        대학생을 위한 건강증진 가상강좌 개발 및 적용

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop online health promotion an education program for university students and to evaluate its changes. Method: An online health promotion education program was established through analysis, designing, development, implementation and evaluation stages. This was a quasi-experimental, one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 97 students in one university, and they were provided the online class for 16 weeks. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and paired t-test. Result: The results of program evaluation were positive, which included instruction function 3.94, system construction 4.14, system function 3.90, and overall evaluation 4.03 on the scale of 5. The posttest scores of health promoting lifestyle(t=-2.316, p=0.024) was significantly higher than those of the pretest. Conclusion: This study shows that the online health promotion education program was an effective educational method to improve health promotion lifestyle for the university students.

        산업장 여성근로자의 근무형태에 따른 건강증진행위 비교

        This study intended to analyze the health promoting behaviors. compare their factors according to the shift pattern of duties of women workers who were working in the industrial workplace and present basic data in planning systematic and effective programs of health promotion lot three-shift system and day -duty. Using Quota Sampling, 219 women workers were selected as subjects from 5 workshops which had 50 settled workers up to 300 and 10 factories which had more than 300 located in Taegu and Kyung-Book Province. Data were collected by means of question mire from September 12 to September 30, 1998. As the instruments of the study were used Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile(HPLP) which was adapted and adjusted by Seo, Y. O for health promoting behavior, the one developed by Moon, J. S (1990) for health-belief, the one developed by Sherer et al.(1982) and then adapted by Oh, H. S for self-efficacy, and the one developed by Park, W.(1985) for social support. The analysis of data were performed with Cronbach's X2--test, t-test. ANCOVA, Kendal tau, Pearson correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression test using SPSS program. The results of the study are as follows 1. There was a significant difference in age(X2~32.46, p=0.000), career(X2 =18.47, p=0.000), working day(t ?.18, p= 0.000) by the shift pattern of duties in terms of socio demographic characteristics 2. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups on the health promoting behaviors(t=2.52, p=0.012). The score o three shift group on health promoting behaviors was 2.27, showing that it was lower by .13 than that of day-duty group(2.40). 3. ANCOVA involving age, career and working day as covariables, which had revealed significant difference before, showed that health promoting behaviors by the shift patterns of duties was significantly different (F = 4.88, p= 0.028). 4. In consideration of variables that have an influence on health promoting behavior by the shift pattern of duties, social support occupied 19.4% of health promoting behavior in the three-shift group and 22.5% including the sense of self efficacy. In the day-duty group, social support occupied 34.4% of health promoting behavior. 5. The score of three-shift group(2.94) was significantly lower than that of day-duty group( 3.12) in the perceived benefit of health belief(t~ ?.29, p=0.001). while the score of three-shift group (2.48) was significantly higher than that of day-duty group(2.24) in the perceived barrier ((=4.22, p=ft000). In the sense of self efficacy( t = --- 4.20, p 0.000), the score of three-shift group3.24) was significantly lower than that of day-duty group(3 53) while in social support(t=4. 56. p=0.000) the one of three뾱hift group(2,64) was significantly lower than that of day-duty group(2.88). The suggestions are as follows on the basis of the results of this study : 1 It is required to develop health promoting program that takes the shift pattern of duties women workers into consideration. In addition, there are special demands on developing nursing strategies for health promoting behavior of three--shift workers. 2. It is required to develop specific strategies for social support which is the most significant factor to the health promoting behavior for women workers. 3. It is necessary to develop some programs for improving the sense of self-efficacy, social support, and health belief of three-shift workers. To achieve these tasks, industrial nurses should play an active role and improve the ability of self -health care of women workers.

