최근 어린이를 대상으로 한 코딩 교육은 컴퓨터 없이 컴퓨팅 사고력을 키우기 위한 교육들이 여러 교육기관에서 진행되어 오고 있다. 그러나 유치원생을 포함한 초등 저학년 이하의 교육 사례에 대한 관심은 증가하고 있지만 특별한 대안이 없는 경우가 많았다. 경북대학교 소프트웨어교육센터는 유아들을 대상으로 한 소프트웨어 가치확산 프로그램을 연극의 형태로 개발하여 실시해 오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 경력단절여성과 협력하여 과학과 언플러그드 컴퓨팅 교육을 접목한 연극의 개발과 실행에 관한 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

본 연구는 대학생의 보건교육에 대한 실태분석을 통하여 보건교육의 실태와 요구도와의 괴리를 분석하고, 특히 정신보건교육의 중요성을 강조하고자, 정신보건교육의 요구도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 응답자의 정신건강상태를 통하여 찾아보고자 하였다. 분석 결과 정신보건교육과 지역사회보건 분야에서의 교육 요구도는 이미 이에 대한 교육을 받은 응답자가 교육을 받지 않은 응답자보다 더 중요하게 여기는 것을 볼 수 있으며, 정신보건교육 요구도에 영향을 미치는 정신건강상태를 분석한 결과 주위 환경에 많은 신경을 쓰고 있는 응답자일수록 정신건강보건교육의 요구가 높은 것을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 현재 대학생을 대상으로 실시하는 보건교육의 컨텐츠 중 정신보건교육의 중요성을 강조하고, 향후 정신보건교육의 컨텐츠 강화 및 실효성 있는 교육이 될 수 있도록 개선해야 함을 의미한다. This study indicates that looking for what was main causes of needs in mental health education, searching through respondents mental health statue. Respondent who received health education more emphasize than respondent who did not received health education in mental health education and community health education field. Analyzing health status which affected mental health education needs, respondent who concerning lots of the surrounding environment need more health education other than who did not care their surroundings. Such results, we needs highlight more mental health education among health education contents and also, we should provide effectiveness education to university students for improving their health status.

Cost estimates are necessary for government acquisition program to support decisions about funding, to develop annual budget requests and to validate resource requirements at key decision points. Many researches have been done about cost estimating technique recently. Parametric cost estimating models based on CERs(Cost Estimating Relationships) have been mainly used using regression method with historical data. However, there are many restrictions in developing Korean version CERs because the number of data points are too small. Specially, data collection and data management system are unstable in Korean defense environment, when developing CERs. In this research, we analyzed the historical data, and found some cost drivers in guided weapon system area. We developed the Acquisition Unit Cost CER using the regression to remove multicollinearity in the historical data. So we could overcome the restriction of the insufficient sample number. This research as a first attempt is meaningful in terms of obtaining our own Acquisition Unit Cost CER using historical cost and physical characteristic in Korean development environment.

전문대학 세무 및 회계 관련 학과의 NCS 기반 교육과정 활용 실태 및 개선 방안

NCS는 산업현장에서 직무를 수행하기 위하여 요구되는 지식ㆍ기술ㆍ소양 등의 내용을 국가가 산업부문별ㆍ수준별로 체계화한 것으로 NQF 구축에 있어 핵심도구이다. 그러나 교육현장에서 NCS에 대한 잘못된 오해로 인해 산업체 현장중심 교육의 본질적 목적보다 행정업무의 부담이 교수자들에게 가중되는 부작용이 초래되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 세무 및 회계 관련 학과 교수자를 중심으로 설문조사, FGI를 통해서 NCS 기반 교육과정의 성과를 제고할 수 있는 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 개선방안으로 첫째, 활용도가 높은 능력단위와 학습모듈의 개선에 집중할 필요성이 있으며, 둘째, NCS 능력단위를 교육으로 전환시키는 과정과 직무능력평가결과서의 적용성을 높이고, NCS 활용 교과목에 대해서는 절대평가(Pass/Non-Pass) 또는 자율성을 부여하여야 하며, 셋째, 수업운영 및 평가와 관련된 활동들을 분석하여 중복된 활동을 제거하여 교수자가 직무수행능력 완성이라는 교육의 본질적인 역할에 집중할 수 있도록 유도하고, 마지막으로 교육의 현장성을 강화할 수 있도록 현장실습, 실습실 환경 개선, 교수학습방법 및 평가방법 개선, 산학협력활동 등에 대한 지속적인 행ㆍ재정적인 지원을 제안하였다. NCS 기반 교육과정의 성과를 제고할 수 있는 방안을 제시한 본 연구의 결과는 세무 및 회계 관련 학과의 경쟁력을 제고하여 능력중심사회 실현에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. NCS is an organization of the knowledge, skill, and attitude etc., which are needed for performance of jobs at industrial fields, systemized by the government in terms of industry sectors as well as level. It is a key tool for NQF establishment. However, due to misunderstanding of NCS in the education field, the burden of administrative work is adversely affecting professors rather than the original aim towards industrial field-oriented education. The purpose of this study is to propose the ways to improve performance of NCS-based curriculum through surveys and FGI primarily from the professors in tax and accounting related departments. In this study, first, it is necessary to focus on elimination of duplication and improvement on the widely used Competency Unit and Learning Module, second, the process of transferring NCS Competency Unit into education is needed and the applicability of Job Performance Evaluation Result should be improved, and Absolute evaluation(Pass/Non-Pass) or autonomous evaluation should be given to the NCS-based course, and third, activities related to classroom operation and evaluation are analyzed to eliminate duplicated activities so that teachers can concentrate on the essential role of education, finally, we proposed continuous Administrative and financial support for on-the-job training, improvement of laboratory environment, improvement of teaching and learning methods and evaluation methods, and industry-academy cooperation activities so as to enhance the field of education. The result of this study suggests ways to improve the performance of NCS-based curriculum and it can contribute to the realization of competence-based society by enhancing the competitiveness of tax and accounting departments.
