        한·중 FTA 체결에 따른 한국기업의 시장 진출 전략

        This study looked at the Korea enterprise in China market practices and strategies in accordance with the Korea China FTA macroscopically. And the systematic localization in the mid-to long-term decisions necessary for successful, it is important to the local economy by contributing to strategic social contribution activities also ensure the reliability of consumers. In addition to factors that may enjoy various benefits from an Korea China FTA strategy it is also needed to maximize the additional benefits of the FTA signed by Korea before. In particular, this strategy requires that the biggest benefits of FTA, that determine the tariff cuts by FTA partners to take advantage of it. In addition, the strategy that should be taken in advance to prevent any unnecessary risks through the recent rapid and thorough understanding of the appropriate response, Chinese, Chinese culture on O2O retail market. It is considered that the Korea China FTA requires multidimensional efforts with seeking a comprehensive and affordable countermeasures in order to act as an important factor for Korea market companies, government, companies and academia at the same time. In particular, the idea to carefully look at the various features with the Chinese consumer market will be a very important point.

        전자무역계약의 성립에 따른 법적 문제점에 관한 연구

        Electron trade were appeared various legal problems that did not happen in existent traditional transaction. That is, expression of subscription, reverse subscription compliance etc. to contract in traditional visible trade was consisted of method of telex, computer, telephone conversation or shoes conversation at written agreement. But, because was attained through electronic declaration, that is, computer network or Internet except these expression method in electron trade tie-up, controversy appeared whether will recognize effectiveness of electronic declaration. First to these main point at issue, can become problem of that to inform for own product in export trader's homepage in electron trade tie-up is that is subscription invitation of offer. Second, because electronic declaration are achieved transmission of a message and reception almost at the same time, can become organization time of contract and problem about place, and problem about defect of electronic declaration. Third, because electron trade contract is contracted in the Internet, problem of how can take advantage of certification of signing a contract can be brought. In this study, I wish to examine legal problems connected with certification of organization time of electron trade contract and place and electron trade contract that is subscription existence of electron trade contract brought regarding electron trade contract.

        COVID-19 확산에 따른 무역업체의 수출 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        코로나19로 인한 세계경제의 급속한 침체는 우리나라의 핵심 경제성장동력인 수출에 상당한 타격을 줄 전망이다. 하지만 과거 글로벌 금융위기시에도 세계경제성장 침체와 함께 우리나라 수출이 급감한 적이 있으나 세계경제 회복 시 우리나라 수출은 급등하면서 위기를 극복하였다. 이에 코로나19 위기에서 발현된 기회를 적극 활용하고 한국 제조업의 경쟁우위를 높이는 전략적 대응이 필요하다. 수출기업들이 불확실성이 높은 수출환경에 탄력적으로 대응할 수 있도록 업종별 수요에 맞는 수출 지원체계 확립이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 코로나19 이후 국제 통상환경의 변화에 따른 국제무역과 산업에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 무역업체의 수출 활성화 방안을 모색하는 것을 연구 목적으로 하고 있다. The rapid downturn in the global economy caused by the COVID-19 is expected to deal a significant blow to the Korea"s exports, a key economic growth engine. However, Korea has experienced surviving the severe economic meltdown in 2008 when its exports fluctuated along with the plunge and recovery of the world economy. Therefore, it is necessary to actively utilize the opportunities expressed in the COVID-19 crisis and to take a strategic response to increase the competitive edge of Korean manufacturing. In the short term, it is necessary to minimize damage to domestic production bases and industrial ecosystems by promoting tax incentives, trade finance and support policies, creating domestic demand, and providing rapid customs clearance and overseas marketing, while upgrading domestic industrial ecosystems, driving growth of promising products, and new approaches to global supply chains. Trade with FTA signatories has helped overcome the global financial crisis in terms of exports and trade balance of trade. Meanwhile, since the core growth engine of the Korean economy comes from export competitiveness, efforts should continue to be made to enhance export competitiveness. It is necessary to establish an export support system that meets the demand of each industry so that exporters can flexibly respond to the uncertain export environment. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of changes in international trade and industry in the international trade environment since COVID-19, and to explore ways to boost exports of traders.

        전자무역 활용 및 서비스요인에 관한 연구

        Electronic trade reduces additional costs generated from the issuing and management of paper documents, and overcomes the physical limitations of commercial transactions as well as the geographical and time limitations resulting from trading with foreign countries. These characteristics of electronic trade guarantees better and more effective global marketing for companies. In addition, by expanding relative superiority of large corporations to medium-small sized companies, many medium-small companies have shown great interest in electronic trade to promote its exporting businesses, and implementing changes to facilitate electronic trade into their business system. Therefore, it is expected that the electronic trade will be more widely distributed and utilized by businesses of all sizes in the future. The adaptation and implementation of the electronic trade system can only have prosperous effects when there is a high efficiency in the utilization and service process of the concerned company. Under this premise, this research first examined electronic trade, characteristics of the company and information utilization as the key elements to determine the effectiveness of the utility aspect. Then it examines confirmation of product demand, registration of revenues, and authorization as the key elements to determine the level of service process.

