        여성 노인 근감소증 진단기준(AWGS 2019)과의 비교를 통한 한국어 버전의 MSRA 질문지 타당성 검증

        The purpose of this study is to produce the Korean version of MSRA(MSRA-7, MSRA-5) and to verify its validity as a sarcopenia screening test by comparing it with the diagnosis of sarcopenia according to AWGS 2019. The subjects of this study were 103 elderly women(age 80.22±4.25) over 70 years old. All subjects filled out the MSRA-7 and MSRA-5 questionnaires, and the presence or absence of sarcopenia was diagnosed by measuring grip strength, standing up from a chair 5 times, and muscle mass(DXA) according to the AWGS sarcopenia test algorithm. For data processing, the independent variable t-test was performed to check the discriminant validity, the predictive validity of MSRA-7 and MSRA-5 was investigated using the ROC curve, and the Youden index method was applied to determine the optimal cut-off point(cut-off), and the sensitivity and specificity were calculated. Both MSRA-7 and MSRA-5 showed significant differences between the sarcopenia group and the normal group(p=.017, p=.000), and as a result of predictive validity analysis using the AUC curve, MSRA-5 is a useful tool for diagnosing sarcopenia[AUC .718 (95% CI: .595 to .841)]. Therefore, MRSA-5 was judged as a tool to predict the incidence of sarcopenia in the elderly in Korea.

      • 北宋磁州窑(系)镶嵌工艺的发现、演化及与高丽青瓷镶嵌相互关系之浅探

        야자(冶子) 자주요 유적에서 북송의 상감공예 표본이 출토되었고, 산동 관현(冠縣) 노성은 당시 자주요의 집산지로서 상당수의 자주요 상감 기물 및 표본들이 출토되었다. 비교를 통해 알 수 있듯이 자주요의 상감기법은 회갈지획화상감(灰褐地劃花鑲嵌)을 거쳐 회갈지각화상감(灰褐地刻花鑲嵌)과 척획화상감(剔劃花鑲嵌) 기법으로 이행하였고, 마지막에는 진주지획화(珍珠地劃花)로 진화되었다. 동시기(遼) 산서 혼원요(渾源窯)에서도 상감공예가 활용된 표본이 출토되었는데, 회갈지각화상감(灰褐地刻花鑲嵌)에서 점차 청자획화상감(靑瓷劃花鑲嵌)과 척획화상감(剔劃花鑲嵌)으로 진화되었다. 고려청자상감은 13세기에 출현하여, 이 역시 획화상감(劃花鑲嵌)와 각화상감(刻花鑲嵌) 및 척화상감(剔花鑲嵌)의 변천 과정을 거쳤다. 고려청자의 상감기법은 한국 고대 도자의 최고 업적이지만, 그 출현은 자주요(계) 상감보다 한 세기 반이 늦다. 고려청자와 조선분청 사기의 철화 · 조화박지 등의 기법은 여러 시기에 걸쳐 자주요(계)의 깊은 영향을 받는 뚜렷한 전승관계에 있으며, 이 추론에 따르면 고려청자상감과 자주요(계) 상감공예 역시 전승관계가 존재한다. Ceramic wares with inlaid decoration dated to the Northern Song Dynasty have been excavated from the remains of the Cizhou kilns in Yezhi Village. Moreover, a considerable volume of vessels and shards of inlaid Cizhou ware have been discovered in Lucheng Subdistrict of Shanxi Province, a trading center for Cizhou ware. A comparison among these unearthed wares indicates that the inlay technique used in Cizhou ware began with incising and inlaying decoration on a greyish-brown ground (灰褐地劃花鑲嵌) and evolved into carving and inlaying decoration on a greyish-brown ground (灰褐地刻花鑲嵌) along with sgrafitto decoration (剔劃花鑲嵌). The end phase is characterized by incising on pearl-ground (珍珠地劃花, ring stamping ground). At the Hunyuen kilns in Shanxi Province, samples of Liao Dynasty inlaid wares have also been found. These also show the development of inlay from incised designs on a greyish-brown base, through carving designs on celadon, and to sgrafitto designs. The inlay technique used in Goryeo celadon emerged in the thirteenth century and evolved through incising and inlaying designs, carving and inlaying designs, and sgrafitto designs. Although Goryeo celadon inlay technique is considered one of the most remarkable achievements in ancient Korean ceramics, it appeared a century and a half later than inlay in Cizhou ware. The use of iron underglaze as well as carving and sgraffito in Goryeo celadon and Joseon buncheong ware were greatly influenced by Cizhou ware over several periods. Accordingly, Cizhou inlay is presumed to have been transmitted to Goryeo inlaid celadon.

