This study was a descriptive research study aimed at confirming the impact of nurses' communication competence, nursing organizational culture, and nursing practice environment on organizational commitment of nurses in a general hospital. Data collection was from October 4 to 24, 2023, and targeted 116 nurses with more than one year of work experience at a general hospital in Gyeongnam. The collected data were subjected to t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. The subjects' organizational commitment was positively influenced by communication competency (r=0.351, p<.001), nursing organizational culture (r=.598, p<.001), and nursing practice environment (r=.668, p<.001). There was a correlation of The factors affecting the subjects' organizational commitment were the nursing practive environment (ß=.438, p<.001) and among working departments, to the intensive care unit (ß=-.193, p=.008), and the explanatory power of the variables was confirmed to be 51.0%. On the other hand, the impact of communication competence and nursing organizational culture on organizational commitment was not statistically significant. In order to improve the organizational commitment of nurses working in general hospitals, it is necessary to devise improvement measures to create a nursing practice environment suited to the characteristics of each department, and repeated research is needed to confirm the degree of organizational commitment by department.

80% extract of Gamigwaruhaebaekbaekju-Tang (GGHBT), Gagamgwaruhaebaekbaekju-Tang (GGGHBT) and Gamigwaruhaebaekwhanggum-Tang (GGHWT) remarkably showed inhibitory effects on HMG-CoA reductase, lipid peroxidation of rat liver and LDL oxidation, and DPPH free radical scavenging effect in a dose-dependent manner. Especially, GGHWT which is formulated with Trichosanthis Fructus, Pinelliae Tuber, Aurantii Immaturus Fructus, Magnolia Cortex, Allii Macrostemi Bulbus, Cinnamomi Ramulus and Scutellariae Radix on the basis of Gwaruhaebaekbaekju-Tang listed on the traditional medicinal references showed more effective hypocholesterolemic activities in vitro bioassay than the other prescriptions.

온라인 구전정보 특성이 충동구매와 구매 후 행복에 미치는 영향: 건강기능식품을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of online word of mouth information characteristics on consumer's impulse purchase and post-purchase happiness in purchasing health functional foods. To do this, this study set hypotheses and developed a research model by examining conceptual definition of concept of concept, method of measurement of concept, relation between concepts of research. The proposed hypotheses and research models were verified through structural equation modeling by conducting surveys on buyers of health functional products. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, Because online word of mouth information characteristics have a multidimensional nature of vividness, consensus, up-to-date, and playfulness, marketing managers should be approached from a comprehensive viewpoint for online word of mouth information management. Second, playfulness of online word of mouth information has a positive effect on consumer's impulse purchase, while it has negative effect on information characteristics. Third, among the characteristics of online word of mouth, it is found that the vividness and playfulness have a positive effect on consumers' happiness after purchase. These results suggest that even if purchase of health– functional products is purchased impulsively, if sufficient information is provided before and after the purchase, positive response of happiness may be caused rather than negative reaction such as regret or dissatisfaction. 본 연구는 소비자의 건강기능식품구매에 있어서 온라인 구전 특성이 충동구매와 쇼핑 후 행복에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 중심으로 연구 개념의 개념적 정의, 개념의 측정 방법, 연구 개념들간의 관계 등을 고찰하여 가설을 설정하고 연구모형을 개발하였다. 제안된 가설과 연구모형은 건강기능제품구매자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 구조방정식모형을 통해 검증되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 온라인 구전 정보 특성은 동의성, 생동성, 최신성, 유희성의 다차원적 특성이 있어, 종합적 관점에서 접근되어야 한다. 둘째, 온라인 구전정보특성 중, 유희성은 소비자의 충동구매에 정(+)의 유의미한 영향을 미치는 반면, 동의성은 부(-)의 영향을 미쳐 정보의 특성별로 상의한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 온라인 구전정보 특성 중, 생동성과 유희성이 소비자의 구매 후 행복에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 비록 건강기능제품 구매가 충동적으로 구매된다고 하더라도, 구매 전, 후 온라인에 충분한 정보가 제공된다면, 후회, 혹은 불만족 등의 부정적 반응보다는 행복의 긍정적 반응을 유발할 수 있음을 시사한다.

국어 교육에서의 열린 교재관 실천 방안 연구 : 현장에서의 실천 용이성을 고려하여

This study aims at suggestion of realizable step to practice a open view of a textbook(or instructional material) in Korean language education. General Korean language teachers have a passive attitude that use only one textbook as instructional material in a Korean language class. But that is not good for a Korean language education. Teachers should make a lesson plan based on not one textbook but multifarious instructional materials. But that way is very difficult to teachers in conditions of Korean language education. So we will get a suggestion that teachers can use several textbooks (from different publisher) approved by government for a new better plan for a class. Because we can get easily proper texts and activities better textbooks approved by government than general publications. We should offer three step to practice a open view of a textbook (or instructional material) in a class. The first step is prospect of the Curriculum concerned with study chapter. The second step is prospect of several textbooks concerned with study chapter. The third step is making a new lesson plan based on prospect what you have done and do it in a class.

