        간호대학생의 회복탄력성이 학업스트레스와 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 회복탄력성과 학업스트레스, 학업성취도 간의 상관관계를 파악하고 회복탄력성이 학업스트레스와 학업성취도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하기 위함이다. 2019년 9월 26일부터 10월 12일까지 W군에 위치한 일 개 대학 간호대학생 230명을 편의표집 하였으며, 부적절한 응답자를 제외한 197명의 자가보고 설문지를 SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 회복탄력성은 학업스트레스(r=-.46, p<.001)와 음의 상관관계를, 학업성취도(r=.48, p<.001)와는 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 회귀분석 결과 회복탄력성 하위영역 중 사회적지지, 조직적 스타일, 긍정성은 학업스트레스에 대해 28.4%(F=24.80, p<.001)의 설명력을 나타내었고 관계성, 자신감은 학업성취도에 대해 22.7%(F=27.80, p<.001)의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 본 연구를 토대로 간호대학생들의 학업스트레스를 관리하고, 학업성취도를 향상시키기 위해 사회적지지, 조직적 스타일, 긍정성, 관계성, 자신감을 증진시킬 수 있는 중재방안을 개발하는 노력이 필요하겠다. This study examined the relationship of resilience, academic stress and academic achievement of nursing students. Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire in 197 nursing students from September 26 to October 12, 2019. Data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 23.0. As a result this study, resilience was negatively correlated with academic stress(r=-.46, p<.001). while resilience was positively correlated with academic achievement(r=.48, p<.001). As a result regression analysis, social support, structural style, and positivity among the sub-variables of resilience explained 28.4%(F=24.80, p<.001) of the academic stress in nursing students. Relational, and self confidence explained 22.7%(F=27.80, p<.001) of the academic achievement Therefore, it is necessary to develop interventions that can enhance social support structural style, positivity, relational, and self confidence to manage the academic stress and to improve academic achievement of nursing students.

        In vitro photodynamic therapy of methylene blue-loaded acetyl resistant starch nanoparticles

        Background: Combination therapies comprising multiple methods, such as photodynamic therapy have been applied to be complements chemotherapy as they increase the therapeutic efficiency by enabling the intelligent drug delivery to target sites by exposing the photosensitizer to light and activating it in the tumor tissue. This study evaluated in vitro photodynamic therapy of methylene blue (MB)-loaded acetyl resistant starch (ARS) nanoparticles (NPs). Methods: ARS was synthesized by the reaction between resistant starch (RS) and acetic anhydride. MB-loaded ARS NPs and ARS NPs were prepared by a single emulsion method. Synthesized ARS was measured by NMR. Prepared ARS NPs and MB-loaded ARS NPs were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), dynamic light scattering (DLS), X-ray diffraction, UV/Vis, and circular dichroism (CD). MB-loaded ARS NPs were treated in mouse colon cancer cells (CT-26) and they were treated under near-infrared (NIR) laser irradiation. Results: Synthesis of ARS was confirmed by NMR and the degree of substitutions in the ARS was 7.1. The morphologies of ARS NPs observed by TEM were spherical shapes and the particle sizes of ARS NPs were 173.4 nm with a surface charge of − 17.24 mV. The d-spacing of ARS NPs was smaller than those of RS and the conformational changes of RS occurred by the formation of self-assembled polymeric NPs with induction of CD of the MB by chiral ARS NPs. The phototoxicity of CT-26 cells treated by MB-loaded ARS NPs dramatically decreased in a dose-dependent manner under NIR laser irradiation compared to free MB. Conclusion: This study demonstrated the ordered nanosized structures in the ARS NPs and conformational change from random coil structure of RS to alpha-helices one of ARS occurred and CD of the achiral MB was induced. The MBloaded ARS NPs showed a higher generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the CT-26 cells than free MB with the NIR laser irradiation and resulting in phototoxicity under irradiation.
