태권도 지도자의 조직몰입과 조직효과성에 대한 연구

The purpose of this research is to closely examine leaders` satisfaction according to organizational commitment of Taekwondo leaders and the influence on job satisfaction. By using the cluster random sampling method I made a sampling of total 550 persons of Taekwondo leaders in all over the country, and 504 leaders except for 46 persons were used for the final analysis. As a organizational-commitment questionnaire used in this research, the OCQ which Choi Jong-jin (1996) had used was used after its restructuring. And the leader-satisfaction questionnaire is the one of Lee Jae-gil (1998) whose foundation was the LBDQ scale, and the job satisfaction questionnaire used the one of Lee Jae-gil (1998). As the data processing method, Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis were made. The results are as follows. First, it was examined that Organizational Commitment was an important variable in measuring an organizational effectiveness. Second, organizational commitment (pride, a sense of duty) of Taekwondo leaders had a statistically significant influence on leader`s satisfaction. Third, organizational commitment (pride, a sense of duty) of Taekwondo leaders had a statistically significant influence on job satisfaction (duties satisfaction, colleagueship satisfaction, job security sense, duties autonomy). Pride of the low variables of organizational commitment showed bigger statistical significance than a sense of duty, so that it was found that pride of Taekwondo leaders exerted a great influence upon organizational effectiveness. Therefore, a manager of a Taekwondo hall should give consideration to Taekwondo leaders in order that they may work very positively on their organizations by it that he or she makes the active close examination of the plan to give pride to them.

골프장 캐디 서비스품질이 운동몰입과 운동만족에 미치는 영향

이 연구의 목적은 골프장 캐디의 다양한 서비스가 고객의 운동몰입 및 운동만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 서울특별시, 경기도, 강원도, 충청북도 및 충청남도에 소재한 골프장 및 골프 연습장의 고객으로 최종분석에는 465개의 자료가 사용되었다. 자료처리를 위한 통계분석방법은 다중회귀분석을 사용하였으며, 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 캐디서비스품질은 고객의 운동몰입에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 캐디의 의사소통서비스와 경기진행서비스가 고객의 운동몰입에 통계적으로 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 캐디의 원활활 의사소통 서비스가 운동몰입에 강한 영향력을 행사하였다. 둘째, 캐디서비스품질은 고객의 운동만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 캐디의 측정 및 분석 지원서비스와 의사소통서비스, 경기진행서비스 그리고 문제 및 상황대처서비스가 고객의 운동만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 캐디의 측정 및 분석 지원서비스가 고객의 운동만족에 강한 영향력을 행사하였다. The purpose of this study was to closely examine how the various services provided by golf caddies can affect their customers`` exercise commitment and satisfaction. This study has been conducted on the customers at golf courses or golf practice ranges located in the Metropolis of Seoul, Gyeonggi Province, Gangwon Province, Chungcheongbuk Province, and Chungcheongnam Province, using 465 units of data in the final analysis. Multiple regression analysis has been applied as a statistical analysis method for data processing, and the following results have been obtained. First, the caddie``s service quality has an effect on a customer``s exercise commitment. Concretely, it is shown that the smooth communication and game proceeding services of a caddie have meaningful positive effects on the customers`` exercise commitment. In particular, caddies`` smooth communication service strongly appeals to their customers`` exercise commitment. Secondly, it is revealed that the quality of a caddie``s service has an effect on customers`` exercise satisfaction. Concretely, it has been discovered that a caddie``s service, including measurement and analysis, smooth communication and game proceeding, and problem solving and circumstance management, have meaningful positive effects on customers`` exercise satisfaction. The measurement and analysis of the support service of the caddie, especially, has a strong influence on the customers`` athletic satisfaction.

This study is intended to clarify the effect of influence of college dance coach`s servant leadership on the leader trust and leader satisfaction1 and to provide as an empirical basic data for an academic improvement on the servant leadership theory and dance troupe. The object of the study was students who majored in the dance at university, and 400 students participated for the final analysis For our statistical test, correlation and multiple regression analyses were carried out to verify the hypotheses developed in this study. The analysis results support the conclusions to be summarized below Firstly, as the dance leader showed the servant leadership (devotion commitment to growth community building, conceptualization), members` credibility to leader was increased. Secondly, as the dance leader showed the servant leadership(devotion commitment to growth community building, conceptualization), members` satisfaction on the leader was increased The above results are very suggestive for the dance troupe management by the dance coach`s servant leadership. That is, the dance leader must value much of the relation management with members must present the future`s clear vision and unsparing support for a growth Also, the dance leader must need the leadership with efforts for a community creation and a service spirit of devotion

