Centering on KTX stations, Korea is implementing specialized development of metropolitan business zones nationwide and is in the process of building the transfer link system of transportation in order to actualize intermodalism nationwide. Daejeon station, hub of high-speed railway requires the effective transportation transfer system considering Daejeon station area reorganization plan and opening of second phase high-speed railway. Based on the analysis of the possibility and validity of building a transit center under the Transportation System Efficiency Act, it is necessary to make a mutual benefit in a regional development by installing the resonable transfer system between railway and other transportation services. Through analysis of current situations and technical, economic and environmental feasibility evaluation, design plan of effective transportation transfer system in Daejeon station is proposed.

대중교통수단간 연계 및 환승이 불편할 경우 이용자는 줄어들고 도시교통은 날로 복잡해져서 도시문제로 발전하게 된다. 특히, 정부의 저탄소 녹색성장 발전전략과 더불어 철도중심의 연계환승체계 구축은 피할 수 없는 선택이다. 무엇보다, 고속철도중심의 지역발전과 타 교통수단간의 연계환승체계는 불가분의 관계가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 용산역 중심의 연계환승체계 구축을 위한 연구로서 기존의 고속철도 및 일반노선과 계획중인 노선과의 합리적인 연계환승체계 구축을 모색하고자 한다. If the link & transfer system of public transportation is not convenient, users will be decreased and urban transport system also will be congested and which causes to an urban traffic problems. Especially, with the low carbon green growth strategy, It's an inevitable choice to develop a link & transfer system. First of all, high speed train centered local development and link & transfer system are inseparable relation with other transports. In this study, focused on the construction of link & transfer system around Yong-san and searched after how to build an resonable link & transfer system between high speed train and conventional train.

고속선의 경우 선로유지관리기준 제158조에 따라 레일손상 등급별 관리기준을 제정하여 레일을 관리하도록 하고 있으며, 일반선의 경우 선로유지관리기준 제26조에 의거하여 레일 훼손 및 절손보고 기록 관리하도록 정의되고 레일균열에 대해 따로 정의하고 있지는 않다. 특히 일반선의 경우 레일균열에 대한 체계적인 분석 및 다양한 요인에 의거 발생하는 기록적 데이터가 없어 집중관리를 필요로 하는 구간이 지정되지 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 일반선의 주요선구 별로 레일결함 발생 현황을 분석하였다. In HSR(High Speed Railway), rails are maintained by the grade of damaged rail at the track maintenance and management code article 158. In conventional lines, the record of rail defects and rupture reports are maintained at the track maintenance and management code article 26. But, the cracked rail does not have a separate efinition. Especially, the section required intensive care is a reality that is not specified, because the systematic analysis for cracked rail and recorded data occurred by various factors dose not have. In this study, occurrences of rail defect were analysed by the major conventional lines.

철도는 자동차와는 달리 타 교통수단과의 연계체계가 이루어져야 하는 교통시스템이다. 특히, 타 교통수단간 연계체계는 이용자의 교통수단 선택으로도 작용하는데 목적지까지 갈 수 있는 대중교통수단이 많아도 연계시킬 수 있는 내외부의 환승체계가 이루어지지 않으면 이용자를 만족시킬 수 없게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 철도와 타 교통수단간 환승체계를 평가할 수 있는 국내외 철도역 중심의 환승패스 모형을 소개하고자 한다. 이는 산정된 모형을 통하여 환승패스별 만족도를 산출하여 국내외 환승체계를 분석?평가한 것으로 고객편의를 위한 연계수단별 접근형태를 고려할 수 있는 방안으로 적용이 가능하다. Railroad is the transportation system which has to connect with other transport methods. Especially, connection system with other transport methods has influence to the selection of users' transport methods, and even though there are many transport methods to one's destination, users can't satisfied with their systems without well-developed transfer system. This study will introduce railroad station oriented transfer path model which evaluates transfer system among railroad and other transport methods in Korea and other countries. This model is the analysis and estimation of transfer systems by satisfaction index of each transfer path, and this will be applied to the access ways considering connection methods for users' convenience.

KORAIL airport railroad is the largest private invested project and also the first private tried rail SOC, but which was acquisited into KORAIL on 30. Nov. 2009. Presently, airport train opened on 23. MAR. 2007 as the first phase(Inchon international airport - Kimpo airport, operation distance 37.6㎞), the 2nd phase(Kimpo airport - Seoul station, operation distacne 20.4㎞) is expected at the late this year. Railway bridges are divided into ballastless and ballast track bridges. The ballast abrasion occurs on the ballast track upon bridges more than soil roadbed because the track vibration occurs a lot in the ballast track upon bridges due to girder vibration when a train’s weight is loaded onto track even though the identical ballast is used. The phenomena of mud pumping especially, which occurs when drainage is not properly secured for heavy rain, leads to the increase of maintenance work load and the decline of ride comfort. There are countermeasures such as ballast change, installation of cross-drainage for poor drainage, gutter establishment, ballast lifting methods, ballast mats and resilient sleepers laying for the mud pumping. The ballast thickness range in domestic railroad construction rule is uniformly set up according to the design speed of railroad and passing tonnage of train without considering field conditions which is considered in foreign railroad companies. The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of vibration decrease by measuring the acceleration, displacement and ride comfort of ballast track with the change of ballast thickness on the ballast track bridges and to suggest the optimal height of ballast on the Yocheon Bridge built for the test in Honam Line.
