For existing Multi-body dynamic vehicle model, it is possible to represent the kinematic mechanism and the compliance characteristics of the suspension system. However, since detailed properties data is required, it is not suitable to assess competition vehicles and appears to inefficiencies in the real-time analysis due to a large degree of freedom. Therefore, in this study, it is possible to accurately include the kinematics and force characteristics of the suspension system. Having the degree of freedom of Parameter model is intended to develop a real-time vehicle dynamics model. To compensate for the calculation time, vehicle dynamics FSM assumes no mass in the suspension link and it was developed by using the MATLAB for simulation in real time to enable. In addition, the handling is predicted by applying the model MF-Tire, and it may establish a process for further handling and stability analysis.
FSI 기법을 이용한 Self-Inflating Tire의 펌핑 튜브 형상 최적화

In this work, it studied the Self-Inflating Tire to prevent shortage/excessive tire pressure. Self-Inflating Tire is a technology that keeps the air pressure of the tire constant, which prevents accident risk and tire life reduction due to shortage/excessive air pressure. The shape optimization of the inner pumping tube of the tire was performed using ANSYS FSI(Fluid-Structure Interaction) technique. The tube optimization parameters were the outer diameter and thickness of the tube. The objective function was the inlet and outlet air pressure difference and outer diameter of the pumping tube. The optimization was performed using the central composite programming method, and a ANOVA table is used to verity the reliability of the regression model function estimated from the central composite table results. The shape optimization of the pumping tube was implemented from the verified ANOVA table.