      • 솔나리(Lilium cernum Komarov.)의 식물체 분화와 자구 형성에 미치는 생장조절물질과 sucrose의 영향

        This study was carried out to find out the effects of growth regulators and sucrose on the plant differentiation and bulblet formation for micropropagation of L. cernum Komarov. When the bulb scales of L. cernum were cultured on MS medium containing various plant growth regulators, the shoots were stimulated on the MS basal medium after 2 weeks culture. Shoot differentiation was promoted vigorously by 0.1 mg/L 2,4-D and 0.3 mg/L TDZ. Number of bulblets formed in bulb scales was the greatest at 0.01 mg/L NAA and 0.01 mg/L BA or 0.1 mg/L NAA and 0.1 mg/L BA treatment among five treatments. Bulblet formation from stem explant was promoted on MS medium supplemented with 0.1 mg/L NAA and 0.1 mg/L BA. While bulblet formation from leaf explant was promoted in MS medium supplmented with 0.1 mg/L NAA and 0.1 mg/L TDZ. When bulblets were cultured on medium containing 3%, 6% and 9% sucrose and on medium containing3%. 6% and 9% sucrose with 0.1 mg/L NAA for bulblet development, larger bulblets were formed in medium supplmented with 0.1 mg/L NAA with 6% sucrose than 3% sucrose treatment.

        섬시호(Bupleurum latissimum Nakai)의 조직배양을 통한 대량생산

        - This study was carried out to establish the micropropagation system of Bupleurum latissimumNakai that is aKorean native endangered species. Callus were induced from the leaf, petiole and floral bud and the percentage of callusformation was highest in the floral bud on the MS medium containing 2.0 mg· L-1 2,4-D. Especially, callus inducedfrom floral bud was formed 77.8% and the percentage of shoot formation was 42.6% on the MS medium containing 2.0mg· L-12,4-D plus 1.0 mg· L-1TDZ. For simultaneously callus formation and shoot regeneration, 1/2 MS medium wasmore effective than MS medium. The percentage callus formation, shoot regeneration and rooting were 46.3%, 13.0%,13.0% in 1/2 MS medium, respectively. Soot regeneration from callus was good in 1/2 MS medium supplemented with2.0 mg· L-12,4-D plus 1.0 mg· L-1BA where percentage of shoot regeneration was 74.1%, and the number of shoot perexplant was 2.4. The percentage of rooting was lowest (57.8%) in control while it was highest (97.8%) in 1.5 mg· L-1NAA. In acclimatization of regenerated plantlets, the percentage of survived plantlets was highest (86.1%), and plantheight, root length and fresh weight were good in the soil for horticulture.Key words - Bupleurum latissimum, Callus, Shoot, Regeneration, Propagation韓資植誌 Korean J.         It must be solved some important problem to connect and add the corelation effects between index and field test results for installation damage of geosynthetics. Especially, advanced and differential concept for reliance of index and field test results should be supposed for installation damage test. For example, particle size, angularity, compaction type and cycle, installation condition factors etc. must be involved to the standard test method. In this study, one of the advanced and specialized concept was supposed for the regulation of geosynthetics installation damage test.
