인터넷 시대의 디지털도서관 구축.운영과 관련한 저작권 문제

본 논문은 도서관 소장자료의 서지정보와 저작권이 있는 저작물, 사실정보, 인명정보의 디지털화와 관련한 저작권 문제를 검토하였다. 인터넷 상의 저작물 자체의 이용과 링크에 의한 저작물 이용과 관련한 문제점을 분석하였으며, 구축된 데이터베이스의 관내에서의 이용자 서비스와 관외의 이용자 요구에 응한 저작물 전송서비스와 관련된 법적 문제점도 조사하였다. 끝으로 현 상황 하에서 디지털도서관을 구현하기 위한 저작권 대책의 기본 방향을 제시하였다. This study examined issues of copyright relating to digitization of bibliographic data, copyrighted works, factual data, and manpower's data that the library have. It analyzed issues of copyright relating to the use of digital works and linking. Also It investigated legal issues related information service for user in the library and digital transmission service on need of user out of the library. Finally. this paper proposed basic task for solving issues of copyright in the context of digital libraries.

学習者はピア活動をどう考えているか ―ピア活動に対する状況の定義と動機・目的―

本研究の目的は、学習者の視点からピア活動を調べることによって、ピア活動やそこで行われる学習の本質を明らかにすることである。そのために以下の2つの課題を設定した:課題①学習者は、ピア活動における状況をどのように解釈しているか、課題②学習者はどうような動機・目的を持ってピア活動を行っているか。学習者本人の主観的な声を聞くために、インタビュー方式でデータを収集した。分析の結果、以下の3点が明らかになった。①ピア活動を否定的に捉える学習者が存在する。②ピア活動を肯定的に捉えていても、協働学習という動機・目的からピア活動を行っている学習者は極少ない。③学習者がピア活動を否定的捉える原因の一つは、相手を自分の学習を妨害する存在として解釈しているためである。相手の学習者が「学習の仲間」になるか「学習の妨害者」なるかは、相手と一緒に話し合いながら問題を解決することが可能であるかどうかによる。

도서관에서의 디지털콘텐츠 법적 보호에 관한 연구

The research investigated definition, scope and feature of digital contents in order to discuss legal protection of digital contents. The protection law and current trend of protection of digital contents in United States of America, EU and Japan were examined. As the law which protects digital contents in Korea. the contents and characteristics, etc. of copyright act of Korea and online digital contents industry development act were examined and analyzed. And then relationship of digital contents and copyright, namely, the relationship of database and copyright, relationship of digital contents by translation. arrangement, alteration, dramatization, cinematization, etc. of an original work and copyright; relationship of other digital contents and copyright; relationship of file sharing of digital contents and copyright, were examined and copyright issues were discussed in library. And also the research suggested concretely necessary countermeasure of copyright which the library must take. Finally, this paper suggested the improvement direction for legal protection of digital contents we must aim ultimately.

유비쿼터스 시대의 한국 공공도서관의 RFID 시스템과 모바일 서비스 활성화 연구

유비쿼터스 개념은 이미 우리나라 공공도서관에 적용되고 있고, 유비쿼터스 기술은 RFID 시스템과 모바일 서비스에 집중되어 있다. 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞이하여 우리나라 공공도서관 중 RFID 시스템이 구축된 15개 공공도서관의 관리자 집단과 RFID 시스템을 이용한 경험이 있는 259명의 이용자 진단을 대상으로 그 구축 및 운영, 시스템의 효율성, 이용의 만족도 기술적 윤리적 문제 등을 설문 분석하였다. 이와 함께 모바일 서비스를 제공하고 있는 20개 공공도서관을 대상으로 그 구축 현황과 운영상의 문제점 등을 설문 분석하였다. 그 분석 결과를 토대로 하여, 본 연구는 우리나라 공공도서관에서의 RFID 시스템과 모바일 서비스의 활성화 방안을 구체적으로 제시하였다. The concept of ubiquitous is being applied already in Korean public libraries, and ubiquitous technologies are becoming intensively in RFID system and mobile service. This research is a survey study to analyze RFID system and mobile service in Korean public libraries which sees ubiquitous age. The RFID system investigation executed manager group of 15 public libraries where the RFID system is constructed and the 259 person user groups which are the experience which uses the RFID system. It analyzed the construction and management, the percieved system benefits, the use satisfaction, and the technical and ethical problems of the RFID system. And mobile service investigation executed 20 public libraries which provide a mobile service. It analyzed the current condition of construction and the problems on management of the mobile service. At the analysis result, the study suggested the concrete plan to activate the RFID system and mobile service in Korean public libraries.

