Purpose This paper was studied to confirm the possibility of classifying the thickness shape of the electrolyte thin film coating in the width direction using several supervised learning methods. Methods In order to evaluate the coating uniformity, data on the shape of the coating thickness was collected through online non-destructive thickness measurement. After defining classes for coating patterns in the width direction through exploratory analysis, supervised learning algorithms such as Random Forest, SVM, KNN, GNB, and MLP were used to evaluate and compare the accuracy of the models. Results In the case of Random Forest, SVM, KNN, and GNB algorithms, classification into 5 classes has higher accuracy than those classified into 9 classes. The MLP algorithm showed higher classification accuracy in 9 classes than in 5 classes. It was confirmed that the classification accuracy can be achieved more than 80% by adjusting the classification class Conclusion The results illustrate that it is possible to classify the shape of the electrolyte thin film coating thickness in the width direction through supervised learning.

The purpose of this research is to figure out the role of Black Belt in six sigma implementation. The success factors of six sigma are leadership of CEO, formal aid from the organization, six-sigma training system and the Black Belt system. The Black Belt system divided into Master Black Belt, Black Belt and Green Belt. The members who has Black Belt or above are the most important. Through the objective research, figure out the difference between black-belted(and above) and green-belted, when they do six-sigma behavior by using structural equation model. In result, the black-belted and above members are highly influenced by CEO``s leadership when green-belted members are influenced by their managers. This result shows that the black-belted members are important to deliver CEO``s leadership.

This study was aiming to give a guideline for the prevention of accidents of taxi drivers. In order to investigate the effect of working conditions on the traffic accidents, it is necessary to investigate the effect of taxi service on the traffic accidents because it is known as one of the industries with high work intensity and high turnover rate. To examine the effect of work fatigue on traffic accidents, the index of driving fatigue for taxi companies is used. The higher the number of career years and the average years of service, the lower the number of driving habits associated with speeding and the number of cases of sudden acceleration and rapid acceleration. The higher the retirement rate in the past one year, the one year retirement rate in the past one year, and the higher the operational fatigue, the more positive impact on traffic accidents.
고속도로 용량과 속도 분석을 통한 최적 교통량 추정에 관한 연구

Highways have become very congested especially during the holidays. In addition, traffic demand is great at a certain time. To manage traffic flow, Korea Highway Corporation uses tollgate controlled metering method that restricts the flow entering the highways around the crowded areas. Since measuring the slow-down length of a highway is used as a current standard of the regulation, it can`t solve problems or provide an optimal standard of the regulation when traffic congestion is aggravated. Therefore, this study suggests an estimation method of optimal traffic volume in the sections of highway lines and an application method of a tollgate controlled method by analyzing highway capacity and speed. The summary of the study is followed. First, we find major held-up sections using Speed-Flow Diagram in the sections of highway lines. Second, the best capacity of them is estimated with MMRC Model. Last, we propose a new standard of the regulation by applying the estimated volume. With the optimal amount of traffic applied, the study expects to prevent the traffic congestion as well as control traffic flow more effectively.

The purpose of this study is to analyze various factors comprising an on-line service quality in public organization; determine possible factors that affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction model is designed to evaluate major factors, such as system quality, contents quality and customer supporting quality, and to assess relationship between these factors. Partial least squares(PLS) algorithm is used to develop customer satisfaction measurement model. To evaluate validity of developed model, survey data on 16 public sector`s homepage is to applied.

In this study, we have devised a method to reduce inevitable decoupling during the process of leading the six sigma behavior revolution. Officially, the decoupling phenomenon means instituting a certain system for innovation, but practically, it means deliberately separating operational practices and actual behaviors. Innovation means the process of introducing a new system and the decoupling phenomenon is implementing the bare essentials while members of the organization adopt the new process. The research considered organizational atmosphere along with organizations that have not received attention as a success factor of six sigma systems. The research also consisted of interviews with people who are in charge of carrying out six sigma in practice. In conclusion, company needs to create the environment for actively supporting innovation so they can reduce the stress of six sigma recognition. When this culture has been developed, innovation occurs without decoupling phenomenon as well.
