        녹차음료 섭취 시기가 회복기 혈중지질성분 및 지질대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of green tea beverage supplement on blood lipid component(TC, HDL-C and LDL-C) and lipid metabolism variable(VO<sub>2</sub>, RER and Fkcal) following three different groups(supplement before exercise[BE], during exercise[DE] and after exercise[AE]). 24 healthy male collegiate students participated as subjects after signing an informed consent. The submaximal exercise intensity of this study was the 60% VO<sub>2</sub>max of subjects. To comparative analysis on the effect of lipid metabolism post-exercise(60min) with green tea beverage for 4-weeks it was compared the oxygen consumption(VO<sub>2</sub>), respiratory exchange ratio(RER), fat kilocalories(Fkcal), TC, HDL-C and LDL-C following every supplement times. First, there were not significant differences in fat metabolism included VO<sub>2</sub> RER and Fkcal among supplement times. However, the VO<sub>2</sub>, RER and Fkcal on measurement time was significant in the within groups(p<.05). Second, there were not significant differences in TC, HDL-C and LDL-C among supplement time and measurement time. However, the TC, LDL-C values was decreased in the AE and the HDL-C values was increased similarly in the all groups. Especially, AE and BE treatment has effective than DE for recovery periods.

        단기간 단전호흡 훈련이 동적 폐기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this investigation is to define the effect of 4 weeks abdominal breathing training on dynamic pulmonary function of national level TKD athletes, and furthermore to provide fundamental data that the application of abdominal breathing training could be useful to build efficient TKD training program. The subjects were divided by two groups, control group (17 athletes) and experimental group (17 athletes). The design of this experiment is two-way repeated design. The progress of each group was compared before and after the experiment, and differences between the two groups were compared simultaneously. Abdominal breathing technique was the independent variable, and dependent variables were FEV1, MVV, FEV1%VCmax, BP. The results were as follows: 1. The abdominal breathing training group has been appeared to be improved more FEV1. 2. The abdominal breathing training group has been appeared to be improved more MVV. 3. The abdominal breathing training group has been appeared to be improved more FEV1%VCmax. 4. There were no significant difference found on BP progress after the practice between the abdominal breathing training group and the Free practice group. Based on the investigation, the following conclusions were revealed: The first, the abdominal breathing training more effects to improve dynamic pulmonary function in TKD training than the Free-practice. The second, the abdominal breathing training helps to strengthen the respiratory muscles for TKD athletes in different breathing methods. The third, the abdominal breathing training was worth enough to be a subsidiary training for TKD athletes to improve pulmonary function.

        소아비만 어린이들의 운동처치 효과

        Obesity is not only very hamper in adult but also in children. Especially in the children, It does effect in multiple was which concern with physical and mental health. Exercise program is known as a best way to get rid of obesity even in the children with obesity. This research is try find the benefits of exercise program and proper exercise program for children and also to fined the effects of exercise program in obese child. Conclusion is as followed. 1. Exercise habit is positively developed after joined 6month exercise program. 2. Grip strength is positively developed after joined 6month exercise program 1. 3. Vo₂/㎏ is positively developed after joined 6month exercise program. 5. Skill related fitness factors are positively developed after joined 6month exercise program. 6. Body fat is positively developed after joined 6month exercise program. So, When we designed exercise program for the children with obesity, We must consider that children should involved the program with interesting and fun. And the program have to composed by three dimension which health related fitness part, skill related fitness part, and behavior modification part.