네트워크 환경에서의 디지털복제와 공정사용 법리 적용의 문제점

정보기술의 혁신과 네트워킹 기술의 발달에 따라 디지털복제, 디지털전송이 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 그러나 아날로그환경에서와 마찬가지로 디지털환경에서도 공공의 이익과 문화발전을 위하여 저작권을 제한하는 것은 불가피하다. 본 연구는 첫째, 공정사용을 위한 저작권 제한의 국제적인 동향과 미국 일본 등의 입법례를 살펴보았다. 둘째, 최근 국제적으로 쟁점이 되고 있는 RAM 저장과 화면현시와 관련된 디지털복제의 문제를 검토하였다. 셋째. 네트워크환경에서의 사적 복제, 도서관 등에서의 복제, 학교교육목적의 복제에 관련하여 공정사용 법리를 적용할 시 제기되는 문제점을 구체적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 아날로그환경을 염두에 두고 제정된 저작권 제한의 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서는 저작권법이 개정되어야 함이 드러났다. 끝으로 본 연구는 디지털 사적 복제를 통제하기 위한 제도적 장치로서 '저작권집중관리제로 의 활성화 방안과 '사적복제보상금제도' 의 방안을 제시하였다 The digital copying and digital transmission are rapidily Increasing with the innovation of information technology and the development of networking technology. But It Is Inevitable to limit copyright for the public benefit and cultural development In the digital environment in like manner with the analog environment. First, this study examinated the international trends and legulations relating to the copyright limitations In the U.S. and Japan for the fair use. Second, it dealed with the problems of the digital copying relating to the temporary storage In RAM and screen display that are recently becoming international issues. Third, it concretely explored and analyzed the problems according to the application of the fall use of the private copying, the library copying, and the copying for the purpose of school education in the network environment. In conclusion, to solve these problems that Is occurred from legulations In the analog environment Is needed the revision of the existing copyright law in Korea. Finally, this study suggested 'the copyright collecive management system' and 'the private copying levy system' as the systemic devices to control the digital private copying.

日本語文型学習のピア ・ラーニングにおける学習者同士の学びあい -インターアクションにおける相互性に注目して-

授業にピア・ラーニングを導入する教師の立場からは、果たして学習者同士でどのように学び合いが起るか、いったいどんな問題が生じるかなど、様々な心配や憂いを抱くことになる。ピア・ラーニングにおいて学習者の間に何が起こっているかを理解することは、学習者同士の学び合いとその学習効果を理解する上で重要な役割を果たすと考えられる。 本稿の目的は、ピア・ラーニングにおける学習者同士の学びあいの性格や特徴を明らかにすることである。ある問題を解決するために行われるインターアクションの過程で、学習者は互いに相手の解決にどのように関わっているか、その相互性の様子を量的・質的両面から分析する。分析対象は実際の日本語授業で行われるピア・ラーニングである。 分析の結果、グループによってインターアクションにおける相互性の度合いが異なること、学習者同士が活発に協力しあいながらタスクを遂行するグループは全体の半分に至らないということが分かった。また、問題が解決されるまで学習者同士が緊密に協力しあう質の高い相互性と、問題を解決していく過程の中で相互性が崩れて学習者同士の協力あるいは解決自体がうやむやに終るといった質の低い相互性が存在することが分かった。グループの相互性が高い場合は質の高い相互性が多く、グループの相互性が中間程度か低い場合は質の低い相互性が多かった。

정신과 간호사의 폭력경험과 직무만족도의 관계에서 회복탄력성과 동료지지의 조절효과

This study aimed to investigate the moderating effects of resilience and support of coworkers on the relationship between violence experience and job satisfaction of psychiatric nurses. Data from 152 psychiatric nurses working in six psychiatric hospitals and one university hospital mental ward in Busan and Gyeongnam were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, verbal violence, physical threats, or physical violence were the most frequently experienced by nurses. Second, violence experience was more common in 20-something nurses than 40-something nurses. Third, nurses with less than 5 years of experience were more likely to experience physical violence than nurses with more than 10 years of experience. Fourth, the moderating effect was not significant for resilience but significant for co-worker support. Therefore, medical institutions should develop and implement a co-worker support program as a strategy to improve job satisfaction among psychiatric nurses who have experienced violence.