젠트리피케이션과 부동산 임차인 보호를 위한 법제

55 years ago, the term of gentrification was first coined to describe the social phenomenon that working-class people were being displaced in the process of development in London. Nowadays, the gentrification happens all over the world. A variety of factors trigger the gentrification and thus, the forms of gentrification are various. The main side-effect of the gentrification is the displacement of residents, especially tenants. Therefore, the legal methods to protect tenants from gentrification are necessary. First, with regard to the development process, the tenants should participate in the process, and if the tenants need to be displaced, they must be given sufficient compensation. The relevant articles of “Act on the improvement of Urban Areas and Residential Environment” and “Special Act on Promotion of and Support for Urban Regeneration” need to be improved in this regard. Second, rent control and a right to renewal are used to cope with the situation where the ground rent goes up and it forces the tenants to end the lease contract. Besides, although commercial building premium was legalized in “Commercial Building Lease Protection Act”, there are still many unfair situations where the tenants lose the premium. Lastly, when the tenants have legal disputes arising out of the lease contract due to the gentrification, a dispute mediation committee could lead the parties to the amicable solution. 젠트리피케이션은 55여 년 전 영국 런던의 도시화 과정에서 저소득층 거주민들이 중산층 이상의전입자로 인해 거주지에서 밀려나고 해당 지역의 사회적 특성이 변화하는 현상을 칭하는 용어로 사용되었다. 현재는 공동화된 공간이나 저소득층의 공간이 중산층의 거주지나 상업지역으로 변화하는 전세계적인 현상을 일컫는다. 이러한 젠트리피케이션의 대표적인 부작용은 원점유자가 비자발적으로 해당 지역에서 전치되는 현상이다. 이는 당연히 소유자보다 임차인에게 더 두드러지는 문제로서, 젠트리피케이션으로 인해 부동산 임차인의 보호 필요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 국내에서 나타나는 젠트리피케이션은 도심의 개발사업으로 인한 신축 젠트리피케이션, 문화주도 젠트리피케이션 등이 있다. 임차인 보호를 위한 법률적 장치로서 우선 개발사업의 시행 단계에서 임차인의 참여권을 보장할 필요가 있으나, 이와 관련한 도시정비법, 도시재생법상의 규율은 불충분하다. 또한, 임차인의 주거 이전 또는 영업이전 및 휴업 등에 대해 충분한 보상을 보장하고 재정착을 지원하여야 할 것인데, 현 법률하에서는 재건축사업의 경우 임차인에게는 아무런 보상도 주어지지 않으며 재개발사업에서 이루어지는 보상의 수준도 충분치 않다. 다음으로, 임대료 상승이 일어나는 단계에서는 임차인의 비자발적 퇴거를 직접적으로 막기 위한 장치로 임대료의 규제 및 임대차기간의 보장이 활용된다. 상가임대차에 있어서는 상가건물 임대차보호법상 임차인의 갱신청구권과 증감청구권에 따른 증액비율 상한 조항이 이러한 역할을 하고 있으나, 법령에 따른 철거나 재건축, 건물의 노후로 인한 안전의 우려 등이 갱신청구권의 배제 사유로 규정되어 있어 개발사업으로 인한 임차인의 전치를 막기 어렵다. 주택임대차에 있어서는 민간임대주택에 관한 특별법에서 임대의무기간 내에는 일정한 사유 없이 임대인이 재계약을 거절할 수 없도록 하고, 임대료 인상을 일정 비율 이상 할 수 없도록 제한하고있으나, 이는 임대사업 등록일로부터 4년 또는 8년의 임대의무기간에만 적용되는 것이어서 임차인을위한 일반적인 보호 장치로 보기는 어렵다. 한편, 상가임대차에 특유한 권리금과 관련하여, 상가건물임대차보호법은 임차인의 회수기회를 보장할 임대인의 의무를 규정하고 있으나 그 배제사유로서 갱신 청구권 거절의 정당한 사유를 그대로 준용하고 있어 매우 불합리하다. 마지막으로, 임대차를 유지하지못하게 될 만한 분쟁이 발생하는 경우 임차인의 조력을 위한 임대차분쟁조정위원회가 마련되어 있어, 이 제도의 활성화가 필요하다.

가미과루해백황금탕의 항고지혈증 효과

Gamigwaruhaebaekwhanggum-Tang (GGHWT) have been evaluated for antihyperlipidemic effects on experimental hyperlipidemic rats and mice induced by Triton WR-1339, corn oil and high cholesterol-diet. Especially, GGHWT is formulated with Trichosanthis Fructus, Pinelliae Tuber, Aurantii Immaturus Fructus, Magnoliae Cortex, Allii Macrostemi Bulbus, Cinnamomi Ramulus and Scutellariae Radix. Oral administration of GGHWT at 500 mg/kg/day for 3 days significantly inhibited the increase of serum triglyceride and LDL-cholesterol, liver triglyceride in hyperlipidemic rats induced by Triton WR-1339. And, GGHWT significantly inhibited the increase of serum triglyceride in hyperlipidemic rats induced by corn oil. Also, administration of GGHWT (500 mg/kg, once daily for 1 week, p.o.) prevented the increase of serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, LDL-cholesterol, liver total cholesterol and triglyceride in 1% cholesterol-diet fed mice. These results suggest that GGHWT is effective for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