        블록체인 기술을 활용한 국제무역 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        블록체인 산업은 초기의 단순한 디지털 통화에서 ICT와 타산업의 융복합을 이끌어 내는 새로운 차세대 먹거리로서 주목을 받기 시작하였다. 블록체인이 대표적으로 보유하고 있는 무결성과 투명성 등을 활용한 기술·서비스·플랫폼의 발전으로 소비자들의 생활 및 소비 패턴을 변화시키면서 새로운 비즈니스 기회들이 창출되고 있다. 국제무역거래에서 블록체인의 등장은 무역절차의 간소화·자동화, 관련 서류 보완성 강화, 무역계약의 스마트화, 물품 및 정보의 추적성·가시성 제공 등 무역거래 절차의 획기적인 변화를 가져올 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 현재 무역 프로세스에 존재하는 여러 비효율적인 요인들을 단계별로 살펴보고, 블록체인 기술의 한계를 완화시키기 위한 블록체인 도입사례들을 살펴본 뒤, 향후 활용 확대방안을 모색하는 것을 연구 목적으로 하고 있다. The blockchain industry has begun to gain attention as a new next-generation food source that leads to convergence between ICT and other industries in early simple digital currencies. New business opportunities are being created by the development of technologies, services and platforms that utilize integrity and transparency, which are typical held by blockchain, changing consumer lifestyles and consumption patterns. If the method of storing information using blockchain can be fully applied to international trade, innovation is expected in the international trade process as trade information can not only be shared in real timewith relevant entities, but recorded information cannot be falsified and tamperedwith. It is expected that all export and import-related documents will not be falsified and input items can be reduced upon reporting, but also that administrative procedures can be simplified by ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the information entered. The emergence of blockchain in international trade transactions is expected to bring about epochal changes in trade transaction procedures, such as simplifying and automating trade procedures, strengthening the completeness of related documents, smartening trade contracts and providing traceability and visibility of goods and information. The purpose of the study is to examine various inefficient factors present in the current trade process step by step, examine blockchain introduction cases to ease the limits of blockchain technology, and explore ways to expand future use.

        SNS 마케팅을 통한 수출입기업의 경쟁력 제고방안에 관한 연구

        Increase in Internet use through the influence of social media and the expansion of smart-phone usage puts more importance on trading firm communication with customers since marketing activities are essentially achieved through social media. To raise international competitiveness through SNS marketing of trading firms, the following is required. First, these firms must create an atmosphere of mutual understanding thats respect spontaneity of companies which are SNS newcomers and customers. Second, government officials are needed in social media. Third, practical use policies and guide -lines for social media use by trading firms needed to be prepared. Fourth, trading firms need to understand from a systematic viewpoint and establish an SNS marketing process to actively utilize SNS through a viable marketing strategy. Finally, trading firms must incline atmosphere and attention which is prudent in behavior that communicate contents.

        무역전시회의 전략적 활용방안에 관한 연구

        About trade show strategic practical use plan, sought practical use plan hereafter with problem in 5 side. First, need that supply reliable and objective information about exhibition utilizing active public relations of domestic trade show certification system and international certification system. Second, I need to reinforce budget support estimation to expand governmental budget support and strengthen professionalism of exhibition operation. Third, need to seek globalization strategy of exhibition industry concretely to overcome realistic limit of domestic exhibition industry. Institutional improvement for long-term public information of exhibition and participation company's satisfaction raising and infra for gallery's management result should be established. Fourth, need excavation of various first-hand field marketing that can dig various interaction method with customers and invite new customers by booth exhibition. Fifth, need professional worker positivity, deflation that fulfill knowledge that is adapted, and precedes in environment worldwide exhibition industry training actively universal exhibition industry professional worker. Foreign exhibition is an one of marketing tactics that is generalized that can approach to oversea market in less expense relatively. To measure exactly fact and participation result of exhibition that select suitable exhibition in one's own company's marketing goal in company's standpoint that participate in exhibition according as exhibition number is increased and function of exhibition is diversified became difficult.

        아시아 철강무역의 변용과 기업전략의 변화

        This study analyses the transformation of Asian steel trade and the change of corporate strategy. The purpose of this paper is to examine the circumstances of Asian steel industrial policies, and considering the feature of each nation’s steel industrial policies, and the effect of the corporate strategy. In China, mighty steel productive capacity had already formed under original planned economy and industrial policy. In 2003, crude steel production have exceeded 220 million ton in China and that is 23.2% of the steel production share in the world. On the other hand, not only the amount but also the quality becomes an important point in the steel industry in the future. I consider, on researching Asian steel industry, it is important to build up partnership in Korea and Japan for achieve strategic alliance in the steel industry policies and understanding the change of corporate strategy.

        I had an opportunity that can solve dispute going through ODR(Online Dispute Resolution) by troubleshooting method of effective Internet base, and this became attained troubleshooting method supplementing ADR(Alternative Dispute Resolution) going forward hereupon better rather than grafted together traditional ADR to on-line unartificially and combines mutually organically. Because dispute of international commercial transaction is complex, diverse professionalism is required in troubleshooting. Person concerns new ODR drawing combining on constituent of Information Technology with advantage of usual ADR system because want quick and convenient solution introduction, propulsion that it is very important to utilize see.
