네트워크 기반 클러스터 시스템을 위한 적응형 동적 부하균등 방법

클러스터 시스템을 계산능력과 메모리 크기에 있어서 바람직한 확장성을 제공한다. 또한 고속의 컴퓨터 네트워크 기술의 발달로 인해 클러스터 시스템은 값비싼 MPPs (Massively Parallel Processors)와 비교하여 경쟁력을 얻고 있다. 부적당한 작업 스케줄링은 시스템의 기능을 충분히 이용할수 없고, 병렬처리 프로그램에서 프로그램 실행 전에 각 태스크의 부하를 예측하기 어려우며, 태스크들은 다양한 형태로 서로 의존적이다. 동적 부하균등 알고리즘에서는 실행시간에 각 프로세서의 부하를 평가한 후, 각 태스크를 적절한 크기로 분할하고 그것들을 각 프로세서의 수행능력에 비례하여 클러스터 시스템에 할당한다. 그러나, 프로세싱 노드간의 통신비용이 높으면, 모든 노드들이 부하분산에 참여하는 것은 효율적이지 못하다. 본 논문에서는 부하분산에 참여하는 프로세서를 통신비용과 평균 부하로부터의 편차를 고려하여 제한하였다. 기존의 부하균등 방식과 제안된 동적 알고리즘을 비교하기 위하여, 통신비용, 노드 수, 그리고 부하의 범위와 같은 파라메터를 사용하여 다양한 모델의 클러스터 시스템에 관한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. Cluster system provides attractive scalability in terms of compution power and memory size. With the advances in high speed computer network technology, cluster systems are becoming increasingly competitive compared to expensive MPPs (massively parallel processors). Load balancing is very important issue since an inappropriate scheduling of tasks cannot exploit the true potential of the system and can offset the gain from parallelization. In parallel processing program, it is difficult to predict the load of each task before running the program. Furthermore, tasks are interdependent each other in many ways. The dynamic load balancing algorithm, which evaluates each processor's load in runtime, partitions each task into the appropriate granularity and assigns them to processors in proportion to their performance in cluster systems. However, if the communication cost between processing nodes is expensive, it is not efficient for all nodes to attend load balancing process. In this paper, we restrict a processor that attend load balancing by the communication cost and the deviation of its load from the average. We simulate various models of the cluster system with parameters such as communication cost, node number, and range of workload value to compare existing load balancing methods with the proposed dynamic algorithms.

최근 성폭력범죄의 건수가 증가일로에 있고 그 죄질 또한 잔혹성을 더해가고 있다.우리사회는 사회를 떠들썩하게 하는 성폭력범죄가 발생할 때마다 정부와 국회가 앞다투어 특별법의 형식이나 특별법의 내용으로 법률 제?개정안을 제안한다. 그러나 이러한 입법방식을 통해 해결하려는 태도는 성폭력범죄를 원천적으로 방지할 수 있는 대책이 되지 못한다. 오히려 사회적 분위기에 편승하여 조급하게 법개정작업을 진행함으로써 기본 형법의 내용과 중복되는 규정들이 입법화되는 현상이 발생하게 되고, 이는 성폭력의 개념을 더욱 불명확하게 할 뿐만 아니라 형의 불균형을 발생시키거나 오히려 성폭력범죄피해자에 대한 보호가 후퇴하는 부작용이 초래되기도 한다. 일례로 성폭력범죄 피해자의 생명과 신체의 안전을 보장하고 건강한 사회질서의 확립을 목적으로 제정된 “성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법”은 각종 성폭력범죄에 대한 가중처벌조항을 담고 있다. 그 법정형은 형법상의 성범죄에 비하여 현저히 가중되어 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 최근 일련의 법개정을 통하여 일부 범죄에 대하여 다시 형을 가중하고 있다. 일부 조항은 형법상의 책임주의에 위배될 정도의 중형을 예정하고 있다. 또한 하나의 구성요건에 다양한 범죄유형을 모두 포괄하고 동일한 법정형을 예정함으로써 형벌체계의 균형성도 침해될 여지가 있다. 이러한 인식 아래 본 논문에서는 현행 성폭력범죄 관련 법률의 문제점을 분석하여 합리적인 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. Sexual Violence which destroys the victim’s conscience and soul has been rising in its number. Moreover, its appearance and its outcome have been getting serious and cruel. Some measures and criminal justice systems on the sexual violence were devising in related authorities but these were not estimated proper criminal policies to prevent sexual violences. The definition of sexual violence is not getting clear and is causing the imbalance of punishment too. And the criminal protection system of sexual violence’s victim is pulling back. Special act’s legal punishments related the sexual violence become increasing, which means breaking the balance of Criminal Justice System. As problems and improvements of act related sexual violence, first, the quick legislation relying on the public opinions is a big problem. Every case of crimes which the media are reporting, can influence the judgement and consideration of the National Assembly, Government Authorities and so on. Criminal justice system relying on the public opinions should stop. Second, the additional punishment in general criminal law, because of application of special criminal law, gives rise to criminal justice systemicity. The components of sexual violence like rape, sexual harassment and so on in criminal law should be revised and some regulations in special criminal law should be in criminal law. Third, extension of sexual violence’s definition should stop and the definition of sexual violence and sexual custom should be distinguished. Fourth, the double jeopardy which means community notification, electric bracelet, chemical castration, can be a big problem too and should need a thoughtful consideration. Fifth, criminal policy which focused punishments and observations could cause the problems of sexual victim protection. Therefore, it is needed that the justification and effectiveness should be guaranteed when the criminal systems on sexual violence could be adopted. Also, the definition of sexual violence should be clear.

