        정서추론 과제에서 3세 및 5세 유아의 인지적 단서활용

        An emotion inference task was used to investigate children`s cognitive cuing by age, cue type, and situation-emotion fit. Subjects were 41 of 3-, and 5-year-old children from two different day-care centers in Seoul and Kyonggi province. Each child was individually interviewed with pictorial tasks. 5-year-old children demonstrated more cuing, thinking, and application responses than 3-year-old children. Particularly, they showed more situation and thinking responses in situation-emotion match than in situation-emotion mismatch. 3-year-old children showed more past-oriented responses than 5-year-old children. In the interpersonal cue story, there were more situation, past-oriented and thinking responses than in the interobjective ones. The interpersonal cue story produced more situation responses in situation-emotion match than in situation-emotion mismatch.

        유아의 기후변화 대응 지식 및 문제해결 능력

        본 연구에서는 유아의 기후변화 대응 지식 및 문제해결 능력의 전반적 경향을 살펴보고, 유아의 성별 및 연령에 따라 기후변화 대응 지식과 문제해결 능력에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기지역 어린이집에 재원 중인 만 5세 및 6세 유아 129명을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 기후변화 대응지식을 측정하기 위해 환경보존 지식 검사도구를 수정해 10문항을 사용하였고, 기후변화 대응 문제해결 능력을 측정하기 위해 안전문제해결능력 검사 문항을 기후변화 대응능력과 관련된 내용으로 수정하여 5가지 문제해결 상황을 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 평균과 표준편차, 이원변량분석, 피어슨의 적률상관계수를 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 만 6세 유아의 기후변화 대응 지식과 기후변화 대응 문제해결 능력은 만 5세 유아에 비해 더 높았으나, 성별에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 또한 유아의 기후변화 대응 지식수준이 높을수록 기후변화 대응 문제해결 능력도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 유아의 기후변화 대응지식과 문제해결 능력 간 관련성을 확인시켜주었으며, 기후변화 대응 지식과 문제해결 능력 향상을 위한 보다 체계적인 교육과정이 유아들에게 제공될 필요가 있음을 보여주었다. The purposes of this study were to examine the general tendency of knowledge and problem solving abilities of children to cope with climate change and to find out whether there is a difference in the ability to cope with climate change based on the gender and age of young children. For this purpose, 129 children aged 5 and 6 who are attended in day care center in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were selected. We used 10 questions to measure climate change response knowledge modified environment conservation knowledge checklist and used five problem solving situations to measure climate change response problem solving ability modified safety problem solving ability test item. The collected data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, two-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. As a result, 6-year-old children’s knowledge of climate change response and ability to solve climate change problems was higher than that of 5-year-olds. There was no gender difference in knowledge of climate change response and ability to solve climate change. The higher the knowledge level of children’s response to climate change, the higher their ability to solve climate change response problems. The results of this study confirmed the association between children’s knowledge of climate change response and problem solving ability and showed that a more systematic curriculum for improving knowledge and problem solving ability for preventing climate change needs to be provided to children.

        유아의 의도귀인과 정서귀인 및 언어능력이 주도적 공격성에 미치는 영향: 유아의 연령과 상대 유아의 정서조건에 따른 차이

        This study investigates: (1) children’s proactive aggression according to age and the emotional condition of the counterpart child, (2) if children’s intention attribution, emotional attribution (victim and perpetrator) and language ability influences proactive aggression according to age and the emotional condition of the counterpart child. The subjects were 68 3-year-old and 70 5-year-old children. Each child was individually interviewed with picture cards. Collected data were coded and analyzed in SPSS with frequencies, percentiles, means, standard deviations, repeated measures analysis of variance (ANOVA), t -tests, Pearson correlations and multiple linear regression. The results showed that 3-year-old children showed more proactive aggression and physical aggression than 5-year-old children. They showed more proactive aggression when counterpart child was in a happy condition than in a fear condition. Intention attribution, emotional attribution, and language ability partially affected a children’s proactive aggression according to age and the emotional condition of the counterpart child. This study has practical implications for teachers in regards to children’s proactive aggressive behavior at child care centers. Teachers use specific to develop advantages as the basis for developing aggression prevention programs that consider emotional and cognitive factors.

