        황해 중동부 해역 표층수에서 영양염 원소의 시공간적 분포

        황해 중동부 해역에서 영양염 원소들의 시, 공간적 변화를 살펴보기 위해 1995년 5월과 1995년 11월, 1996년 6월의 세 차례에 걸쳐 현장조사를 실시하고, 표층수에 대해 염분, 온도, 부유물질 및 입자태 유기탄소와 암모니아, 질산염, 아질산염, 인산염, 규산염 등의 영양염 원소를 분석하였다. 세차례의 현장 조사에서 표층수의 영양염 농도 분포는 암모니아를 제외하면 일반적으로 6월이 가장 낮고 11월이 가장 높은 값을 보이는 한편, 암모니아는 5월에 가장 낮은 농도 분포를 보이고 11월에 가장 높은 값을 보였다. 봄에는 5월에 식물 플랑크톤의 1차 생산 활동으로 영양염이 고갈된 외해역의 표층수는 6월로 되면서 수온약층과 조석전선의 발달로 저층과 강으로부터의 영양염 공급이 더욱 제한되고, 봄철 식물 플랑크톤 대번식기에 증식된 동물 플랑크톤 또는 그 배설물 등이 박테리아에 의해 분해되는 과정에서 암모니아가 수층으로 공급되는 것으로 보인다. 한편, 11월에는 늦가을로 접어들면서 봄-여름철에 형성된 성층이 깨지고 수층의 수직 혼합이 활발해지면서 성층기간 동안 저층수에 축적되었던 영양염 원소들이 표층으로 공급되는 것으로 보인다. Temporal and spatial variations of nutrient elements (ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, phosphate and silicate) in surface seawater off the west coast of Korea were investigated during three periods of field survey aboard R/V Eardo of KORDI (May 1995 and June 1996) and a patrol vessel of the National Maritime Police (November 1995). In general, the concentrations of nutrient elements were lowest in June and highest in November except for ammonia that showed the lowest concentration in May and the highest in November. The results tell us that the development of thermocline and tidal front restricts riverine and benthic supply of nutrient elements to surface waters in June in the offshore regions of the study area which become nutrient-depleted due to phytoplankton bloom in spring. In late fall (November) the level of nutrient concentrations of the surface waters of the study area become high due to vigorous vertical mixing within the water column, which supplies nutrient-enriched bottom water to the surface waters.

        This study was performed to use fiber mixed soil which has clayey soil or sandy soil with fibrillated fiber or monofilament fiber on purpose of construction materials, filling materials, and back filling materials. In addition, this study was conducted to analyze strength properties and fiber reinforcing effect with fiber mixed soil by direct-shear test. In case of fibrillated fiber mixed soil, the more quantity of fiber was in both cohesive soil and sandy soil, the larger shear stress was in respective step of normal load. The respective mixed soil at 0.5% and 0.1% mixing ratio of monofilament fiber mixed soil showed maximum shear stress. According to unconfined compression or direct-shear test, making specimen of the monofilament fiber mixed soil, it is required to be careful and stable mixing method, while it is expected that monofilament fiber mixed soil doesn't increase strength.

        This study was performed to evaluate the physical properties of reinforced soil mixture powder. Soil sample was prepared by passing into the standard sieve of No. 200 and reinforcement materials were calcium carbonate, quicklime and portland cement. Fineness, setting time, and compressive strength test for reinforced soil mixture powder were performed and analyzed to investigate their physical properties. The main results were summarized as follow. The compressive strength of soil mixture powder itself and most reinforced was reinforced according to increasing in the mixture rate of reinforcement and the rate of increase was remarkably higher in the cement reinforced soil moisture powder. It was appeared that the early compressive strength is considering higher in the cement reinforced soil moisture powder with 2% of moisture rate of accelerator.

