS or Gitelman syndrome. The CLCNKB mutation analysis revealed a heterozygous c.139G>A transition in exon 13 [p.Gly(GGG)465Glu(GAG)]. This change is not a known mutation; however, the clinical findings and in silico prediction results indicated that it is the underlying cause of his presentation.

        Management System for School Safety Education: Current Status and Improvement Issues

        본 연구의 목적은 학교안전교육의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 학교안 전교육에 대한 법률은 주로 공간적 의미에서 ‘사고의 대처 및 보상’이 주된 내용 이며, 광역교육청은 안전교육담당 부서가 따로 있는 것에 비해 기초지자체의 교육지원청은 업무별로 여러 부서에서 담 당하고 있다. 충북을 중심으로 살펴 본 실태조사에서 초등학교는 ‘학교안전책임관’이 담임과 겸직한 경우와 전담 비율이 비슷하며, 상급학교로 갈수록 전담 비중이 크게 나타났다. 안전담당 교원을 별도 로 배정한 학교는 중학교가 가장 많고, 초등학교가 가장 적었다. 학교안전의 담당부서는 주로 생활⋅ 인성부가 담당하고 있으며, ‘학교안전책임관’의 담당과목은 중학교는 사회, 체육, 고교는 영어, 수학, 국어 등이 많았다. 이를 바탕으로 학교안전교육의 발전을 위해 법률적 정비, 거버넌스 구축, 전문성 함양 및 역량강화, 통계 정비 및 DB구축, 관련기관 협의체 구축 등을 개선과제로 제안하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status and problems of school safety education in Korea and propose various improvement issues. The legal content of school safety education was mainly concerned with the handling and compensation of accidents. School safety education had only quantitative standards without any qualitative evaluations. Middle and high schools had a higher percentage of non-homeroom teachers than elementary schools. Many middle schools set aside “school safety teachers”, but few elementary schools had them. Based on these analyses, the study suggested various improvement issues such as legal maintenance, governance establishment, expertise reinforcement, statistical DB building, and a consultative body for related agencies for the development of school safety education.

        Determinants of Imports of Petroleum-based Refinery Goods in South Korea: Network Structure and the Heckscher-Ohlin Theory

        Theoretically, the larger the network a petroleum refinery has, the more conveniently importers are connected to a few exporters. This paper applies network structure to estimate the imports of petroleum-based refinery goods of South Korea using a dataset from 1980 to 2003. Using the H-O model, we found that the network variable is interactive. Although the international trade of petroleum refinery goods by South Korea was not largely explained by the differences in the ratio of countries’ resources, the network structure of these goods rendered H-O theory statistically significant. In addition, the network index had the strongest effects on imports. The decreasing network index implies that petroleum products become normal goods that can be produced in many countries.
