어린이집 영아반 복수담임교사의 심리적 소진에 대한 보육효능감, 동료교사와의 갈등, 근무환경의 영향

이 연구는 어린이집에서 근무하고 있는 영아반 복수담임교사의 심리적 소진이 보육요인에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는지, 영아반 복수담임교사의 보육효능감, 동료교사와의 갈등, 근무환경이 심리적 소진에 미치는 상대적 영향력이 어떠한지를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 및 수도권에 소재한 어린이집의 만 0, 1, 2세 영아반 복수담임교사 344명을 대상으로 질문지조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 독립표본 t-검증, 편상관분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 영아반 복수담임교사의 심리적 소진은 보육요인에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 즉, 영아반 복수담임교사의 총 보육경력이 낮을수록, 복수담임참여결정주체와 팀교사결정주체가 원장일 경우, 영아반 복수담임교사의 심리적 소진이 높게 나타났다. 또한 영아반 복수담임의 심리적 소진에는 동료교사와의 갈등, 보육효능감, 근무환경 순으로 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 영아보육의 질에 일차적 영향을 미치는 교사변인의 영향력을 개인적, 관계적, 환경적인 면을 통합적으로 연구함으로써 어린이집에서 영아반 복수담임교사의 심리적 소진을 완화하는 구체적인 지원방법에 대한 이해를 돕는 기초자료 제공 및 효율적인 복수담임제 운영에 대한 연구자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The study aims to verify whether there is a significant difference in the psychological exhaustion of infant team teachers according to childcare elements, and the relative impact of childcare efficacy, conflicts with fellow teachers, and working environment on psychological exhaustion of team teachers of 0 to 2-year-olds in the childcare center. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 344 team teachers. Data analysis used independent sample t-test, partial correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The psychological exhaustion of team teachers was high in case that their total child care experience was low, and principles decided whether they participated in the team class or who their partner would be. Also, the psychological exhaustion was influenced by the order of conflicts with fellow teachers, child care efficacy, and working environment. This study is meaningful to provide basic data to help understand specific support methods to relieve psychological exhaustion of team teachers of 0 to 2-year-olds.

어린이집 영아반 복수담임교사의 근무환경과 심리적 소진의 관계에서 동료교사와의 갈등의 매개효과

이 연구는 어린이집 영아반 복수담임교사의 근무환경과 심리적 소진 간의 관계를 동료교사와의 갈등이 매개하는지를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 어린이집에 근무중인 만 0, 1, 2세 복수담임교사 344명을 대상으로 질문지를 통한 조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 편상관분석, Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 회귀분석을 활용한 매개효과검증 및 Sobel test를 이용하였다. 연구결과, 영아반 복수담임교사의 근무환경이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향을 동료교사와의 갈등이 부분적으로 매개하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 어린이집의 열악한 근무환경이 동료교사와의 갈등을 유발하여, 그로 인해 심리적 소진이 발생하는 매개경로를 밝혔다. 본 연구는 영아반 복수담임교사의 심리적 소진 예방 및 완화를 위해 지원적인 근무환경 형성 및 동료교사간 심리적 갈등 해소를 다루는 지원방안이 필요함을 시사한다. The study aims to verify the mediating effect of conflicts with fellow teachers on the relationship between working environment and psychological exhaustion of team teachers of 0 to 2-year-olds in the childcare centers. To that end, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 344 teachers 0 to 2-year-olds working at childcare centers. Data analysis used partial correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis by Baron and Kenny (1986), and Sobel test. Studies show that conflicts with fellow teachers are partially mediating the effects of working environment of team teachers of 0 to 2-year-olds on their psychological exhaustion. This means that the pathways through which poor working conditions in childcare centers caused conflicts with fellow teachers, resulting in their psychological exhaustion. This study suggests that support measures covering the formation of a supportive working environment and the resolution of psychological conflicts among fellow teachers are needed to prevent and mitigate psychological exhaustion of team teachers of 0 to 2-year-olds.

배드민턴 전환학습을 통한 반항성 장애 남중생의 사회적 기술향상 효과 분석

This study was aimed at qualitative analysis of the social skills of male middle school students suffering from oppositional defiant disorder through educational understanding of badminton movements. Participants in the study were male middle school students, two of the 1st graders students being treated for drugs, while a 3rd grader student was diagnosed with an oppositional defiant disorder. The data were collected in-depth interview with them. The analysis and interpretation of the collected data resulted in the following conclusions ; first, I could see that the confidence gained from the educational understanding of the badminton movement shows that it is shifting to a positive mindset that it wants to do on its own with a positive motivation to participate in the sport. second, It has been shown that study participants act as family members communication and positive mood changes while internally learning the basic principles of cooperation with colleagues, respect for opinions with others, rules, manners, cooperation, sportsmanship, etc. third, It has been found that the motivation for positive exercise has led to positive communication with center and school officials at the same time as the recovery of family relations, and matured in family and center and school life due to mature interpersonal relationships. fourth, Two of the 1stgraders who had been receiving medication for an oppositional defiant disorder reported that they had stopped medication after the research period, according to a report by the CEO of the learning center project.