        유럽 생태대안교육인 숲유치원에 대한 학문적 고찰 및 국내 숲유치원 전개방안

        유럽에서 새로운 생태대안교육으로 자리매김한 숲유치원은 유아교육이 시작된 이래 특히 방법적인 부분에서 혁신적인 변화로 평가 받고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 숲유치원 교육체계를 분석하고 사례연구를 바탕으로 국내에서 실현 가능한 유형을 모색하는 데 있다. 국외사례로 유럽 숲유치원의 발생 및 발전과정을 분석‧조사했으며 국내 사례로는 산림청과 타 기관의 체험형과 매일형 숲유치원 운영사례를 조사하여 비교하였다. 본 연구를 제안했던 숲유치원 국내 도입시점과 비교해 볼 때 교육전문가와 학부모의 인식확장은 물론이고, 산림교육법이 만들어질 만큼 제도적 변화도 가시화 되고 있다. 또한 숲유치원이 국내 교육상황에 적응하며 다양한 형태로 다변화하고 있다. 전국적으로 실행되고 있는 체험형과 매일 교육과정을 진행하는 매일형 등 여러 전개 방안에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 특히 기존 유아교육기관에서 매일형 숲유치원 형태인 숲학급을 별도로 구성하는 유형은 현 제도권 교육 틀 안에서 운영할 수 있는 사례모델이 되고 있다. A forest kindergarten which has been become as a new Ecological alternative education in Europe has been evaluated as a progressive change especially in methodical ways. The purpose of this study is to analyze an educational system of the forest kindergarten and to look for a new model which can possibly be set domestically based on a case study. The birth and development of the forest kindergartens in Europe as a foreign case and an operating case of two types of forest kindergartens, an experiential forest kindergarten and a daily forest kindergarten of the Korea Forest Service and the other organizations as a domestic case were analyzed and compared in this study. Interest of education specialists and parents has been increased and institutional changes like enactment of forest education law has been visualized since introduction of the domestic forest kindergarten. Moreover the domestic forest kindergarten has been changed in various forms to domestic educational circumstances. The variety of plans, for example, the experientialforest kindergarten which has been nationally carried out and the dailyforest kindergarten proceeding a curriculum daily have been studied. In particular, separate set-up of a forest class like the daily forest kindergarten in an existing early childhood education system is a sound model which can possibly be carried out in a current educational system.

        재가 노인을 위한 음악과 건강 체조 프로그램의 효과

        본 연구의 목적은 음악과 건강 체조 프로그램이 재가노인의 우울, 자아존중감 및 인지적 기능에 미치는 효과를 평가하기 위함이다. 비동등성 대조군 사전-사후 설계를 적용한 유사실험 연구이다. 참가 대상자는 실험군, 대조군 각각 22명으로 재가노인 44명으로 구성되었다. 5주간 주 5회 매 50분의 음악과 건강 체조 프로그램을 적용하였다. 실험군의 적용된 음악과 건강 체조 프로그램은 부정적인 감정과 우울 감소와 지남력, 감각, 집중력 향상 등의 인지적 기능을 향상시키기 위한 프로그램으로 구성하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 21.0 Program으로 서술통계, 카이제곱 검정과 independent t-test로 통계 분석하였다. 프로그램을 수행한 실험군은 우울, 자아존중감은 통계적으로 유의하여 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 인지기능은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. 본 연구결과로 볼 때 음악 프로그램이 재가 노인의 우울 및 자아존중감 증진에 효과적이며, 긍정적인 프로그램 중재방법으로 지역사회 재가노인에게 확대 적용이 필요하겠다. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the music therapy and exercise program on depression, self-concept and cognitive function in home dwelling elders. A quisi-experimental with non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design was implemented. The participants consisted of 44 elders(22 in the experimental group and 22 in the control group). The music therapy and exercise program was applied every 50 minutes five tims a week for five weeks. The contents of the music therapy and exercise program applied to the experimental group consisted of a program to reduce negative emotions and depression, and a program to improve cognitive function such as improvement of mental ability, sensory stimulation and concentration. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, X2 test and independent t-test using the IBM SPSS 21.0 Program. After the program was conducted the depression and self-concept were significantly improved but cognitive function wasn’t significantly improved. According to the results of this study, the music therapy was effective for improving depression and self-concept of the elderly at home, and it is required to be extended to the home dwelling elders in the community as a positive program mediation method.

