        절차적 정의와 행정대응성의 관계에 관한 연구: 일선 경찰관의 재량권을 중심으로

        본 연구는 일선 경찰관의 절차적 정의 인식이 행정대응성에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증 분석을 시도하였다. 절차적 정의는 시민과 경찰 간의 관계에서 인식되는 것으로 경찰활동에 정당성을 부여하는 중요한 요인으로 인정되고 있다. 본 연구에서 절차적 정의는 참여, 중립성, 존중ㆍ대우, 신뢰로 구성되는 다차원적인 개념으로 이해하고, 기존 연구들이 시민들의 인식을 중심으로 이루어진 반면, 경찰관들의 인식을 중심으로 행정대응성과의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 일선 경찰관 441명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 자료를 활용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 절차적 정의의 참여, 존중ㆍ대우, 신뢰는 행정 대응성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 중립성은 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조절변수인 재량권은 참여-행정대응성 관계에서는 정(+)의 영향을 갖고 신뢰-행정대응성 관계에서는 부(-)의 영향을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 절차적 정의의 분석대상과 인과구조를 규명함으로써 관련 이론의 확장을 시도하였으며, 실증분석 결과를 토대로 경찰조직 차원의 정책적 함의를 도출하였다. This study analyzes street-level police officers’ perceptions of procedural justice and their impact on administrative responsiveness. Research on police legitimacy has revealed the important role of procedural justice in shaping citizen trust in police. Previous studies have primarily focused on the citizen’s perception of justice regarding the police activity. This article approaches this issue from the perspective of police officers and their behavioral intention with regard to responsiveness to citizen’s interests and demands. The results show that participation, respect, and trust have positive influences on administrative responsiveness. On the contrary, the effect of neutrality is significant and negative. The results also show that discretion has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between participation and administrative responsiveness. However, discretion diminishes the positive impact of trust on administrative responsiveness. These findings imply that management strategy and practices should be provided according to the dimensions of procedural justice of policing.

        Two of the most important parts of designing an E.V vehicle are minimizing weight and improving vehicle performance. The steering knuckle, which is connected to and supports the wheel, tie rod, brake caliper and links, is a critical part of the car’s steering system. This is because incorrect geometry and additional mass on the steering knuckle affects the stability and performance of the vehicle in dynamic condition. The paper illustrates the forces acting on the steering knuckle, the failure criteria and the optimization of the component. Optimization has been carried out varying the shape and mass characteristics of the steering knuckle and suspension system parameters. CAD model of the wheel assembly had been developed using CATIA, with respect to geometric parameters obtained on suspension and steering system analysis using CARTCROSS software with various structural and geometric constraints. Topology analysis was done to reduce the additional mass of the wheel assembly. Then, Finite element analysis of the steering knuckle carried out using ANSYS WORKBENCH for static and basic dynamic loading conditions without compromising its geometric and load transfer characteristics.

        서울지역 중학교 기술 교사가 인식하는 기술 교과 교육 목표와 교육과정 내용의 중요도

        The purposes of this study were to identify the significance level of goals and curriculum contents of technology education subject as perceived by the technology teachers of middle schools in Seoul. The data were collected by questionnaires from 90 middle schools, analyzed by SPSSWIN 10.0 program. The major findings of this study were as follows: ① Level agreed of technology education goals were shown 3.78 as a whole, and the highest level of agreed goals were to understand the social development owing to development of technology. ② As a whole, the highest significance level of goals were to have quest experiences for their technology related career and self-discovery and to improve abilities to apply lots of information in selecting career. ③ The level agreed in curriculum contents were shown 3.69, and the highest level agreed in contents were to have knowledge about the advanced technology influences upon human race, environments, and civilization. ④ The highest significance level technology teachers consider the knowledge about the advanced technology influences upon human race, environments, and civilization as the most provision among lots of education contents. On the contrary, according to teachers majors, the significance levels of the technology courses goals and the education contents were shown differently, namely, the teachers who majored in technology, the teachers who studied technology as a minor or majored in different subjects have different views on the technology study respectively.
