The basic of installing smart air cleaner in railway system is improvement of continuous real time sensing technologies. And building smart air cleaner in railway system with IT is needed. When smart air cleaner in railway system is developed the installation of sensor which is for measuring air quality in the passenger room and setting revolution cycle of filter which is for removing fine dust is very important. In order to install it in a train which is now running after making of standard test certification and verification of product's stability with enough self-test application test will be performed.

서울메트로에서는 현재 2,3호선 신형 전동차 VVVF 696량을 운용하고 있다. 특히, 열차안전운행에 매우 중요한 제동장치는 유지보수에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는 기기로 공기압 기준값의 불일치와 센서의 노후화로 인한 불량 발생시에 전동차 안전운행에 많은 지장을 초래할 수 있어 세심한 주의와 관리가 필요하다. 열차 유지보수 시 제동압력센서 유니트(PSU)와 제동전자제어유니트(ECU)간의 제동압력 조정이 필수적인 점검사항이므로 제동스텝별 공기압력 점검 및 조정을 하여야 하는데 이와 관련한 시험 장치의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 중정비 및 경정비 시 에도 유용하게 사용할 수 있도록 경량화 되고 이동이 가능한 구조로 설계하여 유지보수에 유용하게 쓸 수 있는 제동시험시스템을 개발하여 유지보수 향상을 위해 노력하는 현장의 애로기술을 해결하고자 한다. Seoul Metro operates 696 new VVVF type’s cars in line 2 and 3 now. Especially, brake system is very important in safety operation of EMU and is needed a lot of efforts to maintain so when errors are occurred by the discrepancy of set pressure of air and deterioration of sensor, they may bring about failure of safety operation of EMU and therefore brake system needs extra careful attention. When EMU is maintained, adjustment of braking pressure between PSU and ECU is imperative so development of test device is needed for inspection and adjustment of pressure of air by steps of brake. In this study, enhanced brake test system for people who work in the field is designed and developed for light weight and mobility when it can be easily used in inspection and overhaul.

Psolarea corylifolia extract that contains bakuchiol is known to have anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and anti-scarring effects. In this study, a vesicles such as liposome, niosome, and transfersome were produced to encapsulate P. corylifolia extract and measured their stability and physiochemical property. The skin permeation and partitioning of P. corylifolia extract in the vesicles were elucidated in nude mouse skin by using Franz diffusion cells after topical application for 24 h. After storage at 25, 40, 70℃, and light, the stability of bakuchiol incorporated into the vesicles was maintained for 30 days. The optimal concentration of P. corylifolia extract entrapped into the vesicles was found to be 5~10%. From the physicochemical studies, after storage at 4, 25, and 40℃, the viscosity and particle size of the vesicles remained in 30~80 cP and the nanosize range for 6 months, respectively. From the permeation experiments, niosome showed a higher amount of bakuchiol permeated through the mouse skin compared to liposome and transfersome after 24 h. From these results, niosome and transfersome could be a good bioavailability enhancement system (BAES) for P. corylifolia extract to improve the skin permeation and stability.
강수의 영향에 따른 Pantograph 주습판의 마모특성 분석

The main wearing slider of pantograph is a difference which is considerable to wear phenomenon according to material properties. Especially Cu-type wearing slider suddenly occurs the abnormal wear by precipitation this threatens the travelling safety of the train. The abnormal wear by precipitation and arc influences are main factor decided to life time of Cu-type wearing slider and contact wire. Consequently the application of the main wearing slider with wear resisting capacity electrical conductivity resistance arc and lubrication is demanded. In this paper through tribologic approach overcame abnormal phenomenon of the Cu-type wearing slider by the precipitation and for the economic efficient augmentation by durability improvement and the travelling safety were accomplished. The Cu-type wearing slider which has excellent electric conductivity and arc characteristic but it occurs the normal and abnormal wear phenomenon according the precipitation which changes respectively. Consequently this phenomenon grasps fixed quantity according to precipitation a mileage and wear volume then Fe-type wearing slider compared and analyzed.

최근 국내외에서는 ICT 기술의 발달로 인해 철도 인프라의 효율적 관리 및 안전성 향상에 적용하기 위한 다양한 형태의 과제와 연구가 활발히 진행 중이다. 현재 국내에서는 철도차량의 부품을 체계적으로 관리하여 차량 운용의 안전성 및 유지보수 효율성을 향상시키고자 RFID 시스템을 활용한 부품관리시스템을 개발 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 RFID 시스템이 적용될 전동차의 부품관리시스템 구축을 위하여 특수한 운영환경에 있는 전동차 부품의 운용 및 유지보수 환경을 분석하여 RFID Hardware가 갖추어야 할 요구사항을 고찰하고자 한다. In order to efficiently manage and improve safety of railway infrastructure, many projects and research activities applied Information & Communication Technology have recently been processing. Currently, RFID system based parts management system is being developed to improve vehicle safety and maintenance efficiency in the country This Paper analyzes the condition of operation and maintenance for EMU under special surroundings and derives the requirements that RFID Hardware shall have.
