The main objective of this study is to investigate the order effect in the scale of spectators' motivation. Authors made two types of questionnaires: For Type Ⅰ, questions estimating same factor are arranged consecutively. For type Ⅱ, questions are arranged randomly. A total of 334 Respondents received one of two questionnaires and completed it. The results showed that correlations among questions estimating same factor in Type Ⅰ were higher than those among questions estimating same factor in Type Ⅱ. Futhermore, the results of factor analysis revealed that construct validity and discriminant validity of Type Ⅰ were higher than those of Type Ⅱ. In sum, to arrange questions estimating same factor consecutively produces consistent responses. But to rotate question order results in increased inconsistency among responses.

원자력발전소 특수경비원의 직무분석과 체력에 관한 연구

원자력발전소 특수경비원은 의도하지 않은 내외부의 위협으로부터 원자력발전소를 안전하게 운영·관리하는 인적방호의 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이러한 특수경비원의 체력관리는 인적방호수준의 향상 및 유지를 위한 가장 핵심적 요소 중 하나이다. 이에 본 연구는 특수경비원의 직무분석을 통해 임무완수에 필요한 체력요인과 체력수준을 분석하였다. 그 결과 국내 원자력발전소 특수경비원은 크게 7개의 직무, 26개의 책무, 159개의 과업을 수행하고 있었으며, 임무완수를 위해서는 손, 상지, 하지, 코어의 근력 및 근지구력, 순발력, 민첩성, 심폐지구력이 필요하였다. 또한 책무수행에 필요한 체력요구 수준은 체포 및 호신술 수행하기, 비 군사적 방어 대책 수행하기, 반자동 소총으로 숙련도 입증하기, 보호장비 사용하기, 비상대책 대응과 방어전략 수행하기, 초소근무하기, 출입자 보안 검색하기, 물품수색하기, 출입 차량 통제하기, 화재대응하기, 테러대응요령 숙지하기, 보안 순찰하기, 응급처치하기, 3등급 방호구역 외부인 출입자 통제하기, 2등급 방호구역 및 핵심구역에 대한 내·외부인 출입자 통제하기, 차량 및 자재 이동 경호 기능 수행하기 순으로 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 특수경비원의 체력자격기준 및 훈련에 관한 지침마련에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고, 나아가 원자력발전소 인적방호 강화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. Special security guards play the role to safely operate and manage nuclear power plants from unintended internal and external threats. Physical fitness management of special security guards is one of the most important factors for improving and maintaining the level of physical protection. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze the physical fitness factor and physical fitness level required for mission accomplishment through job analysis of special security guards. The special security guards of Nuclear Power Plant in Korea were performing 7 jobs, 26 duties, 159 tasks. In order to accomplish theses tasks, the following physical fitness were required: muscle strength and muscle endurance of the hand, upper limb, lower limb and core, quickness, agility and Cardio function. The duties that require a lot of physical fitness were in the order of conducting arrest and self-defense, conducting unarmed defensive tactics, demonstrating proficiency with semiautomatic rifle, using protective equipment, performing emergency plan and defensive strategy, etc. The results of this study are expected to provide basic data necessary for establishing guidelines for fitness qualification and training of special security guards in the future and contribute to enhancement of physical protection of nuclear power plants.

선수협의회와의 갈등에 대한 팬들의 인식이 한국야구위원회의 사회적 책임활동과 이미지에 미치는 영향

최근 한국프로야구의 중요한 경제 주체이자 협상단체로서 인정받으려는 프로야구선수협의회(선수협)는 노조설립을 위한 본격적인 활동을 전개하고 있다. 이러한 과정에서 선수협은 한국야구위원회(KBO)와의 적지 않은 마찰을 불러일으키고 있다. 이 러한 시점에서 두 단체 간의 갈등이 팬들로 하여금 KBO에 대한 사회적 책임에 대한 인식과 이미지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하는 일은 의미있다 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 선수노조 설립 추친에 따른 선수협과 KBO간의 갈등에 대한 프로야구 팬들의 인식이 KBO의 사회적 책임활동 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가, 둘째, KBO의 사회적 책임활동 인식은 KBO의 이미지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하는데 있다. 연구자는 프로야구에 관심이 있는 대학생 334명에게 설문조사 를 실시하였으며, 앞서 제시한 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식모형분석 방법을 사용하였다. 우선, 본 연구를 통해 KBO 의 사회적 책임을 법적.윤리적 책임, 팬보호 책임, 자선적 책임이라는 3가지 차원으로 도출할 수 있었다. 이에 기초한 연구결 과는 다음과 같다. 갈등에 대한 KBO의 대응이 부적절하다고 인식하는 팬들은 KBO가 법적.윤리적 책임, 팬보호 책임, 자선 적 책임에 소홀하다고 여기는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 KBO가 법적.윤리적 책임, 팬보호 책임, 자선적 책임에 소홀하다고 여기는 팬들은 KBO에 대해 부정적 이미지를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 갈등에 대한 팬들의 인식이 KBO 의 사회적 책임활동 수행에 대한 인식에 영향을 미치고, 더나아가 KBO의 이미지에까지 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 적으로 갈등에 대한 팬들의 인식은 KBO의 사회적 책임활동이라는 매개변인을 통해 KBO의 이미지를 간접적인 영향을 미치는인과관계가 형성됨을 알 수 있었다. This study was designed to analyze (1)the impacts of fan``s perceptions of conflict between Players`` Association and KBO(Korean Baseball Association on perceptions of KBO``s social responsibilities and (2)the impact of perceptions of KBO``s social responsibilities on KBO``s images. For this study, the author defined components of KBO‘s social responsibility as legal & Ethical, philanthropic and fan-protection responsibilities. This conceptualization was confirmed in the survey with 344 fans of Korean Professional Baseball. The result revealed that fans who have negative perception of the conflict tend to give unfavorable evaluations on KBO``s social responsibilities. Furthermore, negative perceptions of KBO``s social responsibilities tend to produce negative images of KBO. In sum, perception of the conflict indirectly influcences KBO``s image through KBO``s social responsibilities.

