      • 摩擦壓接된 SUH 3 - SUS 303鋼의 크리이프 强度 및 Fractography에 대한 硏究

        The effects of aging treatment on the creep strength and fractography of domestic SUH3-SUS303 friction welded steel were studied on and the relation ship between strength and structure in the SUH3-SUS303 friction welded steel was examined. The creep test specimens were 0hr, 10hr, 100hr aging treated ones(at 700℃) after the solution treatment of Keeping 1060℃ for 1hr in siliconit muffle furnace and then quenching in water of constant temperature 14℃ Main result obtained were as follows: 1) In the case of 10hr aging specimens, the creep strength was highest a mong all. 2) According to each aging time, the equations between stresses and creep rate were determined as follows. 0=1.4163×10??(σ)?? 10=4.2304×10??(σ)?? 100=2.2033×10??(σ)?? 3) the creep fracture appearance consists of equi-axed dimple and elongatad dimple type rupture. The types of fracture observed by scanning electronic microscope were grain boundary ductile fracture.

        Technetium 99 M을 이용한 뇌주사의 임상분석

        Technetium 99 M pertechnetate has become a valuable material for the radioisotopic brain scan. This was introduced by Haper in 1963 and is now widely used in the medical field. The advantages are easy administeration, high count rate with potential for high speed scanning, absence of beta radiation and decreasing time for test. We used Siemens Scintimat 2 Scanner with a 3x2 inch Na(T1) crystal and 151-hole collimator in our study. 10 mci of Technetium 99 M was injected intravenously and obtained both lateral, anterior and posterior view in 80 cases of brain lesion from Mar. 75 to Sept. 76. The scans were classified as positive, negative and suspicious. The overall detection rate in '40 cases of brain tumors was 60%, especially high uptake in mengioma, malignant pituitary tumor, astrocytoma, metastatic brain tumor and acoustic neuroma. But in nontumorous diseases of the brain including CVA, head injury and hydrocephalus the uptake rate was a little value.

        두 가지 복합 이상원인 영향이 있는 공정에 대한 VSS$\bar{x}$관리도의 경제적 설계

        In statistical process control applications, variable sample size (VSS) $\bar{X}$ chart is often used to detect the assignable cause quickly. However, it is usually assumed that only one assignable cause results in the out-of-control in the process. In this paper, we propose the algorithm to minimize the function of cost per unit time and compare the economic design and the statistical design by use of the value of cost per unit time. We consider double assignable causes to occur with compound in the process and adopt the Markov chain approach to investigate the statistical properties of VSS $\bar{X}$ chart. A procedure that can calculate the control chart's parameters is proposed by the economic design.

        Von Recklinghausen씨 병에 병발한 악성 신경초종 : Case Report

        Malignant peripheral nerve tumors are very rare and derived from the neurofibromatosis in about 13%. There are two classes of malignant tumors in the peripheral nerves, one those of mesoblastic origin, is far most common and made up of malignant neurofibroma and much common fibrosarcoma, and metastasis in 20% of fibrosarcoma, and the other is neuroepithelial origin. These are characterized by increased cellularity, atypical from of cells, mitoses and invasiveness. The choice treatment is radical removal of the tumor, and not affected the prognosis by radiation or chemotherapy. We have been recently experienced of one case of malignant schwannoma on the cervical roots in a case of von Recklinhausen's disease.

        소뇌교각에 발생된 원발성 황문근육종 1예

        The primary rhabdomyosarcoma of the brain is very rare. There are only 14 cases reported in the literatures till 1975, and the majority of them were arised in the cerebellum. The intracranial rhabdomyosarcomas may be originated from the multipotent mesenchymal cells of aberren?? muscle tissue in the leptomeninges. The histological 3 types are adult pleomorphic, alveolar and embryonal type. The demonstration of cross-striation is confirmed for diagnosis of this tumor. All of these tumors tend to have a short clinical course, but the survival time seems to be slightly improved by surgical excision followed by radiotherapy. We have recently experienced one case of primary rhabdomyosarcoma in the left cerebello-pontine angle of 9 year-old girl, which was confirmed by operation and complete autopsy.

        Development of a rotary clap mechanism for positive-displacement rotary pumps: Kinematic analysis and working principle

        A five-bar spatial mechanism named as a rotary clap mechanism is developed as a pumping device for positive displacement rotarypumps. The mechanism comprises a driving crank, a shaft link with two pins and two gears mounted on the middle and both ends, tworotors with jaws equally spaced along their circumferences, and two fixed internal gears. As the crank rotates, the gear pin-jointed to thecrank rotates about the crank pin and at the same time rotates about the center of the fixed internal gears like a hypo-cyclic gear train. Thegear-attached shaft link also rotates about the crank pin and about the fixed internal gears at the same time. This motion of the shaft linkmakes the pins rotate about the center of the fixed internal gears with a periodically varying radius. Therefore, two rotors driven by thepins rotate with different angular velocities. One rotor alternately leads and lags relative to the other rotor. These lead–lag motions betweenthe two jaws of the rotors, which result in suction and discharge required for pumping, resemble hand clapping from which themechanism was named. Construction and design parameters of the rotary clap mechanism are introduced, and kinematic analysis of thismechanism is performed. The relationships among design parameters, inherent constraints, and effects of design parameters on the displacementof mechanism are also presented.

        道德的 自我의 '自己決定性'과 '相互主觀性' 間의 緊張과 人間敎育의 課題

        We are focusing on the current debates between self-detdrmination and intersubjectivity of moral delf. The formal is inclined to enccourage to judge and choose things 'for themselves' distancing the situation. The latter is inclined to believe that the self is 'embedded' or 'situated' in existing social pratices. Liberals argue that any particular way of life restricts peopl's self-determination. Country to liberals, communitarians argue that liberal unencumbered self is 'empty'. We have to get rightly through over the uncompletedness of liberal self and the rightity of communtarian self. After summing up briefly the emergence and development of self, we will think out the thick tension between the 'self-determination' and 'intersubjectivity' of moral self. We are to hold the open-texturedness of conflicting concepts of both selves. The most profound problem through the debates between self-determination and intersubjetivity of moral self, that education poses for any pluralistic society with democratic aspirations is how to reconcile individual freedom and civic virtue. Children should be educated to balance both individual freedom and civic virtue.

        In order to increase the tool life time, this experiment was performed on unlubricated (STC3-SM45Cj) and lubricated(STD11-SM45C, STD11-STS304) friction, The following conclusions were obtained. 1) The situation of lowest wear was recognized in the final load 6.3Kg and sliding friction speed 1.980 m/sec (STC3-SM45C) 2) The situation of lowest was recognized in the final load 3.2Kg and sliding friction speed 0.251 m/sec (STD11-SM45C) 3) The situtation of lowest wear recognized in final load 3.2Kg and sliding friction speed 0.065 m/sec (STD11-STS304)