For this purpose, 2 student was selected in middle school and they were interviewed after they was teaching with concrete materials by teacher in geometry field. As a result, teaching underachieve students with concrete underachieve implied efficient teaching method.

        敦煌 莫高窟 제217굴 남벽 벽화의 繪畵性

        막고굴 제217굴 남벽 벽화는 초~성당 교체기 제작된 벽화인데 20세기 중반이후 <法華經變相圖>로 판 단되면서 동일 소재 변상도 전형으로 높은 인지도를 확보했다. 그러나 21세기초 <佛頂尊勝陀羅尼經變相圖>라는 새로운 주장이 제기되었고, 이후 이 벽화의 명칭과 주제에 혼 선이 있으나 필자는 이 벽화의 회화성에 무게를 두고 검토하였다. 이 벽화의 회화성 중, ‘구도 및 화면구성’은 전체적으로 근경·중경·원경의 공간구성법과 평원·심원·고원의 삼원 투시도법, 그리고 부감법의 시점을 적용해 자유자재로 구사한 거폭 산수화풍을 표방하였는데, 수미산을 근간으로 천계와 지상을 묘사함으로써 독립화면을 이룬 중앙방곽, 전격적인 산수화를 배경으로 고사를 배치한 방곽 오른쪽, 그리고 야산 및 평야 또 는 건축물을 배경으로 고사를 도설한 방곽하부, 역시 중봉과 야산, 평야를 무대로 변상을 펼 친 방곽 왼쪽 등 각 위치의 화면들이 특색있게 전개되었음을 살펴보았다. ‘스토리의 회화적 서술’은 각 고사의 개별변상, 특히 연속적인 장면의 변상일 경우 효과적 이고 자연스러운 묘사 방법이 고안되어 시간성·공간성·장면의 전환으로 구분해 검토할 수 있었다. ‘화법’은 인물조형에서 불교존상과 세속인물상으로 구분해 이미 정형화된 불교도상의 시대 양식과 고사에 삽입된 세속인물들의 다양한 면모를, 산수표현에서는 근경·중경·원경을 근 간으로 한 청록산수로서의 산수화법을, 건축물에서는 당대의 궁궐 및 사원, 민간건축 등 다양 한 건축형식 등을 검토할 수 있어 남벽 벽화가 변상도 형식을 빌려 종교적 이상을 표출함과 동시에 당대의 현장감을 살린 회화예술임을 알 수 있었다. The mural in question was made during the period of transition from the Chu Dynasty to the glorious age of the Tang Dynasty of China. By the mid-2oth century researchers had come to judge it as a Lotus Sutra Painting and thus it was widely recognized as a prototype of byeonsangdo (the paintings depicting the transmutation of the pure land or hell). By the early 21st century, however, certain researchers began to claim that it was an Usnisa Vijaya Dharani Sutra Painting. Thus, there is some confusion about the name and subject of the mural. This study intends to focus on its quality as a painting. The mural exhibits the features of a landscape style of painting of the kind made on a large canvas, using near, middle, and distant views in its composition, three-dimensional perspectives (high-distance, deep-distance, and level-distance), and a bird’s-eye view technique. The mural is composed of an independent section portraying heaven and this world based on Mount Meru; a right-hand section portraying olden-day tales set amid a natural landscape; a bottom section containing olden-day tales, with a low hill, a plain and buildings forming the backdrop; and a left-hand section portraying a Buddhist world consisting of mountain peaks, low hills and a plain as the backdrop. The narrative description displays effective and natural methods of portraying the content of Buddha’s teachings through individual or serial scenes by means of temporality, spatiality, and conversion from scene to scene. The narration contained in the mural divides the figures into holy Buddhist figures and those in the mundane world, and reveals to the viewer diverse traits of ordinary people as they appeared in olden-day tales and formalized Buddhist figures. The depiction of landscape features a blue sky and green natural surroundings based on three-dimensional perspectives. The mural also includes diverse structures such as royal palaces, temples, and ordinary houses of that time. It is thought that the mural was made in the form of a Buddhist painting in an attempt to depict religious ideals and the reality of the period.