        예비보육교사 대상 연구의 최신 동향

        본 연구는 예비보육교사와 관련된 기존의 연구들을 검토하여 그 동향을 살펴보고 앞으로의 연구에 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2015년까지 한국연구재단 등재지에 게재된 예비보육교사 관련 연구 64편을 살펴보고, 연구동향을 연구시기, 연구내용, 연구유형, 자료수집 방법, 자료분석 방법, 연구대상 별로 구분하여 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 예비보육교사 관련 연구내용 중 인식 및 신념, 개인특성에 관한 연구는 2000년대 초반부터 현재까지 지속적으로 이루어진 반면, 학습경험에 대한 연구는 2010년 후반부터 많이 이루어졌다. 연구내용은 보육교사의 개인특성에 관한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 연구유형은 양적 연구가 많았고, 그 다음으로 질적 연구, 문헌 연구의 순이었다. 자료수집 방법은 질문지를 이용한 방법이, 자료분석 방법은 차이 분석이 가장 많았다. 연구대상은 4년제 대학 학생이 가장 많았고, 사이버대학 학생이 가장 적었다. 그러나 대부분의 연구가 비교집단 없이 예비보육교사만을 대상으로 조사를 시행하였다는 제한점을 나타냈다. 본 연구결과에 기반을 두어 이후에는 더욱 폭넓은 주제에 관해 다양한 연구방법을 활용한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purposes of this study are to review the recent researches on pre-service childcare teacher, and to give suggestions to the future studies. This research analyzed 64 articles published in the KCI journals from 2000 to 2015. This research examined the time of publication, the category of topics, the type of the research, the method of data collection, the method of data analysis, and the subject. This review has identified the most frequent formats were the relationship between variances in the category of topics, the quantitative research in the research method, the questionnaire method in the data collection method, the difference verification (the t-test and the analysis of variances) in the data analysis method, and the university students in the subject. Based on these results, this study may provide a useful information for future studies.

        어린이집 CCTV에 관한 예비보육교사의 인식: 타전공대학생과의 비교

        본 연구는 예비보육교사의 어린이집 CCTV에 관한 인식을 알아보고, 어린이집 CCTV 활용에 대한 정책의 기초를 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 서울과 경기도의 3개 대학교에서 아동관련 학과에 재학 중인 예비보육교사 90명에게 설문조사를 실시했으며, 비교집단으로 타전공에 재학 중인 대학생 60명을 함께 조사하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, CCTV 녹화에 대해 예비보육교사들은 사생활 침해 가능성으로 인해 다소 부정적인 감정을 가지고 있었으며, 타전공대학생 역시 마찬가지였다. 둘째, 예비보육교사들은 어린이집 CCTV 설치 필요성에 공감하고 있었으나, 타전공대학생에 비해 인식수준이 낮은 편이었다. 또한 어린이집 CCTV 설치 목적에 대해서도 예비보육교사들은 문제 상황의 식별, 검거, 증거확보를 위함이라는 응답이 대다수였던 반면, 타전공대학생은 아동의 안전이라는 응답이 과반수였다. 셋째, 예비보육교사는 CCTV 활용의 긍정적 효과에 대해 재정 및 운영의 투명성 확보라는 응답이 가장 많았고, 부모의 긍정적 인식, 기관의 물리적 환경향상의 순이었으나, 타전공대학생들은 세부적인 응답 순서가 달랐다. 마지막으로 어린이집 CCTV의 사생활 및 인권 침해에 관한 질문에서 예비보육교사와 타전공대학생 모두 어린이집 CCTV가 사생활과 인권을 다소간 침해하고 있다고 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 후속연구에서는 최근 입법 예고된어린이집 CCTV의 설치 의무화와 관련하여 운영 및 활용방안에 대한 확장된 논의가 요구된다. The purposes of this study are 1) to find out what pre-service teachers think about the CCTV installed at child care center, and 2) to lay the groundwork for policies about the application of CCTV. The participants are 90 university-students who major in child development and 60 students of other majors. The results are as follows: First, pre-service teachers have rather negative feelings about the CCTV recording because of the possibility of violation of one’s privacy, and so do the students of other majors. Second, pre-service teachers agree to the necessity of CCTV at child care center, however the agreement level was lower than the students of other majors. Also, about the purpose of CCTV the generality of pre-service teachers answered that it is required for identifying problem and collecting evidence, on the other hand majority of the students of other majors answered that it is needed for children’s safety. Third, most pre-service teachers answered that the positive effect of CCTV is securing transparency in financial and management. Fourth, both pre-service teachers and the students of other majors thought CCTV at child care center may violate privacy. Based on these results, for the discussion about installation and operation of CCTV at child care center is needed in the future studies.