        고객화의 단계별 유형과 기업의 대응전략

        본 연구는 끊임없이 진행되고 있는 소비자들의 고객화요구와 이에 대응하는 기업의 대응노력을 자동차산업을 중심으로 고객화사례를 분석하였으며, r-TQC 고객화 유효성 모델을 토대로 미국자동차시장을 중심으로 적시성, 적품성, 적가성에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 과정에서 고객에 의해 진행되는 고객화단계와 이에 대응하는 기업의 유형을 5단계로 분류•정의하였다. 이를 위해 자동차시장을 중심으로 고객화 수준과 그 효과를 분석하였다. 자동차 시장에서의 고객화의 수준은 개조형 1단계, 옵션형 2단계, 모듈형 3단계, 주문제작형 4단계, 순수설계형 5단계로 나눌 수 있다. 단계가 높아질수록 고객화 수준은 높아지지만, 대량생산을 위한 기업측면의 고객화는 4단계에서 가장 크게 나타난다. 고객화 효과분석을 위해 제안된 r-TQC 고객화모델을 토대로 북미시장에서의 주요 브랜드별 적시, 적가, 적품 효과를 분석하였다. 고객화 성과를 분석하기 위해 자동차를 5개 세그멘트로 분류해 그룹별로 집단간 분석을 실시한 결과 유럽차인 BMW가 특히 고급차에 있어서 고객화 효과인 적시성, 적품성, 적가성에서 가장 높은 고객화 성과를 보여주었다. 이에 비해 미국차는 고객화의 핵심지표라 할 수 있는 적시성의 재고기간에서 매우 취약한 성과를 보여주고 있다. 이러한 문제는 고객에게 외면받아 곧 수익성의 문제로 연결될 위험성을 안고 있음을 증명한다. 이 연구는 특히 실무적 시사점을 크게 제시하였고, 자동차산업에서의 고객화 효과를 실증한 점에서 의의가 있다. While the core confidence of cars consisted primarily of how many were produced, later, customers came to value the quality more. However now, quality is no longer the only factor. In these day, cars, and especially European cars are satisfied with a good design and a semblance of luxury. Also currently, the car industry is using customization in order to better compete with their competitors. This study is about the reasonability of customization in the car industry. This study has divided customization into a five-step customization hierarchy model. The first level consists of a finished product that the customer can tune as they wish. In the second level, the customer and the manufacturer work together that allows selection between pre-chosen options. The third level begins mass customization through modules that are chosen and assembled. In the next level, through a build to order product, mass customization is more highly developed. Lastly, in the fifth level, mass customization is no longer feasible because the product is a unique one-to-one product completely chosen by the customer. The effect of customization is called the r-TQC customization effectiveness model in this study. This model is the right time, the right quality, and the right cost. The third and fourth steps of the five-step customization hierarchy model especially show these effects of r-TQC. As a result of the levels in the five-step customization hierarchy model, the forth step is the most likely to make a car of customizing. Lastly, in the car industry, it has been proved that the European Luxury cars are especially customized.

        원자력 규제정책에 대한 국민신뢰도 평가 SD모델 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to simulate public trust on nuclear regulation policy. The first of all, public trust variables and the model were developed and analysed by system dynamic method. The model are consisted of the operator safety culture level, regulatory competence levels, the public satisfaction and public trust level. The scenario is made up three type which base scenario, the system operator``s safety culture level and accident event level. First. the simulation results of standard scenario shows that rapidly declining public satisfaction and trust level of the national safety after Japan``s nuclear accident in November 2011. Second, operator safety culture level and simulated divided into three levels. The results showed that a greater impact on the public satisfaction if bad than good case. Finally, the size of the accident was simulated divided into three levels levels(no accident, medium, serious accidents). the results showed a weak effect against the regulatory capacity and safety performance levels but showed a significant impact on public satisfaction and confidence level.

        This study was performed to evaluate the physical properties of reinforced soil-mixture powder. Soil was used to be powder that passed by the No. 200 mesh and the reinforcement as calcium carbonate, quicklime and portland cement used for this study to improve soil. We resulted from fineness, setting time, and compressive strength test of reinforced soil-mixture powder. We've got the two conclusions. The first, in case that we were used reinforced soil-mixture powder included some portland cement, the higher the mixture rates of the reinforcement, the wider the difference theoretical data with experimental data. The second, the setting time of reinforced soil-mixture powder is faster than soil powder itself and the reinforcement for promoting strength was proved that calcium carbonate was proper than others if we compared it with other reinforcement.