골프지도자의 직업태도가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 연구

이 연구는 골프지도자의 직업활동태도 및 상황이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 파악하여 골프지도자의 바람직한 직업효과성을 꾀하는데 있다. 연구대상은 세미프로골프 자격증을 취득한 지도자 250명으로 하였다. 직업활동태도 조사도구는 직무 및 조직특성 연구에서 발견된 직무만족 결정 요소 중 직무만족에 정(+)적인 방향으로 영향을 미치는 변수군을 긍정적요소군으로, 직무만족에 부정(-)적인 방향으로 영향을 미쳤던 변수를 부정적요소군의 두 차원으로 개념화하였다. 긍정적요소군의 업무처리자신감은 Jones(1986), 새로운 기술개발노력은 Aree와 Tan(1992), 직업에 대한 적합인식은 장재윤(1996)의 척도를, 부정적요소군에서 직업활동 긴장인식은 고종욱(1999), 직업활동 위험인식은 고종욱(1997), 업무량인식은 Rizzo와 House, Lirtzman(1970)의 척도를 이용하였으며, 이 변수들은 .6325-.8519의 신뢰도 결과를 보였다. 직무만족 척도는 Brayfield와 Rothe(1976)의 척도를 이용하였으며, .8473의 신뢰도 결과를 보였다. 가설검증을 위한 통계적인 방법은 단계적 다중회귀분석을 이용하였으며, 통계적 유의수준은 α=.05에서 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음과 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 골프지도자는 직업활동에서 새로운 정보와 기술을 획득하려는 노력을 하고, 골프지도 직업이 자신의 적성과 태도에 어울린다고 인식할수록 직무에 만족한다. 둘째, 골프지도자는 업무의 양이 많을수록 직무만족을 높게 지각하고 있다. 이러한 결과는 골프지도자의 능력이나 적성이 골프지도 직업과 부합되어야 할 뿐만 아니라 직업생활의 성공을 위해서 직업활동과 관련된 새로운 정보와 기술 습득에 최선의 노력을 다해야 직업효과성을 꾀할 수 있다는 시사점을 제공해 주고 있다. 이 결과들이 갖는 의미를 논의하고 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. This study analyzed in depth the influences of golf instructors' attitude toward their work as well as the environment on their job satisfaction and attempted to make practical suggestions to improve their job performance. For this study, 250 golf instructors who own the semi-pro golf teaching certificate and are actively involved in their field were selected randomly. The hierarchical multiple regression was employed to statistically verify the hypothesis. The findings are as follows: First, golf instructors who endeavored to acquire up-do-date information and technology for their job performance and who also believed that they had an aptitude for their job showed a high level of satisfaction. Second, a higher correlation was found between golf instructors' job satisfaction and the amount of workload. As their workload increased, their satisfaction level also increased.

상업 스포츠 시설 이용자의 라이프스타일에 따른 가입환경 분석

With economic growth, the number of sport consumers are increasing more than ever. According to the rapid change of life style with the change of social circumstances, this survey is to maintain competitive power of enterprises giving proper circumstance and satisfaction to sport facility users. Still more, understanding normal sport consumers` desire and satisfying them, after we choose target market corresponding users` desire and provide them with appropriate(adequate) circumstance, is able to maximize consumers` request. The users of different commercial sport center including over four events and the commercial sport centers in Seoul took part in this survey. The method of sampling targets was the Stratified cluster random sampling. Applied methods for analysis using SAS Program were as follows. The Frequency Analysis was used for statistical feature(specific character) in sampling, Descriptive Analysis for analysis of answer distribution, Cronbach`s α test for confidence, Factor Analysis for valid level. In verification of assumption, Cluster Analysis was used to classify life style and Analysis of Variance was used for subscribing circumstance of life style. Correspondence Analysis Plot was also used to see them clear. Statistical signigicant level was p<.001. The results were as follows. We could see the most important subscribing factor by users of commercial sport facility is the convenience to approach. We could also see subscribing factor of Life style A was scientific facility, that of Life style B was attached facilities, that of Life style C, D, and F was the convenience to approach, and that of life style E was human factor.
