        플라즈마 처리를 통한 가염PP의 친수화도 및 가공성능 향상

        Polypropylene(PP) is a textile material with various functions such as eco-friendliness, lightness, and elasticity. Although most synthetic fibers can be dyed and finished, but original PP is difficult to dye or finish due to its extremely hydrophobic properties, so its application expansion is limited. In order to solve this problem, dyeable PP was developed, and various researches on textiles for clothing such as mass production technology, fine fiberization and performance improvement are in progress. Plasma treatment is a processing method for modifying the surface of fabrics, and has effects such as hydrophilization, deepening color, improving adhesion, and surface polymerization. In this study, plasma treatment was applied to study changes in hydrophilization properties of dyeable PP, surface changes before and after plasma treatment and performance according to hydrophilization.

        CDP사와 PU사를 사용한 고밀도 양방향 신축성 편물의 전처리 및 염색 특성에 관한 연구

        Recently, consumer tastes of various classes at home and abroad prefer comfortable, unadorned, and simple clothing, and the athleisure trend, which can be used freely in daily life as well as exercise, has expanded to overall clothing products. Existing materials used for athleisure are composite knitted fabrics using polyester yarn and PU yarn, which has problems due to a chronic lack of color fastness and contamination by dyes even when PU laminating is applied, making it difficult to apply various colors. There is a quality problem in which deformation of the product occurs due to lack of durability. In this study, CDP yarn(75de/72f) and PU yarn(40de) were selected to commercialize the circular knitting for athleisure using CDP yarn in order to solve the problems that occur in the dyeing and laminating process when using polyester materials. CDP yarns were used to knit into single(CP75-S) and double( CP75-D) knit and single knit were found to be suitable as athleisure fabrics. After pretreatment and treatment under various conditions, the stainability of CDP circular knitting was examined. After pretreatment and dyeing process under various conditions, the property of scouring and dyeability of CP75-S were evaluated.

        PET/가염 PP 복합 편물 소재의 분산 염료에 의한 염색 특성 연구

        The dyeing properties of PET/dyeable PP blend fabrics were investigated with different types of disperse dye. The higher energy disperse dyes showed better build-up properties on both the PET and PP fibers and the dyeability gap between the materials was lower, especially at higher dyeing concentrations. Nevertheless, some color differences between the two materials were unavoidable. In terms of dyeing temperature, a higher dyeing temperature produced a bigger dyeability difference between the PET and dyeable PP due to the increased dyeing site capacity gap. The rongalite reduction clearing method showed a lower color yield in the PP compared with a conventional reduction clearing method using sodium hydrosulfite.

        비닐술폰형 반응성 염료를 이용한 오크 무늬목의 염색성 및 견뢰도 특성

        Use of processed timber can help reduce environmental damage and the economic burden of resources (important problems with use of raw timber) and can meet the needs of various fields where the sensibility of raw timber is required. Veneer wood is positioned as a high-value-added product due to its luxury and beauty, and it is used in various fields as a building-related material, such as interior decoration, furniture, flooring, building interior materials, and lumber. Dyeing is necessary to enhance the aesthetic appearance of this pattern and to expand its use. Therefore, in this study, we compared and analyzed the dye ability of oak-patterned materials with reactive dyes, and evaluated their performance as interior materials. As a result, the oak pattern was dyed with 9 kinds of reactive dyes and a comparative analysis was performed. The most suitable conditions are 50℃, 2 hours, and 0.5% o.w.f. In addition, evaluating resilience to daylight, resilience to rubbing, fire resistance, and flame retardance, yielded results suitable for use as an interior material. In this study, the dyeability of veneer dyed under various conditions using reactive dyes was compared and analyzed the performance as an interior material was evaluated.

        해도형 초극세 나일론 편성물의 산성 염료 종류에 따른 염색 및 견뢰도

        In this study, the dyeability of 0.06-denier-per-filament (dpf) ultrafine sea-island-type nylon knitted fabric was investigated and compared with that of 1.0-dpf general nylon with respect to four types of dyes. In particular, leveling, milling, half-milling, and metal-complex dyes were compared at concentrations of 0.5%, 1.0%, 2.0%, 4.0%, and 8.0% on-weight-fabric (o.w.f). In each case, staining was performed at 100 ℃. The dyeabilities of the materials were compared in terms of the depth of color as defined by the ratio of the absorption coefficient (K) to the scattering coefficient (S). Results indicated generally low K/S values for both the 0.06-dpf ultrafine sea-island-type nylon and 1.0-dpf general nylon. In terms of the dye type, the milling and half-milling dyes exhibited K/S values of ≥20 for all colors of yellow, red, and blue for the 0.06-dpf ultrafine yarn sea-island-type nylon, which were superior to those of the other dye types. Hence, the milling and half-milling dyes are considered more suitable than the other dyes. Further, a comparison of dye fastness and compatibility revealed that the half-milling dye was the most suitable dye for the 0.06-dpf ultrafine sea-island-type nylon.

