        손목터널증후군에 사용된 침 치료 보고의 질 평가

        Objectives : The aim of this study is to analyze the details of acupuncture treatment methods and the reporting quality of acupuncture on Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS). Methods : Search was conducted in Pubmed, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library for acupuncture studies on CTS. The reporting quality of acupuncture treatment was assessed using the following guidelines: Standards for Reporting Interventions in Clinical Trials of Acupuncture (STRICTA) for analyzing the method of acupuncture treatment, Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials (CONSORT) for analyzing study design and study process, and Risk of Bias (ROB) for analyzing bias. The number of reported items was calculated and evaluated as a proportion. The reported proportion of each study was classified into three grades: Grade A (% score ≥75), Grade B (50≤ % score <75), and Grade C (% score <50). Results : A total of 9 Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) were included in this study. All trials reported 12 items (66.67%) on average in STRICTA guidelines. Five studies were conducted with manual acupuncture and 3 studies were conducted with electroacupuncture. PC7 (Daereung) was most frequently used to treat CTS. In STRICTA guideline evaluation, 3 studies were classified as Grade A, 5 studies were classified as Grade B, and 1 study was classified as Grade C. In the CONSORT statement assessment, all trials reported an average of 20.56 items. Of the 9 RCTs, 6 studies were classified as Grade B and 3 studies were classified as Grade C. In ROB assessment, most studies showed a low (63.49%) or unclear (26.98%) risk of bias. The selective reporting bias and the incomplete outcome data bias were found to have the lowest risk of bias, and the allocation concealment of selection bias was found to have the most unclear risk of bias. Conclusions : Recent acupuncture studies on CTS showed moderate reporting quality. However, more detailed reports on acupuncture are still needed to establish more solid evidence of acupuncture treatment. .

      • 멀티태스킹 상황에서의 멀티모달 음악 인터페이스 제안

        본 연구에서는 멀티태스킹 상황에서 사용이 용이한 새로운 멀티모달 음악 인터페이스를 제안한다. 해당 인터페이스를 검증하기 위해 새로운 인터페이스의 프로토타입을 제작하고, 음악 비전문가 집단을 대상으로 관찰 조사 및 반구조화 인터뷰로 구성된 실험을 실시하였다. 실험 결과 사용자들은 새로운 음악 작곡 인터페이스를 엔터테인먼트적 측면 및 사용성 측면에서 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 본 인터페이스는 추후 도보 이동 등의 멀티태스킹 상황에서 효과적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        온라인쇼핑웹사이트의 제품군 설계와 최적변동수수료의 활용

        This study identifies several crucial managerial variables and their relationships with theoretical backgrounds concerning how to design product groups that are supposed to apply the same referral fee schedule by an online shopping website. In doing so, we extend the previous research results that revealed the optimal referral fee schedule maximizing the profits of both an online shopping website and its suppliers through the entire supply chain. We propose that an online shopping website should design its product groups based on each product’s marginal cost ratio, which includes all the marginal costs of the entire supply chain rather than the similarities of each product. We also analyze the mechanism whose role is to describe how the characteristics of the marginal cost ratio influence the retail price of each product. Additionally, the mechanism helps us understand which is better in setting each product’s retail price. A series of numerical experiments clarify all related theoretical results. One of the most crucial findings is that our results become more important and sensitive for certain supply chains whose marginal cost ratios tend to be relatively small, which tends to be the one we investigate. This is because it is highly possible for an online shopping website to observe its relatively low marginal cost compared with its supplier’s and to produce a small marginal cost ratio. 공급업체들과 온라인쇼핑웹사이트로 이루어진 공급사슬에 대하여 전체공급사슬의 이익을 최대화하는 최적수수료율을 구한기존의 연구결과를 확장하기 위하여, 온라인쇼핑웹사이트가 변동수수료율을 차별적으로 적용하고자 하는 제품군을 설계할때 고려하여야 할, 주요한 경영변수들의 관계와 이론적인 측면에서의 원칙들을 규명하였다. 즉 온라인쇼핑웹사이트는 차별적인 수수료율을 적용하고자 하는 각 제품군을 구성할 때, 각 제품군에 소속되는 제품의 종류와 특성을 위주로 하는 기존의 직관적인 제품군 설계방식보다는, 제품들의 한계비용들로 구성되는 특정비율의 값의 크기를 중심으로 제품군을 설계하는 것이 보다 합리적이라는 것을 논증하였다. 아울러 각 제품군을 이루는 제품들의 해당비율의 특성에 따라 공급사슬전체의 시각에서 보다 유리해지는 소매가격 결정의 주체 그리고 이와 연동되는 최적소매가격의 변화는 어떻게 구현되는지등을 유추하고, 수치실험을 통하여 구체적인 변화양상을 확인하여 보았다. 또한 온라인쇼핑웹사이트의 경우 비즈니스의특성상 취급하는 각 제품들의 해당비율들의 값이 상대적으로 작을 개연성이 크며, 이러한 경영환경에서는 본 연구에서 규명한 사실들이 거래과정에서 보다 첨예하고 중요하게 부각될 수 있다는 점을 밝혔다.

        온라인 쇼핑 웹사이트에서 판매수수료와 제품가격을 어떻게 그리고 누가 결정하는 것이 좋을까?

        It is common that the online shopping websites usually maintain a different retail pricing scheme for products they sell from their suppliers, because the online shopping websites and their suppliers have different incentives each other for their retail pricing mechanism which is based on the seller fee schedules between them. This research figures out some important facts which are able to help in understanding the reasons for the matter and finding resolutions for such a conflict as follows. First, all players in the supply-chain should coordinate to maximize their total profit through the whole supply-chain applying one of the two optimal referral fee schedules which are mutually exclusive each other depending on their transactional environment. Those referral fee schedules appear to be dependent on some ratios which consist of the weighted averages of each player’s marginal costs. We suggest the explicit and closed form solutions of such ratios applying the first order condition to their profit function confirming the optimality of them. Second, we explain the reason why it is rational for a player whose marginal costs are higher than the other’s to steer the retail pricing scheme for their products to maximize the total profit through their whole supply-chain. Therefore it is reasonable for the suppliers to set their retail prices of their products if their marginal costs are higher than their online shopping website’s, which happens to be common in the real world. On the contrary, if the marginal costs of the suppliers are lower than their online shopping website’s, then the online shopping websites should determine the retail prices of the products following their own incentive scheme. Also we confirm that one of the results by the past research with only two competing products still holds true in more generalized multiple product cases. The result insists that profit realization for each player in the supply-chain needs to adopt a two-part tariff scheme adjusting their account fee schedules to reflect their bargaining powers between them. Finally, it is possible to maximize the profit through their whole supply-chain only if the online shopping website constructs its product groups which are supposed to apply the same referral fee schedule, applying the criterion of marginal cost ratio similarity rather than its product similarity.
