The purpose of this study is to explore the intention to use of the sharing accommodation platform Airbnb, which focuses on the effects of brand trust, perceived economic value, and network externalities. A survey of 105 individuals was conducted and the results were obtained using SPSS 18.0. Airbnb intention to use differed depending on income and age. In addition, the three variables of trust, perceived economic value, and network externalities all have a significant effect on the intention to use Airbnb. These results will help Airbnb, to learn how to better approach consumers. In order for the sharing accommodation platform to move forward in a developmental direction, efforts should be made to build user brand trust, enable relatively more people to recognize economic value, and make efforts to ensure that P2P(Peer-to-Peer) transactions can be actively carried out by increasing the number of people participating in shared accommodation.
진로코칭프로그램이 청소년의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로미결정수준에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 청소년이 진로코칭프로그램을 통해 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로미결정수준에 미치는 효과를 검증하여 분석하는데 있다. 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년들을 위한 진로코칭프로그램이 진로결정 자기효능감에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 둘째, 청소년들을 위한 진로코칭프로그램이 진로미결정수준에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 위의 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도 고양시에 거주하는 만 13세에서 16세의 청소년 29명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 29부의 설문지를 연구 자료로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료를 활용하여 본 연구에서는 SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 단일집단 대응표본 t-test, 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시 후 분석하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로코칭프로그램이 청소년의 진로결정 자기효능감에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 진로결정 자기효능감의 구성요소인 목표선택, 직업정보, 미래계획의 평균점수는 모두 높아졌으며, 유의한 차이가 있었다. 하지만, 문제해결은 평균점수가 높아졌으나 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 진로코칭프로그램이 청소년의 진로미결정수준에 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 진로미결정수준의 구성요소인 직업정보 부족, 자기명확성 부족, 우유부단한 성격, 필요성 인식 부족, 외적장애의 평균점수는 모두 높아졌으며, 유의한 차이가 있었다. 결론적으로 진로코칭프로그램은 청소년의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로미결정수준에 효과가 있음을 시사함으로써 청소년들을 위한 진로코칭프로그램의 개발과 실시가 필요하다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the career decision making self-efficacy and career indecision of adolescents on the effects of a career coaching program. This research question are as follows : First, are there any the effects in career decision making self-efficacy of adolescents on a career coaching program? Second, are there any effects in career indecision of adolescents on a career coaching program? A quantitative study was conducted of 29 adolescents in Goyang-si Gyeonggi-do. The data were analyzed by means of SPSS 18.0, a single group sample t-test and analysis of covariance(ANCOVA). Data analysis revealed that: First, a career coaching program was partly effective in changing the career decision making self-efficacy. Adolescents' choice of goal selection, career information, and future planning was found to increase. However, there was found to decrease in problem solving, although the average score increased.. Second, a career coaching program was effective in improving the career indecision. The average scores of lack of job information, lack of self-responsibility, lack of awareness, and external disabilities were found to be improved after the program. In conclusion, a career coaching program was found to be have effects on career decision making self-efficacy and career indecision of adolescents. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement of adolescents through the coaching program.

Background: After the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, many changes in education were observed, particularly non-face-to-face classes. Many studies have focused on the suitability of non-face-to-face classes and the satisfaction of both students and teachers with this teaching method. However, no study on the suitability of numerous teaching methods in teaching physical therapy subjects has been conducted. Objectives: To investigated the suitability of three teaching methods, namely, face-to-face, non-face-to-face, and mixed classes, in teaching physical therapy subjects. Design: Survey research. Methods: 336 students studying physical therapy participated. A survey was conducted on the suitability of face-to-face, non-face-to-face, and mixed classes for 16 subjects. The survey was conducted using a Google questionnaire. Results: Face-to-face classes were found to be suitable for teaching the basic fields of physical therapy, and face-to-face and mixed classes were suitable for teaching the principle of diagnostic evaluation. Furthermore, faceto- face classes were found to be suitable for teaching physical therapy interventions. In other subjects, face-to-face classes were suitable for teaching rehabilitation medicine, non-face-to-face classes were suitable for teaching medical terms, and mixed classes were suitable for teaching daily life activities. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as a basis for choosing the appropriate methods for learning and teaching physical therapy subjects.