        스트레칭의 유형이 태권도 선수의 무산소성 능력과 등속성 근력 발현에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 남자 대학 태권도 선수 15명을 대상으로 스트레칭 유형에 따른 무산소성 능력과 등속성 근력 발현에 미치는 효과를 관찰하였다. 이를 위하여 스트레칭 전과 정적 스트레칭 및 동적 스트레칭 처치로 구분하였으며, 무산소성 능력은 최대파워와 평균파워를 측정하였고 등속성 근력 발현은 60°/sec와 180°/sec에서 좌·우측 슬관절의 신근과 굴근을 측정하여 분석하였다. 무산소성 능력은 최대파워와 평균파워 모두 동적 스트레칭 처치가 스트레칭 전과 정적 스트레칭 후에 비하여 유의하게 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 등속성 근력도 각속도 60°/sec에서 우측 슬관절의 굴근에서 동적 스트레칭 처치가 스트레칭 전과 정적 스트레칭 후에 비하여 유의하게 향상되는 것으로 나타났으며, 좌측 슬관절의 신근도 동적 스트레칭 처치가 스트레칭 전과 정적 스트레칭 후에 비하여 유의하게 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 각속도 180°/sec에서 우측 슬관절의 신근과 굴근 모두 동적 스트레칭 처치가 스트레칭 전과 정적 스트레칭 후에 비하여 유의하게 향상되는 것으로 나타났으며, 좌측 슬관절의 굴근도 동적 스트레칭 처치가 스트레칭 전과 정적 스트레칭 후에 비하여 유의하게 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과들을 종합해보면 정적 스트레칭 처치는 스트레칭 전과 차이를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났으나, 동적 스트레칭 처치는 정적 스트레칭 처치와 스트레칭 전에 비하여 무산성 능력 및 등속성 근력 발현에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으므로 준비운동 후 동적 스트레칭을 실시하는 것이 운동수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of pre-stretching, static and dynamic stretching on the anaerobic capacity and isokinetic muscular strength of knee. Fifteen male taekwondo players participated as subjects after signing informed consent forms. The isokinetic knee extension and flexion of each subject were assessed at the speeds of 60 and 180 deg/sec with 5(15) repetitions at each speed. Also, the anaerobic capacity were assessed to the wingate test with 30 seconds. For the comparative analysis, the changes in the anaerobic capacity and isokinetic strength after pre-stretching, static and dynaminc stretching were compared using the variables such as peak power(PP), mean power(MP) and peak torque(PT). The one way repeated measure ANOVA was performed to analyze PP, MP and PT among three stretching methods(pre, static and dynamic) and the post-hoc contrast(simple, repeated) test followed, if necessary. The results were as follows: There was a significant difference to the peak power and mean power among the different stretching styles(p<.05). Especially, there were significant difference between pre and static stretching and dynamic stretching(p<.05). There was no significant difference in peak torque during extension of right knee among the different stretching styles at the angular speed of 60deg/sec. However, there was a significant difference at the speed of 60deg/sec during flexion of right knee(p<.05). Especially, there were significant difference between pre and static stretching and dynamic stretching(p<.05). There was a significant difference in peak torque during extension of left knee among the different stretching styles at the angular speed of 60deg/sec(p<.05). Especially, there were significant difference between pre and static stretching and dynamic stretching(p<.05). However, there was a significant difference at the speed of 60deg/sec during flexion of left knee. There was a significant difference in peak torque during extension and flexion of right knee among the different stretching styles at the angular speed of 180deg/sec(p<.05). Especially, there were significant difference between pre and static stretching and dynamic stretching(p<.05). There was no significant difference in peak torque during extension of left knee among the different stretching styles at the angular speed of 180deg/sec. However, there was a significant difference at the speed of 180deg/sec during flexion of left knee(p<.05). Especially, there were significant difference between pre and static stretching and dynamic stretching(p<.05). According to the results, the proper stretching style that can improve performance of taekwondo players with minimal loss of muscular strength seems to dynamic stretching.

        태권도 시범에서 발생된 부상 발생률과 잠재적 상해위험요인

        The purposes of this study was to measure the frequency and incidence rate of Taekwondo demonstrationrelated injury. The retrospective cohort study design was utilized. A total of 97 members(mean age 21 years old) of Taekwondo demonstration team were participated in this study. Injury data were collected with simple check-off forms via a self-report and an individual telephone interview. Injury cases were reported onemonth later on the demonstration day. In results, a total of 36 injury cases(for 21 persons) were reported. The overall injury rate was 1.19 injuries per 100 athlete-exposures(95% CI: 0.8-1.58). Overall injury rate for the males showed a little higher than their counter part(1.21 vs. 1.07 injures per 100 athlete-exposures). There were no significant differences between overall injury rates and past experiences, and age levels by x2-test. The breaking-related part showed the highest injury frequency(38%) among other parts in Taekwondo demonstration. Also, lower extremities(61%), ankle joint(22%), sprain(48%), under 20years old, and a period of practice sessions(71%) showed higher injury frequency than among other conditions. In conclusions, Taekwondo demonstration-related injury rate was relatively low. To maintain low injury rate, the safety education before practice sessions begin and a proper use of protective equipment are recommended. To make the strategy for reducing or preventing injury incidence, more research on this topic with a large sample size and prospective study design is required.
