      • 생명굿 사례연구: 생명력 3단계 현상분석을 중심으로

        Life and the life-force are invisible. We can only measure and imagine the life-force through phenomenological concepts such as native force(i.e., autogenesis), encounter force(relationship), and symbiotic force. This study presents three case studies of Saengmyeong-gut (a ritual for life) focusing on the therapeutic effect of three life-forces. Summaries of each session are given, followed by the process of change of each Al-nym(client) through the change of three concepts of the life-force. Finally, the meanings of this article and the concepts of three life-forces, and the direction of further research is discussed. 본 연구는 「생명굿」의 세 명의 알님(내담자)에 대한 사례 연구다. 생명력의 현상 개념으로서 자생력, 상생력, 공생력을 토대로 알님지기(상담자)가 알님을 어떻게 이끌고 판을 만들며, 그러한 진행이 어떻게 알님의 생명력에 치유적 변화를 일으키는지를 분석하였다. 그리고 본 논문과 3대 생명력 개념의 의의 및 추후연구 방향을 논의하였다.

        DILUTED MAGNETIC SEMICONDUCTOR NANOWIRES

        An idea for simultaneously manipulating spin and charge in a single semiconductor medium has resulted in the development of diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMSs), which exhibits surprisingly room temperature ferromagnetic signatures despite having controversial ferromagnetic origin. However, achievement of truly room temperature ferromagnetism by carrier mediation is still the subject of intense research to develop the practical spin-based devices. Nanowires with one-dimensional nanostructure, which offers thermodynamically stable features and typically single crystalline and defect free, have a number of advantages over thin films with respect to studying ferromagnetism in DMSs. This review focuses primarily on our works on GaN-based DMS nanowires, i.e., Mn-doped GaN, Mn-doped AlGaN and Cu-doped GaN nanowires. These DMS nanowires have room temperature ferromagnetism by the local magnetic moment of doping elements that are in a divalent state and in tetrahedralcoordination, thus substituting Ga in the wurtzite-type network structure of host materials. Importantly, our evidences indicate that the magnetism is originated from the ferromagnetic interaction driven by the carrier. These outcomes suggest that nanowires are ideal building blocks to address the magnetism in DMS due to their thermodynamic stability, single crystallinity, free of defects and free standing nature from substrate. Nanowires themselves are ideal building blocks for nanodevices and, thus, it would also be helpful in developing DMS-based spin devices.

        Influence of Diameter on the Photoresponse in a Networked Zinc-Oxide Nanowire Photodetector

        We report on the photoresponses of networked ZnO nanowire photodetectors fabricated by using a simple, mass-scalable process. ZnO nanowires were synthesized by using a carbothermal reduction process and the diameter of the nanowires was controlled by using the thickness of the gold catalyst. The photoresponse was measured by using photodectors fabricated with nanowires of 80 nm and 300 nm in diameter. The photoresponse showed no dependence on the diameter of the nanowires in the wavelength range of 200 ∽ 370 nm, which is attributed to the eects of photo-generation and photolysis on the surface nanowires, while it showed a dependence on the diameter in the wavelength range of 370 ∽ 650 nm.

        탄화규소 휘스커의 합성(I) : 반응기구의 율속반응

        A twt -step carbothermal reduction scheme has been employed for the synthesis of SiC whiskers in an Ar or a H2 atmosphere via vapor-solid two-stage and vapor-liquid-solid growth mechanism respectively. It has been shown that the whisker growth proceed through the following reaction mechanism in an Ar at-mosphere : SiO2(S)+C(s)-SiO(v)+CO(v) SiO(v)3CO(v)=SiC(s)whisker+2CO2(v) 2C(s)+2CO2(v)=4CO(v) the third reaction appears to be the rate-controlling reaction since the overall reaction rates are dominated by the carbon which is participated in this reaction. The whisker growth proceeded through the following reaction mechaism in a H2 atmosphere : SiO2(s)+C(s)=SiO(v)+CO(v) 2C(s)+4H2(v)=2CH4(v) SiO(v)+2CH4(v)=SiC(s)whisker+CO(v)+4H2(v) The first reaction appears to be the rate-controlling reaction since the overall reaction rates are enhanced byincreasing the SiO vapor generation rate.