원자력발전소 특수경비원을 위한 체력검정방법 개발

원자력 안전에 대한 국민적 관심이 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 가운데 그동안 비정규직으로 위탁운영되던 원자력발전소 특수경비원의 정규직화가 추진 중에 있다. 특수경비원은 시설경비하기, 무기 사용하기, 비상사태 대응하기, 출입통제하기 등 상당한 수준의 체력이 요구되는 직무를 수행하는 바, 특수경비원의 정규직화 과정에 있어 이들의 체력검정방안에 대한 논의가 시급한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통해 한국, 미국, 일본 3개국의 경찰, 소방, 군인을 대상으로 한 체력검정방법을 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 기존 특수직종별 체력검정방법의 특징과 장‧단점을 고찰하고자 하였다. 이후 전문가 회의를 거쳐 원자력발전소 특수경비원에게 적합한 새로운 체력검정방법을 도출하였다. 또한 본 연구는 개발된 체력검정방법이 현장에 도입될 수 있도록 체력검정결과를 해석할 수 있는 가이드라인을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 74명의 피검자를 대상으로 체력검정을 실시하였으며, 실험결과를 기초로 특수경비원 체력검정종목별 예상기록을 제시하였다. National interest in nuclear safety continues to increase. One of the policies that the government is pursuing is to change a temporary position to a permanent position for irregular special security guards of Nuclear power plants. At this point in time, it is urgent to discuss the method of their physical fitness test because duties of special security guards such as arrest and self-defense, unarmed defensive tactics, proficiency with semiautomatic rifle, etc, demands a lot of physical fitness. The purpose of this study is to analyze the physical fitness tests of police, firefighters and soldiers in Korea, US and Japan through literature review. After that, a new fitness test method suitable for special security guards of nuclear power plants was derived through expert meetings. This study also suggested a guideline to analyze the fitness test results so that the developed fitness method can be introduced to the field. For this purpose, physical fitness tests were conducted on 74 subjects. Based on the results of the experiment, the expected records of special security guard fitness tests were presented.