The 3D printing technology enables the fabrication of a custom scaffold having 3D free shape in bone tissue engineering. Among 3D printing technologies, the FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) method is one of the most popular methods, because it is relatively simple to control. However, in the viewpoint of scaffold design and fabrication, when printing a curved scaffold having a grid structure using conventional FDM type 3D printer, discontinuity of the pattern may occur. This intrinsic phenomenon (that is the discontinuity) makes the design of pores and shapes difficult. In this study, using CLFDM (Curved Layer Fused Deposition Modeling) technology, 3D curved scaffold, having a continuous grid pattern, was designed and fabricated through simultaneous control of the XYZ axis when one layer is printed. Consequently, CLFDM technology was developed through this study and it could be one of promising fabrication technique for the optimal design and fabrication of curved scaffolds.

Many tissues and organs of the human body such as the esophagus, blood vessels, and intestines are hierarchical structure with multi-cellular components. Although autologous tissue transplantation has been considered an ideal approach to repair tissue, there is still existence an imbalance between supply and demand. To overcome these limitations, various tissue-engineered approaches have been studied to create artificial tubular architecture which can replace the donor tissue. The artificial tubular construct has essentially required the flexible feature to avoid closing lumen when may occur by an external force in the body. Therefore, we designed and fabricated the tubular scaffold with patterning of the negative Poisson’s ratio to improve the bending performance via 3D-Dragging printing technique. The 2D negative Poisson's ratio sheet was fabricated via an extrusion-based 3D-printing technique using the polycaprolactone. And then, a 3D tubular construct fabricated rolling it up of the 2D patterning sheet. We demonstrated the flexible property of the negative Poisson’s ratio patterned tubular scaffold by bare hands and will investigate the capability as the tubular tissue-engineered constructs.

Tissue engineering is a research part to regenerate or maintain the injured tissue using artificial tissue as a study that combined the concept of biological and engineering. To regenerate injured tissue at tissue engineering, various approaches such as scaffold, cells, bioreactor were researched. The bioreactor is a cell culture system that applied physical, chemical, electrical stimulations to mimic natural tissue microenvironments. For this reason, a bioreactor has been developed to allow various types of stimuli that can mimic the microenvironment. The human knee joint occurs flexion-extension, and rotational movement at a walk, and ligaments help to stabilize it. However, most of the bioreactors developed to promote the regeneration of the knee joint cartilage do not simulate the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the joint but apply only simple compress stimulation. In this study, we developed a bioreactor that mimics the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the knee joint using an artificial ligament and biomimetic bone model.

Osteoarthritis is a disease caused by degenerative changes in articular cartilage. In particular, articular cartilage has the characteristics of avascular tissue, so it is difficult to regenerate. For this reason, many approaches have been actively studying to regenerate the cartilage using tissue engineering. In this study, we developed a compact bioreactor system that is capable of dynamic vertical compression stimulation for effectively analyze the cartilage regeneration. This bioreactor is compatible with commercial cell culture plates and is designed to simultaneously apply different sizes of compressive stimulation. In addition, it was made in a compact size (180 × 200 × 160 mm) to fit into the commercial incubator. We established a 1Hz vertical-direction compressive to give the biomimetic stimulation. Also, we demonstrated chondrocyte culture stability without inflammation in the bioreactor system via CCK-8 assay.