        Glyoxal/Aluminium Ammonium Sulfate를 이용한 면직물의 DP가공에서 첨가제의 영향

        When glyoxal was used as a crosslinking agent and aluminium ammonium sulfate as a catalyst for durable-press finishing, coreactants and additives to minimize the decrease of physical properties of durable-press finished cotton fabrics were studied. Also, optimum conditions such as coreactant/glyoxal mole ratio, the concentration of additives and the effects of one-bath and two-bath were investigated. Under the optimum concentration of DEG, the whiteness and strength retention of the fabrics treated with glyoxal/DEG/additive mixtures were increased while wrinkle recovery angles were decreased significantly. Under the optimum concentration of each additive, cotton fabrics were treated with various impregnation time in order to find the effect of two-bath method. The whiteness of cotton fabrics was increased by two-bath method, and wrinkle recovery angles were decreased either slightly or unchanged while the strength retention was not affected.

        Nano-scale 유연가공제를 이용한 면 편직물의 유연가공

        Softening finishes are widely applied to clothing products to provide them with fullness, a soft and moist silky touch, gloss, and elastic recovery functionality. However, the color change in cotton fabrics treated with silicone-based softeners is the disadvantage of softening finishes. In this study, a new nanosized silicone-emulsion softener was developed; there was a decrease in the color change of fabrics after finishing compared to finishes using conventional silicone softeners. To decrease yellowing of cotton fabrics, the hydrophilicity of the amino-silicone softener was controlled. The hydrophilic amino-silicone softener (amino value=0.33%) was reacted with ethylene carbonate to increase its hydrophilicity. The silicone nanoemulsion softener was padded onto the cotton knit fabrics and cured at $160^{\circ}C$ for 2 min, and the properties of cotton fabrics before and after finishing were evaluated.

        해양폐기물 유래 Collagen peptide를 활용한 바이오닉 나일론의 염색성

        In recent years, environmental problems such as global warming, in which the average temperature of the earth s atmosphere rises due to the greenhouse effect, abnormal climate, byproducts from production activities, and the shortage of future conservational resources due to the increase in consumption have become global issues. In Korea, phenomena such as yellow dust, fine dust, and air pollution, which are directly related to public health, are emerging as social problems and attracting attention as a sustainable topic. Along with efforts to preserve the environment, technology development for ecofriendly textiles continues to improves in the field of textiles. In this study, to address the global textile industry s desire for sustainability, a bionic nylon material combined with a collagen peptide extracted from marine waste was selected, and R&D was conducted for various commercializations. This study was conducted to investigate the dyeability of circular knitted bionic nylon fabrics, as well as to determine the effect of scouring properties as a function of scouring agent concentration and dyeing properties as a function of dye type, dye concentration, dyeing temperature, and dyeing time on the dyeability of bionic nylon.

        실내 인테리어용 오크 무늬목의 산성염료 염색성 및 후가공 효과

        Background/Objectives: In this study, we compared and analyzed the dye ability of oak-patterned materials with acid dyes, and evaluated their performance as interior materials. Use of processed timber can help reduce environmental damage and the economic burden of resources (important problems with use of raw timber) and can meet the needs of various fields where the sensibility of raw timber is required. Veneer wood is positioned as a high-value-added product due to its luxury and beauty, and it is used in various fields as a building-related material, such as interior decoration, furniture, flooring, building interior materials, and lumber. Dyeing is necessary to enhance the aesthetic appearance of this pattern and to expand its use. Methods: As the wood used in the experiment, American red oak, which has marketability in the market, was selected. The spectral reflectance of each wavelength band was measured using spectrophotometer to evaluate the apparent concentration and dyeability of the dyed and fixed samples. Durability was evaluated by measuring rubbing and light fastness. Results: The oak pattern was dyed with 3 types of acid dyes and a comparative analysis was performed. The most suitable conditions are 95℃, 3 hours, and 3% o.w.f. In addition, evaluating resilience to daylight fastness, resilience to rubbing, fire resistance, and flame retardance, yielded results suitable for use as an interior material. Conclusion/Implications: It was confirmed that veneer can be dyed with acid dyes and used. It is hoped that this study will be used as basic data for dyeing veneer with acid dyes and synthetic dyes in the future. The results of this research are expected to contribute as basic data for the dyeing process of synthetic dyes.
