        12주간의 저항성 트레이닝이 중년 남성의 호르몬 및 신경전달물질 활성에 미치는 영향

        12-weeks resistance training is to investigate the effects on the hormonal and neurotransmitter activity, Identify the effective exercise of the Middle Ages and through it to become helpful in improving health and fitness. This study is nineteen subjects, members of S hotel fitness center, participated in having normal body composition with no medical problem. They were divided into two groups: control group (nine of them) and Weight Training Group (the other ten). The subjects were between the ages of 40 and 50, who exercised less than once a week within the last three months, and the WT was conducted regularly resistance training program of fitness center for twelve weeks. From each group, blood was collected to examine and compare changes in testosterone, growth hormone, cortisol, epinephrine, norepinephrine, serotonin and dopamine. Weight, muscle mass and body fat were measured to examine changes in body composition. Using SPSS Statistics 21.0 examined by using paired sample t-test, while a two-way ANOVA checked difference within groups. LSD was used for post verification. Weight did not show any significant difference in both groups for 12 weeks. Changes in amount of muscle mass appeared to be significant between 0 to 6 week, and between 0 to 12 week in WT group. Body mass change was significantly different between 0 to 6 week in WT group, whereas there was no significant difference in control group. Level of testosterone changed significantly between 0 to 6 week in WT group, Level of growth hormone increased significantly for 12 weeks in WT group, Level of cortisol showed significant difference between 0 to 12 weeks in WT group, but difference in control group was not significant. Level of cortisol showed significant difference between 0 to 12 weeks in WT group, but difference in control group was not significant. Changes in activity of neurotransmitter including epinephrine, norepinephrine, serotonin, dopamine were not revealed in both groups. In conclusion, 12-week resistance training seemed to have positive effect on changing body fat, and releasing testosterone and growth hormone, while it did not effect activity of neurotransmitter (epinephrine, norepinephrine, serotonin, dopamine). therefore, more studies are necessary which examine relation between resistance training and aerobic exercise.

        The effects of Upper Thoracic Joint Mobilization Technique using Kaltenborn-Evjenth concept on Cervicothoracic ROM and Pain in patients with Chronic Neck Pain

        본 연구는 만성 경부통증 환자에게 Kaltenborn-Evjenth concept에 기초한 상부흉추 관절가동술 적용이 경흉추 관절 가동범위와 통증에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. Kaltenborn-Evjenth concept은 작은 진폭의 도수요법으로 관절낭이나 연부조직에 스트레스를 주지 않고 해당부위의 관절 또는 근육을 칼텐본 등급에 따라 정형도수치료를 하는 수기요법이다. 연구 대상자는 상부흉추 관절가동술군 7명과 보존적 물리치료군 7명으로 나뉘어 각각 주 3회, 4주간 흉추 관절가동술과 보존적 물리치료(온습포 치료, 간섭파, 초음파 치료)를 시행 받았다. 측정은 실험 전과 실험 2주, 실험 4주, 실험 후 4주에서 흉추 분절별 가동범위와 통증, 경추 가동범위를 측정하였다. 흉추 분절별 가동범위는 Spinal Mouse를 이용하여 흉추 1-2분절, 2-3분절, 3-4분절의 굴곡-신전 값을 측정하였고, 통증은 VAS(visual analogue scale)를 이용하여 측정하였습니다. 경추 가동범위(굴곡, 신전, 굴곡-신전)는 관절각도계(Inclinometer, Dualer IQ)를 이용하여 측정하였고, 상부흉추 관절가동술이 만성통증 환자에게 있어서 관절 가동범위의 변화와 자세 및 기능개선에서 도움이 된 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of upper thoracic joint mobilization technique using Kaltenborn-Evjenth concept on the range of cervical and thoracic motion and pain in patients with chronic neck pain. The subjects were divided into a thoracic joint mobilization group(n=7) and a conservative physical therapy group(n=7). Each of the groups received thoracic joint mobilization or conservative physical therapy three times a week lasted for four weeks. The measurements were performed for the range of thoracic segmental motion(SpinalMouse), the pain(visual analogue scale) and the range of cervical joint motion(Inclinometer, Dualer IQ). They were made four times: before experiment, at 2weeks, 4weeks, and 4weeks after experiment.

        볼링 경기 후 회복방법의 차이가 근 피로회복에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 고등학교 볼링선수들의 경기 후 회복방법의 차이가 근 피로회복에 미치는 영향을 연구하여 경기 중 빠른 피로회복으로 선수들의 경기력을 향상시키는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 현재 현역선수로 활동 중인 고등학교 볼링선수 24 명을 선정하였으며 스포츠마사지회복집단, 동적회복집단, 정적회복집단으로 구분하여 실험을 진행하였다. 게임당 20회의 투구로설정한 6게임의 볼링경기를 진행하여 매 게임 종료 후 각 회복집단에 주어진 회복기를 거친 후 2게임 간격으로 혈중젖산농도를채취 분석하였으며 경기 종료 후 휴식기를 10분간 가져 휴식기 5분, 10분 시 혈중젖산농도를 채취, 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을얻었다. 첫째, 볼링게임 진행 중 회복유형별 혈중젖산농도 제거속도에 대한 실험 결과 스포츠마사지회복유형이 가장 빠른 젖산제거속도를 보였다. 둘째, 휴식기 중 회복유형별 혈중젖산농도 제거속도에 대한 실험 결과 스포츠마사지회복유형과 동적회복유형이빠른 제거속도를 보였다. 이러한 결과로 미루어 볼 때, 볼링경기 중 스포츠마사지는 근 피로회복을 개선하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는것으로 사료된다. The objective of this study was to examine the effect of recovery method type on muscle fatigue recovery during high school bowling athletic competitions to aid improve competition strength through rapid fatigue recovery during competitions. 24 athletes currently active in high school bowling were chosen as subjects of this study and the experiment was put into progress with distinctions put between a sports massage recovery group, a kinetic recovery group and as a static recovery group. Six bowling games of 20 throws each were put into progress; and after allowing each recovery group a time of recovery after the end of each game, blood-lactic acid concentrations were extracted and analyzed after every two games; and blood-lactic acid concentrations were extracted and analyzed after five and ten minutes after a ten minute time of rest given after the end of each competition. The results were as follows. First, after testing the removal speed of blood-lactic acid concentrations by recovery type in the process of bowling games, sports massage recovery types displayed the fastest lactic acid removal speed. Second, after testing the removal speed of blood-lactic acid concentrations by recovery type during rest times, sports massage recovery types and kinetic recovery types displayed the fastest removal speed. From these results, the bowling game, sports massage are thought tho be helpful in improving the recovery muscle fatigue recovery.
