N/A With physico-chemical environmental factors such as temperature, DO, pH, conductivity and nutrients, size fractionated of phytoplankton standing crops and chlorophyll α concentrations(>8㎛, 3∼8㎛ and <3㎛) and their relationships were investigated at each station of Kyungan Stream and Togyo Reservoir from April to November in 1997. The two sampling sites showed different nutrient status: Kyungan Stream was eutrophic, while Togyo Reservoir was mesotrophic. Large sizes of phytoplankton and chl. α were higher in Kyungan Stream, opposite to those of Togyo Reservoir; Standing crops of phytoplankton(>8㎛) and chl. α(3∼8㎛) were high in Kyungan Stream, while phytoplankton(3∼8㎛) and chl. α(<3㎛) were abundant in Togyo Reservoir. These results imply that phytoplankton community in the highly eutrophicated water mainly comprised the large filamentous and/or colonial algae, such as Microcystis spp. and Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, which easily enriched by nutrients loading.

In order to understand the relationship between succession of phytoplankton community structure and inorganic nutrients and particulate organic matters, a one station in Kyungan stream in Korea during the dry season was chosen. Water samplings were carried out once a week from 18 August to 13 November 1993. The DIN concentration distributed always abundantly, however, phosphate and silicate gradually reduced during the period. Phytoplankton community had a peak chlorophyll a concentration of 90.6㎍/ℓ in late summer(21 August 1993) and a second peak of 29.7㎍/ℓ in autumn(2 October 1993). After then late autumn was characterized by relatively low chlorophyll a concentration of 15∼16㎍/ℓ. Seasonal fluctuation of chlorophyll a concentrations were correlated with measured POC and PON concentrations: phytoplankton blooming may be a major factor controlling POC and PON concentrations in this ecosystem. Phosphate plays an most important role as a limiting factor of phytoplankton growth. However, when Si/P ratio low, silicate may be a more critical limiting factor than phosphate. Shifts of P-limitation to Si-limitation the succession of dominant phytoplankton can in duce: diatom to cyanobacteria such as Anabaena, Microcytis and Oscillatoria.
북한강 수계 조류대발생 원인종 남조 Anabaena의 분자계통학적 검토

Between May and August 2012, a massive cyanobacterial bloom with Anabaena has been occurred throughout the North Han River. Sampling was conducted at one station on each lake, L. Uham, L. Cheongpyung, and L. Paldang, where occurred a dense bloom, in 13 July. According to the microscopic examination, the blooms was dominated by one specific filamentous cyanobacterium Anabaena and other phytoplankton. Morphologically, previous literature proven that this Anabaena species is A. crassa (Lemmermann) Komark.-Legn. & Cronberg. However, identification of species in a mixed population is complicated due to limited morphological differences. Therefore, with live sample including trichome, akinete and heterocyst, the sequences of 16S rRNA gene of Anabaena isolates were cloned and analyzed, and three 16S rRNA gene sequences of 1188~1520 bp in length were obtained. It was shown from the homologous analysis results that the obtained 16S rRNA sequences were highly homologous to the relevant sequences of A. crassa in GenBank. The 16S rRNA sequences of 63 species were retrieved from GenBank, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed by using these sequences.
사립 전문계고의 교육 경쟁력 강화를 위한 SWOT 분석

21세기 지식기반 사회에서 사립 전문계 고등학교는 교육경쟁력 확보가 절실한 시점에 봉착해 있다. 본 연구는 사립 전문계고의 경쟁력 강화 방안을 도출하기 위하여 조직발전을 위한 전략적 도구로 널리 사용되고 있는 SWOT 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 문헌연구 및 교사(186명)와 학부모(464명)를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 사립 전문계 고등학교의 내·외적 환경요인을 탐색하였다. SWOT 매트릭스 모형을 작성한 결과, ① SO(공격적 전략)에는 수업의 질적 제고, 현장실습의 질적 강화, 특성화 전문학과 개설, 공모 및 기능대회 적극 참여와 같은 방안, ② ST(다양화 전략)에는 마이스터 고교 인정, 전문계 교사 연수를 위한 교육청 특별 지원, 진로교육 확대, 전공 연계 지역사회 봉사활동과 같은 방안, ③ WO(방향전환 전략)에는 계열별 교수-학습방법 개선, 산학겸임교사 활용, 학교 운영위원회 활성화, 맞춤형 학교홍보 추진 등과 같은 방안, ④ WT(방어적 전략)에는 진학과 취업의 조화로운 학교 운영, 인문계고 전환과 같은 교육경쟁력 방안모색 등을 도출하였다. Today, The private vocational high school requires the competitive power in education. The SWOT analysis an extremely useful tool in organization development(O/D) strategy. The purpose of this study is to explore the private vocational high school`s competitiveness reinforcement through SWOT analysis. The study is orderly performed as follows: ① reviewing literature about vocational high school, ② surveying educational needs of teacher(n:186) and parent(n:464) through questionnaire ③ analyzing the SWOT matrix model. The result of this study are as follows: ① SO strategy is necessary to raise the quality of instruction and field training, to offer the specialized department, to participate the national skill competition ② ST strategy is necessary to accept Meister high school, to support an advanced training of teacher, to magnify the career education, to link the major to community service ③ WO strategy is necessary to improve the method of teaching and learning in speciality, to use school-to-work teacher, to activate School Governing Body, to implement school PR in order ④ WT strategy is necessary to link employment and entrance, to convert the vocational high school into the academic high school.