        비강내 코중격 트리암시놀론 주사 후 발생한 눈동맥분지의 다발성 폐쇄 1예

        Purpose: We report a case of visual loss caused by occlusion of multiple branches of the ophthalmic artery after triamcinolone injection into the nasal septum. Case summary: A 62-year-old male was referred to our ophthalmology clinic because of marked loss of vision in the right eye immediately after triamcinolone injection into the nasal septum. His corrected visual acuity was hand motion in the right eye and the intraocular pressure was 20 mmHg. His pupil was mid-dilated, fixed, and did not respond to light. Fundus examination revealed multiple, white steroidal emboli in the terminal retinal artery and capillaries. Fundus photography revealed macular edema, ischemic retinal whitening, and a cherry-red spot in the posterior pole of the retina. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) revealed inner-layer whitening and swelling and OCT-angiography revealed reduced numbers of terminal capillaries and a low vascular density. Anterior chamber paracentesis and ocular massage were immediately performed. Wide fluorescein angiography revealed diffuse choroidal hypofluorescence in the early phase and fluorescein leakage around the posterior pole in the late phase. Visual acuity improved to 1.0, but retinal whitening was still evident below the macula on fundus examination 3 months after symptom onset. Conclusions: Multiple branches of the ophthalmic artery may become occluded after an intranasal, septal triamcinolone injection. The condition improves with immediate management. 목적: 코중격 트리암시놀론 주사 후 시력저하를 호소하는 눈동맥분지의 다발성 폐쇄 1예를 경험하여 이를 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 62세 남자 환자가 코중격 트리암시놀론주입술을 시행 후 갑작스러운 시력저하를 주소로 안과에 의뢰되었다. 교정시력은 우안 안전 수동, 안압은 우안 20 mmHg으로 측정되었다. 우안 동공은 중등도로 확장되고 빛 반사 소실 소견이 관찰되었다. 안저검사에서 트리암시놀론 침착물이 말단 동맥과 모세혈관에서 관찰되었다. 안저 사진에서도 황반부부종 소견, 후극부에 창백 소견 및 앵두반점이 관찰되었다. 빛간섭단층촬영에서 망막 내측 반사 증대 소견과 망막부종을 확인할 수 있었으며, 혈관빛간섭단층촬영에서 말단 혈관 감소 및 혈관 밀도의 감소 소견을 보였다. 검사 직후 전방 천자 및 안구마사지를 시행하였다. 형광안저촬영에서 초기 맥락막저형광 소견과 후극부를 중심으로 후기 형광 누출 소견이 관찰되었다. 증상 발생 후 3달째 시력은 1.0으로 회복하였으나 안저검사에서 여전히 황반부 아래쪽의 창백 소견이 관찰되었다. 결론: 코중격 트리암실놀론주입술 시행 후 눈동맥분지의 폐쇄가 발생할 수 있으며, 즉각적인 조치로 호전될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

        탄화규소 휘스커의 (II): 적층결함

        2단계 열탄소환원법으로 탄화규소 휘스커를 기상-고상, 2단계, 기상-액상-고상 성장기구로 각각 합성하였다. 그리고 휘스커에 있는 적층결합을 X-ray와 투과전자현미경을 이용하여 분석하였다. 탄화규소 휘스커에 있는 적층결함은 휘스커의 지름과 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 기상-고상, 2단계 성장, 기상-액상-고상 성장기구에 상관없이 지름이 1$\mu\textrm{m}$이하로 작아지는 경우 적층결합이 많아지고, 기상-액상-고상 기구로 성장한 지름이 2$\mu\textrm{m}$보다 큰 경우 적층결함이 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이같은 현상은 휘스커 지름이 작아짐에 따라 휘스커의 비표면적이 증가하는 때문인 것으로 판단되었다. Stacking faults in SiC whiskers grown by three different growth mechanisms; vapor-solid(VS), two-stage growth(TS), and vapor-liquid-solid (VLS) mechanism in the carbothermal reduction system were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The content of stacking faults in SiC whiskers increased with decreasing the diameter of whiskers, i.e., the small diameter whiskers (<1 $\mu\textrm{m}$) grown by the VS, TS, and VLS mechanisms have heavy stacking faults whereas the large diameter whiskers(>2$\mu\textrm{m}$) grown by the VLS mechanism have little stacking faults. Heavy stacking faults of small diameter whiskers was probably due to the high specific lateral surface area of small diameter whiskers.
