Co(3) / Co(2) 계에 의한 에틸렌글리콜의 전기화학적 매개산화

Co(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅱ)계에서 에틸렌 글리콜의 전기화학적 매개 산화에 관한 실험을 하였다. 그 결과, 전류밀도 0.33 A/㎠에서는 매개전해 산화 시작 90 min 경과후 제거효율이 20% 미만이었으나 그 이상 전해시간에서는 제거효율이 급격히 증가하여 240 min 후 제거효율은 후 100%이었고 0.50 및 0.67A/㎠에서 180 min 전해반응 후 제거효율은 100%이었다. 지지전해질로 사용한 질산용액 농도가 4.8, 8.0 M이었을 때 0.50 A/d㎡ 전류밀도로 전해시작 90 min까지 제거효율이 20% 미만이었으나 그 후로 급격히 증가하여 180, 210 min 에서 제거효율은 100%이었다. 전류밀도가 0.50 및 0.67 A/㎠ 에서 8.0 M 지지 전해질에서 180 min간 매개 전해 산화하였을 때 백금과 티탄-이리듐 전극에서의 에틸렌 글리콜 제거효율은 100과 84.5%이었다. 에틸렌 글리콜을 매개전해 산화할 경우 Co(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅱ) 산화환원계의 산화력이 Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ) 산화환원계를 사용하였을 경우보다 우수하였다. We carried out the experiment on the ethylene glycol (EG) oxidation by a mediated electrochemacal oxidation (MEO) process in Co(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅱ) redox system. EG removal eddiciency was 20% after applying current density of 0.33 A/㎠ for 90 min of MEO process; however, it reached 100% if the electrolysis continued for 240 min. The removal efficiency also reached 100% when the applied current densities were 0.50 and 0.67 A/㎠ for 180 min of MEO process. In the supporting electrolytes of 4.0 and 8.0 M nitric acid with 0.50 A/㎠, EG removal efficiency was 20% with 90 min of MEO process, however, the efficiency was 100% for both 180 and 210 min duration of MEO process, respectively. In the 8.0M supporting electrolyte and 180 min of MEO process, EG removal efficiency was 100 and 84.5% for the platinum and titan-iridium(Ti-Ir) electrodes, respectively. For EG oxidation by MEO process, Co(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅱ) redox system has shown to be better than Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ) redox system.

This study is an improvement effect with varying the factors, such as ultrasonic irradition time, sludge depth and ultrasonic intensity. The calculated result about the moisture content rate and the specific resistant coefficient, based on the outcome of the dewatering test by BFT, can be summarized as follows : 1. The specific resistant coefficient of the paper mill sludge was 4.34×10¹²m/㎏ at ultrasonic intensity of 0 watt/㎡ and ultrasonic irradiation time of 6 minutes. And also, the balue of a slope "a" was 0.024 and the moisture content rate of sludge was about 72% on condition that the depth o sludge was 60㎝. 2. In case that the dosing concentration of ultrasonic+a congulant was 100㎎/l, the moisture content rate of dewatered sludge was about 58%.

The aim of this study was investigated with the behavior of parathion adsorption and degradation efficiency of parathion in various samples loaded with earthworm casting. Adsorption capacity of parathion in loam soil was better than clay loam. Degradation of parathion was 70 percent in loam and clay loam soil to time but samples was loaded 5% casting, L0C5 and CLC5 had shown 90 percent degradation. We found that parathion was leachers pesticide as groundwater ubiquity score (GUS) was more than 4.0.