원자력발전소 특수경비원을 위한 체력훈련 프로그램의 개발 및 효과검증

현재 국가주요시설 중 하나인 원자력발전소에서 근무하고 있는 특수경비원은 원자력시설 및 핵물질에 대한 위협으로부터 이를 안전하게 보호하기 위한 인적 방호의 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 특수경비원의 임무완수에 필수적인 체력관리를 위한 체력훈련 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 개발된 체력훈련 프로그램은 현재 근무 중인 특수경비원이 정호원, 최지웅(2019)이 제시한 원자력발전소 특수경비원 체력검정에 대비할 수 있도록 고안되었다. 연구진은 문헌분석, 연구진 회의, 전문가 회의 및 사전테스트를 진행하였으며, 이러한 과정을 거쳐 6주, 주 3회, 회 90분의 체력훈련 프로그램을 개발하였다. 한편 개발된 체력훈련 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 29명의 피험자(통제집단 15명, 운동집단 14명)를 대상으로 실험을 실시하였다. 구체적으로 운동집단을 대상으로 6주에 걸친 체력훈련 프로그램을 수행하였으며, 실험 전･후 피험자 전원을 대상으로 특수경비원 체력검정을 실시하였다. 실험 결과 개발된 체력훈련 프로그램의 수행이 특수경비원의 체력검정종목인 20m왕복오래달리기, 철봉에매달려무릎팔꿈치닿기, 20m중량왕복달리기, 메디슨볼뒤로던지기의 능력향상에 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 최근까지 특수한 환경 속에서 국민안전이라는 중대한 임무를 수행하고 있는 원자력발전소 특수경비원의 체력관리 및 감독 소홀에 대한 문제점들이 지적되고 있는 바, 본 연구가 제시한 체력관리 프로그램이 특수경비원들의 체력 유지･관리를 위한 실질적 대안이 되기를 기대한다. Special security guards working at nuclear power plants, one of the country s major facilities, serve as human protection to safeguard from threats to nuclear facilities and nuclear materials. The purpose of this study was to develop a physical fitness program for fitness management that is essential for the completion of missions of special guards. This program was designed to prepare the physical fitness test proposed by Jeong et al. (2019). Researchers conducted literature analysis, research meetings, expert meetings and pretests, and developed a 90-minute physical fitness program for 6 weeks, 3 times a week. In order to verify the effectiveness of the developed physical fitness program, the experiment was conducted on 29 subjects(control group: 15, exercise group:14). Specifically, a six-week physical fitness program was conducted for exercise groups, and the fitness test for a special security guard was conducted for all subjects before and after the experiment. As a result, it was found that the physical fitness program was effective in improving the performance of 20m shuttle run, leg tuck, 20m sprint & carry, and medicine ball back throw. Until recently, problems of neglecting fitness management of security guards have been pointed out. It is expected that the physical fitness program proposed by this study will be a practical alternative for security guards’ fitness management.

원자력발전소 특수경비원의 체력관리제도 도입방안

원자력발전소 특수경비원의 체력은 주어진 임무완수에 필수적 요소이며, 나아가 원자력발전소의 물리적 방호 수준과 직결되는 중요한 요소이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우리나라는 효율적이고 구속력 있는 체력관리체계를 갖추고 있지 못한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 원자력발전소 특수경비원의 체력관리제도 도입에 필요한 정책적 제언을 하고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 첫째, 선행연구와 관련 법안을 중심으로 체력관리제도 도입에 필요한 정책대안을 분석하여 6개의 상위요인과 18개의 하위항목을 도출하였다. 둘째, 도출된 정책대안들의 중요도를 파악하기 위해 정책전문가와 현장실무자를 대상으로 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 정책에 대한 중요도 분석결과, 체력관리제도 도입을 위해서는 법률체계 구축이 가장 중요하며, 그 다음 체력관리 인식전환, 재정·경비 마련, 관리·감독 체계 설정, 체력관리 환경조성, 운영체계 구축이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전체 복합가중치와 우선순위에 있어 가장 중요한 하위항목으로는 행정규칙 제정, 체력훈련 운영예산 확보, 체력관리 개념 및 용어 정립, 체력관리 필요성 및 윤리의식 교육, 체력관리 근무여건 조성 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 특수경비원의 체력관리제도는 어느 한 조직의 노력만으로 완성될 수 없다는 점에서 원자력안전위원회, 원자력통제기술원, 한국수력원자력, 원자력본부, 경호회사의 유기적인 협력이 강화되어야 할 것이며, 본 연구가 제시한 정책대안을 기초로 향후 체력관리제도가 안정적으로 정착되길 기대한다. The physical fitness of special security guard in a nuclear power plant is essential to the completion of a given mission, and furthermore an important factor directly related to the level of physical protection of nuclear power plants. But Korea does not have an efficient physical fitness system. So, this research is intended to make policy suggestions necessary for the establishment of the physical fitness management system. We derived six major policies and 18 sub-factors based on review of prior research and relevant legislation. Thereafter, AHP analysis was conducted on policy experts and on-site practitioners to determine the importance of the derived policies and sub-factors. According to the analysis of importance of major policies, establishing a legal system is the most important to introduce a physical fitness management system, followed by changing the perception of physical fitness, preparing finance and expenses, setting up a management and supervision system, creating a physical fitness environment, and establishing an operating system. The analysis of the importance of sub-factors showed that the establishment of administrative rules was the most important factor, followed by securing the operating budget for physical training, establishing the concept and terminology of physical fitness management, Educating the need for physical fitness management and ethics, and creating working conditions for physical fitness. Finally, we hope to strengthen the organic cooperation of NSSC, KINAC, KHNP and the security company, and to establish effective fitness management system through the policies proposed by this study.

골프웨어 구매결정 요인에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to investigate the determinants of purchasing Puma golf wear depending on customer profiles. The subjects were 205 real customers of Puma brand and data were gathered at the Puma golf shop. The results show that determinants of purchasing product varied depending on customer profile: 1)for male, preference of brand is a critical determinant of purchase, compared to female, 2)for 30s of customers, price & design, quality, brand preference and ostentation are important determinants of purchase, compared to others, and 3)for novice golfers, price & color and brand preference are important determinant of purchase, compared to skilled golfers.