        보육교사를 위한 영아용 가정환경 척도 개발 연구

        This study was aimed at developing a scale to evaluate Korean home environments for infants and toddlers for the purpose of being used by teachers caring for infants and toddlers. The subjects of this study were 250 mothers of 0- to 2-year-olds. Mean, SD, x2, Cramer`s V, factor analysis, Pearson correlations, Cronbach`s α were calculated in order to analyze the outcomes of this study. As a result, 38 items of the scale were found to be satisfactory in terms of item distribution and item discrimination. Four factors with 21 items were extracted from the factor analysis:``developmental stimulus``, ``responsivity``, ``encouragement of verbal interaction``, and ``arrangement of daily routines``. Our analysis of the correlation of this scale with SES, HOME, and children`s developmental outcomes showed acceptable concurrent validity. Internal consistency of this scale was high. These results identify this scale as a valid and reliable measure of the Korean home environment for infants and toddlers.

        다문화가정 미취학 아동의 학교생활적응을 위한 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증

        This study developed and evaluated a school adjustment program for children from multi-cultural families. The program was developed to enhance Korean language ability and adjustment to school for children from multi-cultural backgrounds. 14 preschool children (5 boys and 9 girls) participated in this program. The effect of this program was assessed through a preschool-childrens receptive and expressive vocabulary test as well as through a reading ability test. Results showed there was a significant experimental effect (p<.05) in receptive and expressive vocabulary test scores. After the experiment, children showed higher scores in the receptive and expressive vocabulary test than before. Results of the program evaluation revealed this program was helpful for promoting Korean language ability in children and assisted their adjustment to school for children from multi-cultural backgrounds.

        다문화가정 유아를 위한 문해 프로그램(SNU-LPMFC) 개발 및 효과검증

        This study developed and evaluated a Seoul National University literacy program for multicultural family children (SNU-LPMFC). The program was developed to enhance Korean language ability for children from multicultural backgrounds. The characteristics of this program were education using fairy tales and nursery rhymes, individual education from home visiting teacher, and parent participation education for effective children’s learning support. The effectiveness of this program was examined based on 54 young children and their mothers (34 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group). To examine the effect of SNU-LPMFC, we assessed children’s literacy ability as pre-tests and post-tests as well as interviewed the home visiting teachers. After 8 weeks’ field application, the experimental group exhibited higher scores than the control group in total language ability and phonology. Home visiting teachers highly praised the effectiveness of the program as the children showed a higher level of interest and attention. SNU-LPMFC was shown to be an effective program to improve multicultural family children’s literacy. Implications for research and practice were discussed along with the main results of this study. This study extends the limitations of existing language education programs with uniform teaching methods, configured a customized education approach for children from multicultural families and helps develop concrete teaching material that validated its effectiveness.
